Using Web DB and upgrading app version

Hi all

I use Web DB to store a few modules that is essential for my app (that I created). If/when I release a new version, content stored in DB Web will be deleted if the user upgrades to a later version? Of course, I would keep the same structure of DB in the new version but if the user loses all information stored previously then the app is useless. And since blackberry.io.file.saveFile is not available to webworks for the moment, I have no way to prevent the loss of data or creating a backup.

Thank you

The data will not be deleted. You just make sure NEVER to change the name of your application or it will be installed as a new application.
