  So we have our app available in the app store. We want to update.

  1. we made a few changes to the folio in InDesign.

  2. we have updated items from the folio.

  3. we opened DPS App Builder > manage > edit

  4. we followed the instructions and update of our application.

  5. we downloaded the new .ipa of our application and tested on our iPads and they don't show any of our changes to the Folio.

  We have created & started testing a new application. Then exported since dev env. and imported into the production env. Everything went well and the app works well.
  The id of the application in production is different from dev.
  
  We have now made the improvements made to the copy of development and are ready to deploy in the production env.
  We need to upgrade the shared components and the application. Updates to the table are treated outside APEX.
  I can see where to create scripts to upgrade, but I'm not sure what we have to go in them.
  I saw in the forum where it looks like you can import into an existing application. The caution with which seems to be that the application ID must be the same.

  Which shared components are you referring to? Best bet since you have ID different app dev & prod is to export the app and components of dev and locking prod app and import new production...

  Firefox won't block plugins. Where did you read that? Plugins will need to be clicked to be activated, but they will always work.

We have a few applications that require MDAC 2.8 (03.85.117 ODBC driver Version) and connect to our backend SQL 2000 SP4 on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise. We started in our Windows RC x 64 testgroup / Office 2003 and came to a problem with the following message appears when you try to use one of our applications (MicroEdge GIFTS 6.1). I'm going to guess it's more a problem with the client application then Windows 7, but I want to make sure I cover my bases. ;-) So it's the mistake;

  OK, it is well known that when you upgrade an application (replace with a new version) you must first log out of the application.

  If you do not do this, the application in your current session will become very unstable.

  What I want, is that a simple procedure to disconnect all currently connected users so I can move the application without having to worry about volatile sessions.

  Is there a way to do it or what I really have to ask the DBA is to kill all sessions manually? Believe me, they don't like it

  If you are not using NodeManager then in this case, set memory inside the "setDomainEnv.sh' arguments in the variable JAVA_OPTIONS.

  If you start your servers managed using NodeManager (i.e. Console), then try the following options

  Path of the administration Console:

  Servers --->   ---> Configuration [TAB] ---> ServerStart [SubTab] 
  

  In the Arguments box for the below lines
  -Xms1024m-Xmx1024m - XX: MaxPermSize = 256 m
