  I have a chapter in FrameMaker which does not convert on RoboHelp correctly. The text and images in this section appear inside the rectangular boxes with diagonal lines. When I compile the Help menu, this section is oblique with the curiously resized images and large spaces where they do not belong.   The diagonal lines are probably conditional build tags. Do you have the conditional tags in FrameMaker? If so, the conditional tag HR is also conditional on FM. For your problem else Jeff may have even more ideas. Also try searching the forum for problems of framemaker and image. There was a couple of posts on this topic in recent months.

• Windows Vista crashes, the screen becomes pink with diagonal dotted lines

  My HP Pavilion DV9500 laptop started making a few months ago:

  The computer and the programs sometimes simply freeze, sometimes the screen becomes a light pink with diagonal lines dotted, and sometimes the laptop itself restarts without warning.  The computer is about 3 years old now and have not had any problems before this.  I tried to do a clean install of the recovery feature that I don't have a Vista disc to reinstall from, and he always does this.  Sometimes the computer will be fine for a few hours and sometimes just after the start it will freeze.  A couple of times too, as it starts, Windows will not start and it will say "Not found operating system".

  Ok. So what you want to do is to create a fill pattern. I'll try my best to explain it in terms of cs5 as bosses have changed since then.

  You must first create the lines. Draw two vertical lines high to 1 "ETV 1" out. Select the two lines, and then click object > blend > make. After mixing, click object > blend > mix Options. Check the "Preview" in the lower left. Click the menu drop-down (I believe the default is "smooth color"). Select "specified steps" and enter the values in the dialog box until the lines look appropriate on the other distance. When you are finished, click ok.

  

  Select the blend object, and then click object > break down. In the dialog box, make sure that only the "Subject" box is selected. Click on expand.

  

  at this point, you have a group of selected vertical lines. Rotate 45 group * draw a rectangle around the outer edges of diagonal lines.

  

  now that scale down so that the whole box is inside the diagonal lines.

  

  Select the two objects, and then click object > clipping mask > make

  

  duplicate this object and keep it on the side (because if you need to adjust the width of the line in the future, you will need this). now select the original one and go to your Pathfinder palette and click 'crop '. This gets rid of the clipping mask, so you're left with diagonal lines extended.

  Now drag the object extended/cropped in your Swatches Panel and voila. don't forget to name the new filling of model so that you can identify it (you do not want to have several different models, called 'New model Swatch 1' and 'new shade of motif 2 "etc. etc..)

  If you need to adjust the width of the outline for a different reason, see the duplicate what you did before and isolate the traits to adjust the width of the line and repeat the above steps to crop.

  I'm working on a multimedia project by using first CC - a friend translated an interview with first cs6. I converted it as suggested.

  He sent me the project file and when I opened, everything seemed well on the different sequences in addition to one.

  It has diagonal lines grey and no audio or Visual, and then all of a sudden he kick back? It is visible in preview, however, so it is not corrupted or anything

  If I drag the shorter clip, the entire program, then will knock out and crashes.

  It should be audio and video in the box gray diagonal, because there are subtitles as shown.

  This problem can occur if the project was sent to you using Project Manager. This sequence might have used subitems which were in and outpoints and everything by collecting files using Project Manager, these points are not correctly translated. Then, ask the sender to this project to create a new sequence and copy and paste the sequence in a new and then use the project manager to send the sequence to you. I hope this helps.

  As a first step, you should check what is may be defective. I'm 100% sure that it has nothing to do with the drivers.
  What you can do is to connect the external monitor to your laptop and check if the same will be on screen. I guess not so in my opinion, your display is faulty and must be replaced.

  I have a HP LaserJet M1530 MFP Series PCL 6.  When I print normally there is no mistake in the image, but when I make a copy I have a thick vertical black line on the entire length of the page. The black line is about 2 inches from the left edge of the page. The problem is older than the current drum cartridge which was just replaced a couple of months. Never, the problem occurs with a normal printing, copy only and occurs with every copy without exception. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

  I want to remove a user who has administrator rights account.  Win XP machine has two users (Administrator and a user name) that both are of type of administrator account.

  I you as an administrator and should be able to change the other named to Limited user account, but for Limited is greyed out.  The option to delete the named account is not present.

  How can I delete this account, leaving only administrator?

  Often, I find that using the command line commands gives errors better when you can not do something.  Try the following:

  o bring a window prompt (start-> Run-> "cmd")

  o enter the following command in the window:

  net localgroup administrators

  o that it must return a list of all users with administrator privileges.  You should see the built-in user 'Administrator' and your other user (assuming that both have administrator privileges).  To remove administrator privileges from the user (assuming that this another username is "Joe"), then enter the following command:

  net localgroup administrators Joe/remove

  If this is not possible, an error no doubt will provide you with enough information.
