Using USB stick in Fiat

I just got a Pop Cruzer 16 GB. I want to use it in my Fiat 500 l to play music. I noticed that it can be password protected. Should I set the password that I assume I won't be able to type in a number on the car radio

I delete all files in secure disk access and use it as a memory space virgins. As smart as some of these new systems of music in cars seem to be these days, they're still awfully stupid.

I'm playing a game that needs 4 GB of memory RAM. I have 3 GB. I heqrd that you can increase the RAM using a key 2.0 usb. Then I turned on Sysmain and tried my USB ReadyBoost. But it says:

This device cannot be used for Readyboost.

ReadyBoost is not enabled on this computer because the system disk is fairly quickly, so that the computer problably ReadyBoost will not accelerate.

Problem well here, I will not speed up the computer I want to just play the game who does not start without RAM of 4 GB.

    So, how can I fix?

    Original title: Readyboost

    Hello

ReadyBoost is not a replacement of ram it's disk caching.

ReadyBoost in Windows 7 supports 8 drives and a total of 256 GB. For each device - the
device must have an access time of 1ms or less. The device must be capable of 2.5 MB/s
read speeds for 4 KB random reads uniformly over the whole device and 1.75 MB/s
Write speed for 512 KB random writings spread evenly on the unit. On a FAT32 device
the cache is limited to 4 GB and on an NTFS device, the cache is limited to 32 GB (these are on)
    a device).

  • During the installation of Windows 7 or 8.1 using a USB stick - get the message "cannot be installed, it is a GPT.

    Hello

During the installation of Windows 7 or 8.1 using a USB stick - get the message "cannot be installed, it is a GPT partition.

I have 64 bit install discs for Win 7 and Win 8.1. These two install on my desktop in duel boot. I made a Flash DRIVE of each disk so I can install it more quickly.

Problem: I get the cannot install because it is a GPT partition.

Y at - there no way to make these 2 USB sticks work?

    Thank you, Brad

Make sure you create your media recovery HP or USB Flash Recovery discs before you edit or change anything.

Your computer does not have Microsoft's Downgrade rights and you must buy a copy of Windows 7 with a valid Microsoft COA and product key.

The screenshots below is from a laptop HP 15 t-j100... options and the configuration on your computer screens may differ.

You will need to DISABLE "Secure Boot" and ENABLE "Legacy Support" in the "Configuration of the BIOS start-up secure" on the settings page similar to what is shown below, until you try to install Windows 7.

After you save the changes, the computer will ask you to confirm the changes... Accept the changes by typing the four digit code and press the ENTER"" key.

If you install Windows 7 from a USB and see a message of "load a driver - a required CD/DVD drive device is missing", it's because as 'System Configuration' > 'Config USB3.0 in pre-start' is set to 'Enabled '. This should be set to 'Auto '.

In addition, as the factory hard drive is partitioned as TPG, you must start using the internal CD/DVD UEFI or UEFI-Key/key USB to install Windows on a GPT-partitioned disk. Turn on or restart the computer and press "F9" or "ESC", then "F9" when prompted. Select the source of boot UEFI you use and you press "ENTER".

I suggest using Windows 7 SP1 for the best installation experience. If the DVD does not start as UEFI, you may need to use a USB Flash drive (can ask "Quick start" DISABLING in BIOS) as the installation media. Please note that some computers may not recognize a valid active UEFI USB Flash drive if it is formatted in NTFS and may require only a FAT32 formatted USB Flash drive. You should be able to make a FAT32 formatted Windows 7 installation USB Flash drive using Rufus, UNetbootin, Universal USB Installeror WiNToBootic. I like Rufus, because it contains options for 'Plan of GPT partition for UEFI computer' and 'FAT32'.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

  • Install an SSD in a Dell XPS 8300 using a USB stick recovery

My 1.5 as TB HARD drive crashed and I want to replace it with a 240 GB SSD.  I need to use a USB stick recovery to reinstall Win7 in my XPS8300.  I've heard that I need at least as big a player to use the recovery key.

I will be able to use the USB stick recovery to install Win7 on a 240 GB SSD?

I buy the Dell USB's recovery since I did not at the time I bought it in 2011.  So, I see that the 240 GB SSD will work.  Thank you.

    Hello

I have problems with playback music and videos via USB. I tried to format my USB for different file systems (ntfs, fat, ms - dos, for example) and video formats, but the screen is black, I launch the media player.

