  • Syntax of the URL rewriting rules

This could be an easy for someone, if not don't worry.

I have a URL rewrite that rewritten:

    www.mysite.com/MyFolder/index.php?MyField

    as

    www.mysite.com/MyFolder/MyField/

    Which looks like:

    Options + FollowSymLinks

    RewriteEngine on

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}! f

    RewriteRule ^(.*) / index.php? GSG_URL = $1

However, now I need to rewrite:

    www.mysite.com/MyFolder/index.php?MyField

    as

    www.mysite.com/MyField/

But unable to get anything, I tried to work.

Just to say, I think I have this working now with:

    Options - Indexes

    RewriteEngine on

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}! f

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}! d

    ^([^/]*) Lodges.php / $ RewriteRule? GSG_URL = $1 [L]

    in the directory root.

  • CF8 and IIS 7 URL Rewrite MOD

We are migrating our servers SEE 2003 to 2008.

The old servers use IIS6 with MOD rewrite URL Helicon

We now want to use IIS 7 with IIS 7 URL rewrite MOD (because it's free and our other .NET servers are using it).

I have set up sites on our new server and created some rules of re - write, but they don't seem to work.

It is not that ColdFusion must somehow "support" rewrite, IIS does all the work long before whatever it is either handed over to ColdFusion. Personally, I used the exact configuration that you repeatedly, then Yes, it should work absolutely fine.

I would start by using just a basic html page and set up a rule rewriting to map to the other. Once you know that it does not work at all, begin to expand your rewrites.

But yes, it will work, because there is nothing to do with CF itself.

  • Problems with the login script after implementing URL rewriting

My site is in full based on a single index page, in which there is always an area 'connect' to the left if no user is currently logged on.

To my user pages, I use a PHP script to rewrite the URL "mydomain.com/index.php?page=user & id = 123' to"mydomain.com/username".

After the implementation of the script rewrite, I can no longer connect while on a user page. It seems to process the script of connection very well, considering that it redirects to the page on the right, but for some reason that session variables are not defined.

Any help with this would be much appreciated, and I would be happy to provide more details if necessary. Thanks in advance.

Finally, I solved the problem using rewrite in htaccess instead of the 404.

  • Get the URL rewrite for IIS with ISAPI rewrite

    LKO
Does anyone have experience of this problem? In mod_rewrite for the requested URL before it is rewritten, you can use cgi.redirect_url which is populated be Apache.

for example if we have http://www.mysite.com/news/1234/my+title/ which is redirected to http://www.mysite.com/news/index.cfm?fuseaction=details & nNewsID = 1234 , then cgi.redirect_url will be news/1234/my + title / that you normally can't variables standard cgi.
I'm trying to migrate all my sites from Apache to IIS 6 and I use Helicon ISAPI Rewrite 3 to accommodate my rewrite I did with mod_rewrite, but I need to be able to get this information in ColdFusion.

Does anyone know how to get this information?

    Thank you.

It's OK, I got it solved. You can use cgi. HTTP_X_REWRITE_URL.

    Hello

I was wondering what I would have to put in the .htaccess file to change the 'Product Details' page of:

    XXX.co.uk/shop/product_details.php?prod_id=198 & exc = 1

    TO:

    XXX.co.uk/shop/blue-striped-shirt/

(or similar. If other folders must be created to make it work, so is not a problem. As long as he can get indexed/analysis correctly)

    Thank you

    @Max Resnikoff

When I removed using the PHP of my URL extension

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}! d

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}\.php-f

    RewriteRule ^(.*) $ $1.php

I had to redo my links to read

  • Home
  • On
  • Groups
  • Videos
  • Contact
  • News
  • No PHP extension.

This makes me wonder if the change you are considering, will change the way you wrote the code. How to react to database queries.

Before you spend a lot of time on this, I would like to do more research, it can save you from a disaster.

