• Clicking on a mailto: link using the wrong account to send an e-mail. Is it possible to designate a default account?

  I have several accounts that I use in thunderbird. Everything works fine and I have no problem at all. But when I am on the web and click on a "mailto:" link on a Web site, Thunderbird always opens the new e-mail window using the first account in the "stack". I never use this account to send mail... I want to use another account but cannot figure out how twell TB that is.

  At the top e-mail account is the default e-mail account.

  Tools > accounts settings

  Right-click on the name of the e-mail account, and then select "settings".

  Select the desired default mail account name.

  Thank you for your question. I understand that there are two features that are documented in the sync account. However the Android is not synchronized.

  There are two places we can check:

  1. In the Android settings, under accounts is the Firefox Sync or Firefox Sync (discouraged) joint account?
  2. Credentials work on accounts.firefox.com on the mobile device and are there any error messages in the synchronization of the settings menu > sync?

• Cannot access the internet using the account invited in Vista. Unable to access using the administrator account.

  This one is strange - and I repeat that the problem is that I can't access the internet by using the administrator account.  The guest account works fine.  All programs are there and launch the fine (IE, Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, etc.), but they cling right there when I try to log on or access to any Web site.

  While in the administrator account, I ran "CMD" in the run menu and can ping Yahoo, Google, etc. with success.  It's embarrassing - any ideas how the administrator account can act that way then the guest account works perfectly?

  If you are able to ping the websites from the command prompt, it means that your computer connectivity is fine.

  ·         What is the antivirus installed on your computer protection software?

  ·         Have you tried to browse by disabling the firewall?

  Try disabling the firewall on the computer and check if you are able to navigate.

  If this does not work, reset Internet Explorer settings and check if you can browse.

  I cant't connection 5.5 by user of vSphere vCenter Client and use of root and the password. I have information on

  Ok. Thank you community vExpert and Lukasz of my team, we found easy reason perhaps, but not at the first glance for me

  We had the installer by default "Source of identity" for Active Directory then when I used only root for connection I got the error with wrong password.

  In this possible case is just to connect to vcenter using root@localos credintials.

  On windows xp, when you install a program or software, what ever you want to call on an administrator account, the program runs, but when you log on to a secondary account and run the same program it becomes corrupted. Other programs on the secondary account are also damaged.  I asked this question several times and I can't get a good solution. Why all of a sudden on the secondary account programs are damaged? I put xp to its default settings and reinstall different programs and they work for a while on a secondary account, but later are corrupt. I did the thing of auditor of system files and also check the hard drive, all checks very well. Yet once again, this only happens on the secondary account. IM thinking if it was a virus, it would probably affect the entire system, but no, it only affects the programs on the secondary account. Could someone give me a heads up on this problem?

  What applications are facing problem with? Is it with overall including MS Office? As what you say becomes corrupted in the secondary account, it works without any problems if you switch the user administrative account or repair you / reinstall?

  I suspect something to do with the secondary account previlidges. Whatever limited account value?

  Account settings sub-> Start-> Run and Type compmgmt.msc-> System Tools-> local users and groups-> users-> Double click your account limited-> member of-> add users.

  SYS cannot be disabled.  Cannot delete SYSDBA privilege.  Any person who is granted the SYSDBA privilege and made a connection with "AS SYSDBA" actually connects under the SYS, not his named account account.

  Therefore,.

  a: I would not grant SYSDBA to named users

  b. I would lock in a safe accessible only by a manager the "oracle" account (and any other account in the OSDBA group)

  c. ask the DBA using the DBA role (or a custom, more restrictive role)

  d. to request the account 'oracle' only for STARTUP, SHUTDOWN, RESTORE/RECOVERY and patch.  (assuming backups are automated scripted jobs)