My TV has played with MS-DOS Format the photos, but no mp3 or divx/avi files. I run the multimedia player with 'video' the led of the USB stick flashes, but after a few seconds the led turn off (I think that the stick loses power).
My other TV (LG 55LE7510 55 '') plays all video files and mp3 without any problem (ntfs and video format *.avi)

    Someone has an idea?

    Hey,.

Have you tried another USB key and the same thing happens with another USB key? Usually, you use the FAT32 format for your USB key. Then the TV will be able to recognize it and all the files it contains.

According to the specifications of your TV supports jpeg files (USB and SD card), MP3 (USB) and video DivX SD (USB).

  • Recovery USB - stick (DVD player does not) Acer Aspire 7750 G

    Hello world

My DVD player does not work for quit some time. This is no big problem for me, because one barely use it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to burn recovery DVD. In my view, it has an option to do a recovery USB drive. It would be a great solution! Unfortunately I do not have the possibility to do so. Is this only possible for computers without an optical drive? Is it possible to download the program with the option to use a USB - stick as in the YouTube video?

    YouTube instructionvideo

    Thanks in advance,

    Richard

You can try to work around the problem, since I'm not sure that Acer was already an eRecovery on windows version 7 which allows to create USB recovery media.

This free software allows you to create a virtual DVD/rw drive and use it to create an iso file, then you can ise this iso file to create a USB stick recovery using rufus:

  • Code 31, for my 2 GB USB - stick USB Device Manager,

    Hello world

I use a HP pavilion a610t, 32, Vista premium edition, 2. 4 g, 3 G of ram, w, 4USB ports. I installed a gang self-powered USB 2.0 w/10 usbs, sometimes it turns on at startup, sometimes not and I re - plug for my system to recognize. I don't see the error messages for the band, but I got an error for 2G USB - stick in the Device Manager: code 31, tried to reinstall a driver or driver update, but it says driver is up to date. the appliance works once it is on. Is that what the problem of the USB - stick or tape USB? Also, at startup I get all my other USB devices including media Pocket Bay K: entry w/PC OEM pop ups asking what I want to do and if I want to scan or to execute without scan, I tried scanning to see and it did nothing, I didn't not lose my media in the device either. I also code 10 for my reader to CD-DVD E: that ejects and turns but does not load the driver so I don't see anything, I tried all the suggestions, reload driver, Plug connections, high-low own filters, re - install the driver, all to nothing does not. Device Manager still shows my drive with a flag and error 10 (driver may not load) are 2 separate issues but I have listed both, because they may be related, I want to understand the thumbdrive, firstly because it is a new problem, and I use my allot USB drives to save all my important files. The problem with the drive, I tried all the suggestions so far, if someone has any ideas to help I would be very grateful
    Thank you all, boulonman/Alan

    Hello

It doesn't seem to be a model available in HP you specified.
    See the site:
    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/pfinder?cc=us&DLC=en&LC=en&tool=&query=HP+Pavilion+a610t#n41
I suggest you to check the model number again.
The CD/DVD software burning should be uninstalled to uninstall or change a program and not Device Manager.
  • Storage of USB STICK 16 GB Duracell (FTP gel...)

I have a lot of problems with my WRT610N Version 1.0 with the help of a Duracell 16 GB storage USB STICK (gel etc...). When copying large files (1 GB) in FTP, the router freeze and also the internet connection is cut off, I have to power/turn off the router. • Problem with ZTE MF190 Dongle (USB Stick Modem)

I have a ZTE MF190 Dongle (USB Stick Modem), which is a plug-and-play device. It was to find work on my Windows 7 Ultimate with my Acer Aspire 4720Z but recently it does not HSPA or any other signal, unless I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time before using it. When I do this, it installs the following drivers:

    Composite USB device
    ZTE Diagnostics Port (COM6)
    ZTE to Port (COM7)
    ZTE ATExt2 Port (COM5)
With a Modem ZTE USB owner
    Network adapter Broadband Mobile ZTE
    USB Mass storage Device
    ZTE MMC storage device

But he informs me that "ZTE WCDMA Technologies MSM" cannot be installed.

This missing driver would be the reason why I am facing this problem. If Yes, where can I get this coz I looked everywhere including the website of the manufacturers without result.

    Hello

Certainly, this looks like a problem with the drivers. The manufacturer has a way you can get in contact with them at all? It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to write drivers for the devices that are compatible with Windows.
Another thing to do is to make sure to have all your drivers chipset update of the website of the manufacturer of the computer.
You say that you have an Acer, so go here: http://support.acer.com/us/en/default.aspx
You can find model specific computer and download all the drivers updated in need of your system.
