  My computer is a HP Pavilion laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I have problems with one of the HP software programs pre-installed - HP Support Assistant. It appears once a week (it works for a while after Windows has loaded and then appears a screen) and I opened Assistant support and attempted to change his schedule, but he simply refuses to save the changes I have made to its settings. I noticed that the version number is 4.2.5.3.   Most HP installers contain several languages and you should be able to choose German during the first part of the installation.

  I recommend you to uninstall your current version first by using programs and features.  When it is uninstalled, it is often a good idea to restart the laptop before proceeding with the installation of the latest version.

  I've been struggling for a few days now, wishing to be able to watch some live streaming that others can see, but I can't.  It was suggested that upgrade to the latest version of Flash player.  Tried a lot of things, uninstalling and reinstalling and even the removal of previous versions of flash, turn the setting to Macafee and settings anti-ad on Firefox and using other browsers such as IE, Safari and Chrome.  Got myself into a mess where Setup could not complete due to a dll missing and finally did a restore of the system to a previous date before this and I tried to download it again.

  The process appeared to go smoothly, and the test successfully demonstrated, but said that I had successfully downloaded the release version 10.0.32.18, rather 10.0.42.34 which is apparently the current.  Streaming video, I am eager to watch still won't come for me.  What do you suggest me?

  No, you don't need to delete iM9 before moving on to iMovie 10.1.2 (latest version).   Both versions may remain on your computer.   iM10.1.2 allows you to update your projects iM9 and events so that they will play on the new version.   So that's why you would leave iM9 on your computer, so that you can make the update.

  I understand that you are unable to AirPlay from your Mac to your Apple TV.  Here are some troubleshooting steps that I recommend to go through this problem.

  Get help

  If you do not see the AirPlay icon , make sure that your Apple TV is awake and that it meets the system requirements.

  If you do not see your Apple TV in the AirPlay menu, make sure that your Mac and Apple TV comply with the system requirementsand your software from the Apple TV is updated. Also check your firewall settings:
