  Get the error: not a valid 32-bit application can have several origins:

  Recently, addition of windows 7 Home premium stopped detecting my garmin unit. Other USB devices such as my ipod work very well.   Yes, I could send and receive data in MAX. To get it working again, I installed driver IEEE using the windows add/remove function. I then reinstalled driver. Now it's working. Do not know if my previous install driver wrote on a DLL that was bad but uninstalling and reinstalling solved the problem. Thanks for your help