  • Using the rewrite URL from Tomcat valve

    http://Tomcat.Apache.org/Tomcat-8.0-doc/rewrite.html

Looks like the latest version of Tomcat has added support for the URL rewriting similar to Apache mod_rewrite

I can't seem to find any document other than the page above.

Has anyone used this for, for example, from APEX URL rewriting http://Host/apex / ... to http://host/pls/Apex ?  Where should we put the RewriteCond and RewriteRule directives?

    Thank you

I went if this, spent about two days trying to figure out how to make with only tomcat and abandoned.  I found and used urlrewrite...  The instructions are right on the main page but are vague.  I gave some 'tips' below.  My Info assumes that you have renamed ords.war to apex.war.   I tried to put all the details of my exploits/trials/troubles using the Oracle blog but it errored out.

    http://Tuckey.org/URLrewrite/

Step 1 tell to put the file in WEB-INF/lib.  For Tomcat, WEB - INF is the Tomcat application directory, mine was opt/apache-tomcat-7.0.56.   Place it in the directory/lib to .

Step 2 says to edit the web.xml file, adding the text of config for urlrewrite.  This file is located in ROOT/WEB-INF copy text and paste just above the tag at the bottom of the /ROOT/WEB-INF/web.xml file.

Step 3 edit the file urlrewite.xml, which does not exist.  You must create this file in the same directory, /ROOT/WEB-INF. Here is the content of the mine.

    rewrite/pls/apex to pls

    (/ pls/apex/f\?p(.*)

    Apex / / f? p$ 1

You can verify that urlrewite works by accessing the page of admin/test of the local host... : 8080/rewriting registered.  The page displays the rule and what he thinks it will do.

You must now restart Tomcat and your old URL /pls/apex should work for users who have bookmarked your old apex applications.  He works for the new URL example: /apex

I noticed that you also reference the port numbers in the url of your sample.  Take a look to this blog post below, specifically the steps 6 and 7 to learn how to redirect to 80, if you do not have to use a port.

Install Tomcat on Fedora, RHEL or CentOS 7: David Ghedini

  • Do not use .html Extension in URL

I need to create a file for a particular site that stops the ".html" when entered in the browser, for example "mydomain.com/example".  When I do this on I work on most sites, there is no problem. But on a single site, leaving off the coast of the .html cause the file is not found... and adding back in, you are able to locate the page.

Why is this? What is the solution?

    Thank you.

Without an extension, most of the servers won't know how to manipulate a file. Her many people solve the problem is to create a directory, "example" below the root of the site and put into a file with a default file name (index.html). You can also use url rewriting

  • 4.8.5 WDM not finding devices

    4.8.5 WDM not finding devices

Recently, I replaced my WDM 4.7.2 existing environment with new hardware and OS.

My new WDM environment works WDM 4.8.5 on W2K8 R2 (64-bit).

While some devices check in I'm going to have trouble finding other existing devices of all the different models of Wyse (S10, V10, 1125) and 1200LE

I know there is a version of WDM 4.8.5 HAGENT requirement but the terminals I meet the minimum reuquirement haven't checked that I was expecting.

I have run a few network traces and that you can see one of the incriminated having a conversation with my new WDM server, but I see a query error incorrect HTTP 400 - invalid verb in the trace.

Anyone can shed some light on this?

    Thank you

These former clients use a verb SET to start the communication which was hosted in IIS6.  IIS7 on Windows 2008 R2 will not reject authenticated PUT verbs for safety.  If you can rewrite PUT it at GET say with a URL rewriting done using a VIP on an external device, you can make them work.  This rejection is by http.sys which runs at the kernel level, so you will not be able to rewrite the verb on the server itself.

    Thank you.

  • AnyConnect VPN setup problem

Hi all, I'm going to have bad configure anyconnect VPN on my router. I'm CCENT pre level and especially followed a tutorial, but feel I'm missing something simple here.

