using creative cloud, when I click on apps, I get the message 'download error '?
I didn't happen before. Do I have to call customer service or is there another solution for this?

Please see the thread below where this problem is solved:
MAC: creative cloud - download error - stubborn error
WIN: Follow the steps below:
1. close the creative Application of clouds (upward to the right, click the cog menu, then "leave Creative Cloud").
2. navigate to the folder /Common files/Adobe c: files(X86).
3 Rename the OOBE OOBE.old folder
4. Rename AAMupdaterInventory to AAMupdaterInventory.old
5. type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto in the start menu search
-What I had to do was to go to C: > "MyUserName" > Appdata > local > adobe
6 rename the OOBE OOBE.old folder
7. Rename AAMupdater to AAMupdater.old
8. start the Desktop creative cloud
9 introduce the credentials of CC
10. Select install/update applications

I also noticed that the film display does not update as I select the images in the grid view.
I worked with the help of Adobe through their online Chat. They reset my preferences file and that solved the problem. The chat agent says it's a common problem with the new version.

I suggest NOT to take advice of HP to make an "HP System Recovery". If you are unable to uninstall HP or Compaq connections, you can probably prevent the error message by disabling the application HP Backweb to start as follows:

That I need to activate my membership creative cloud on my second computer but I get a message telling me that I have already installed on 2 computers, which I did not, and the only option it gives me is to uninstall all of my computers, I am reluctant to do because it works on my main computer (MacBook Pro) and I don't want to ruin that. that option is not to uninstall, it is disconnected.
Click Yes and disconnect all others. then you can connect on the one you want.
