  Although I PAID for my upgrade to photoshop, the site is "due to the maintenance down" and does not respect my download.  This is unacceptable.  If you are unable to deliver the product, you should not take money from people.  Have no idea when they will do with their maintenance of the site (it was an hour), but I'm really upset I can't access that I paid for.

  I have Adobe Design Premium CS4, it came with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and I think 1 or 2 other programs (don't remember quite on the top of my head). I wanted to upgrade to a new version of Photoshop and Illustrator (and possibly InDesign) is there at - there no way to buy just these programs without subscription monthly/annual cloud?

  It's not like you have purchased an upgrade to Photoshop.  You say 5.5, which I suppose is CS5.5.  Photoshop Elements is a watered version of Photoshop that is not an upgrade, unless you have earlier versions of the PSE and PE you don't have versions of qualifications required to use updates.

  If you have Photoshop CS5 saved with Adobe, you are eligible to move to Photoshop CD6 for $199.

  It doesn't matter if CS5 was itself an upgrade from CS4 versions.

  Hi mhosborn,

  It is always recommended to uninstall the old version of the software before installing the most recent if you won't use it.

  After uninstalling, you can go ahead and install the new version.

• Link to Lightroom for merger PS Panorama does not not with upgrading Photoshop CC 2014

  I recently received an upgrade to CC PS to PS CC2014. After the upgrade I notice now Option in Lightroom to edit in PS and merge with a Panorama 5.5 isn't so more work.

  When used, PS program starts, but no con tunes with the script to load existing files and merge them into a panorama image.

  PS CC 2014 uses another script? as seems to be failing.

  If anyone else has had this problem, is there a fix coming?

  I found reinstall Photoshop CC 2014 fixed and remove all preferences does the job for me.

  I understand that the software is the same, and according to the serial number, can unlock the extended part of the CS6. Y at - there no way of upgrading the installed version to extended by re-Internetworking new serial number or do I just install a second copy of PS CS6 and have 2 PS CS6 (a standard and a scope)?

  Please follow it mentioned below as follows:

  1. Open Photoshop
  2. Choose Help > deactivate
  3. Select Disable permanently in this computer after deactivation completes
  4. Click on disable.
  5. Open Photoshop. You are prompted for a serial number. Enter the extended serial number.