It's a fairly simple installation on a Cisco No. 2851 - faces of a single interface my LAN 192.168.1.0/24, the other has a public IP address.

I created a network 192.168.2.0/24 VPN users, mainly to have phones Android connection of their mobile phone networks, and have access to the servers/security cameras/etc by using their local IP addresses. When my phone connects, it gets an IP address and is connected, but is not communicating with my LAN correctly.

The VPN client can ping 192.168.1.254 (the router's LAN IP) - but not the other devices on the network. However, the devices on my LAN can ping the VPN clients to their address 192.168.2.x.

Here's a copy of my current config, I have reorganized some elements with #s. Also pasted my ip sh road under him. Do not forget that I am a novice, please forgive the hack :)

    access-list 1 permit 192.168.162.0 0.0.0.255

    I recommend the following:

1 use a local IP pool with a different range that is used in the internal network (routing wise issues)

    2. removed the VPN filter, it is completely useless, since it's the same for which the (Split tunnel is):

    webvpnpolicy political group

no tunnel ssl - acl filter

3 use an ACL on the NAT and create the NAT exemption for the network to the IP pool inside local outdoors:

    NAT extended IP access list

deny ip 192.168.162.0 0.0.0.255 XXXX XXXXX--> network IP of the IP pool

    Licensing ip 192.168.0.0 0.0.0.255 any

IOverload nat inside source list NAT interface GigabitEthernet0/0 p

    David Castro,

  • Oracle APEX 5 behind F5 BIGIP - help!

    Hello

    We have the following configuration;

    F5 BIGIP 3900 (LTM version 11.6 patch 4)

    virtual server called vs1

VS1 is listening on port 443

default pool of VS1 is pool1

    pool1 has a node named node1

Node1 below is the detailed web server with a service of the 8080 port

    * He didn't iRules associated with this virtual server.

    Web server

    CentOS 6.3

    Apache Tomcat 7.0.64

    Oracle ADR 3.0.2

    Oracle 11.2.0.3 client

    JDK 1.7.0_79

    DB server

    Oracle Linux 6.6

Oracle 11.2.0.4 because a node (configuration 2 knots) with 5 databases

    APEX 5.0.2.00.07

We can launch firefox from the web server and navigate to http://localhost: 8080/apex and the page is displayed (although APEX naturally changes the URL to something like; http://localhost: 8080/apex/f? p = :::) 4550:1:11539397511111

When we try to launch https://< ip address of our vs > / apex we get a time-out message from the browser.  It seems that our F5 BIGIP or APEX cannot manage the dynamically modified URL?

If we go to https://< ip address of our vs > / apex / f? p = 116 - Yet once, APEX changes the URL slightly (to one below). This operation will fail with a time-out error.

If we are going to https://< ip address of our vs > / apex/f? p = 116:LOGIN_DESKTOP:- IE the absolute URL. No URL rewriting does here. It works, and we get the login screen.

We can get Apache Tomcat default page by going to https://< ip address of our vs > / and we can access one of the APEX images by going to https://< ip address of our vs > /i/delete.gif or https://< ip address of our vs > /i/apex_version.txt

It seems that whenever there is a rewrite of the URL, we get a timeout.

HOWEVER, if we change the server virtual service port from 443 to port 80 (http), so that EVERYTHING works as expected and these questions of rewrite are not observed.

That is, we want to have APEX behind a vhost of HTTPS on our F5 BIGIP.

Any help? I spent 3 days banging my head against the wall with this.

    Kind regards

    David

    OK, we managed to fix!

Previously, we had 1 virtual server, listening port 443 traffic into a pool that contains a node (webserver on port 8080 service)

This virtual server had no iRules.

To remedy this, we have created a second virtual server on the first idenitical except it listens on port 80. This virtual server has a g (a default one called "_sys_https_redirect")

This configuration works and we do not experience the ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when switching to a non-absolute URL such as https:///apex

    Kind regards

    David
