• The x 51 PSU and GPU upgrade?

  I just bought the x 51 (http://www.amazon.com/Alienware-AX51R2-5726BK-X51AX51R2-5726BK-Gaming-Desktop/dp/B00FE8MJSO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1404271057&sr=8-1&keywords=x51). I was a little disappointed by the performance (running watch dogs on smaller settings and still getting lag problems). I'm looking to upgrade to the R9 270 x, but external power skinny 240 watts does not seem to be up to the task.

  I found a post on this topic here: http://en.community.dell.com/owners-club/alienware/f/3746/t/19579742.aspx but do not see anything specific on the upgrade of the PSU. I also wanted to check that my X 51 will be compatible with the R9 x 270.

  How can I upgrade the PSU, and where can I get the right replacement?

  Yes, the R9 270 X is the fastest videocard supported for this model. However, the video card from this link does not have the X 51 R2.

  Supported in the X 51 R2 larger dimensions are 9.5 "length, height 4,376". The dimensions of this video according to Amazon card are:

  I just bought a MSI r9 390 x upgrade my r9 270 came with the computer. I had a problem where as soon as I turn my graphics to the max the computer restarts. No blue no screen no error message just to the top restart as if someone plugged and unplugged the pc.

  I have this reduced to a problem of power supply as no overheating takes place. I think it is the J556T power supply provided with the original pc stock. I don't think that's the tension to keep the card will I think 18V POWER supply which im sure this card requires more volts 18 years to operate at high efficiency. If you think the same thing that I am I would like to improve my diet, the problem now is the case around the PSU doesn't let me with many options because it only having openings on the sides and PSU most now have fans in the top and bottom. What PSU suggest you.

  I'm looking to upgrade my PC for better quality all in game. Everything works fine but I can't leave my games from the best graphics. IM lost when it comes to graphics cards and everything necessary so I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I have:

  HP Pavilion 500-214

  A8-6500 APU with Radeon AMD processor

  If any other information is needed I can provide.

  I was wondering if this PC uses specific parts of HP.  My current PC is a Dell and a few years back I tried to upgrade the video card and found that I need a new power supply for it, but I could not just to the store and choose one.  I need to buy a power supply specifically for a Dell computer.

  I have the same problem with the h8 - 1240t or should I use standard parts?  I will probably want to upgrade to the Radeon HP7570 and the 300W power supply included.

  I could customize the video card and power supply to upgrade now, but I can buy them cheaper elsewhere so I would rather put it on myself.

  The basic unit is a version, if you run the configuartion, when you get to the 3rd hard drive, it says the PSU is in conflict (to 300W).  The basic config seems very under powered.

  Example only:

  Replace with a Rosewill 630W ($60) and an EVGA GTX550Ti is $ 135. (with refund on card).  The map is 8.25 "long. The GTX550Ti is declared as rerquiring a 400W PSU, but I like the extra available for perhaps a GTX570 $359 when prices go down.

  Well, I see that a lot of people have this problem but have yet to find an answer to the problem anywhere.  My patience is lost, I despise the fact that I have * money on shit Apple but I need to find my photos.  Stupidly, I'm fallen for Apple BS again and "upgraded" in the Sierra.  Now all my photos and the Organization, that I spent a year are no longer accessible by something else as well as the new 'Photos '.  I never had iPhoto first, never used.  Each thread simple discussion I can find guard speaks of iPhoto and animated for the Photos news images.  I can see the picture files, but all my organization has disappeared; and I can't access my photos of any other application EXCEPT Photos!  If I could find an Apple exec I would slam their face until they cried!

  Someone has a REAL solution to get my photos and the Organization in the way it was before this stupid OS Sierra update?

  I think you should be able to find your photos here ~/Pictures/Photos Library.photoslibrary.

  Presumably, you could also restore your library and its organization of your backup so that you can continue to use any photo library program you usually use.

  Language changes are not applied immediately to the running applications, but they should be applied to the applications that you start after the change is made. Changes to the Finder will apply if you raise, or to do it easily, just log out and back in.

  No, you don't need to delete iM9 before moving on to iMovie 10.1.2 (latest version).   Both versions may remain on your computer.   iM10.1.2 allows you to update your projects iM9 and events so that they will play on the new version.   So that's why you would leave iM9 on your computer, so that you can make the update.
