So, I would even be willing to pay for a service/program that would be capable of generating a CSV file in format of Thunderbird. I'd appreciate any help or ideas. Please note that MSN has changed; everything what you google or Thunderbird until help, won't work because there is no longer an export feature. I would love to know that I missed something! Sheila
