  Help me please with these fundamental questions about the role of the access (AC) wireless controller.

  Assume that the access controller and Access Point are connected via IP:

  -Wireless frames sent to AP to acre; include the original MAC header (on the way to wireless access)?  If Yes, is there a Cisco AC gets to fill the WLAN and LAN it is plugged (which means that it outputs as ethernet frames as if they were issued by Mobile Stations).

  -Is the AC necessarily the default gateway for mobile stations? I guess not. But it is possible the default gateway?

  The Cisco AC can function as a DHCP relay?

  The AP creates a tunnel to the controller. All IP traffic from the AP to the controller will address the AP source and dest IP to the interface of the Manager of the AP on the controller. The wireless client traffic is encapsulated inside this tunnel. When it hits the controller the CAPWAP is removed leaving the customer's original package to be sent to the local network through the controller.

  The controller should not be the default gateway for wireless clients because it is not a router. Think of it as a device that converted into wired wireless traffic.

  Normally, the controller acts as a proxy DHCP. Once the customer has joined a WLAN, the controller sends the DHCP packets to the DHCP server on behalf of clients such as the IP address of assistance normally configured on the router for cable customers. You can also configure the controller to act as a DHCP server for wireless clients.

  Yes, that's correct!

  The chassis so called FI - IOM (see attachment p52); THE IOM = FEX.

  I/O of the blade adapter to connect inside basket chassis, which connects to the built-in IOM.

  IOM is then connected to the built-in FI.

  I have a modem to my cable service and I was told that I could network 4 (3 desktop computers and 1 laptop) computers. I plugged the modem, I plugged the router up... i put in the disc of the cable operator to make the wireless network and it does not connect them for some reason any. the cable service representative didn't tell me, I would need something more, but would need one of these network adapters wireless that goes into the USB port on the back? the computer on which the modem is hung up works fine... it's one of those self install the things I told them that I'd rather have a tech cling to me but they insisted that I could do...   My tech savyness is about 9 years old so I don't know that rather this computer has wifi or if it's just a regular wireless adapter that it a.   You shouldn't have a problem with the help of your adapter on your PC wireless to connect to another hub wireless "wifi" at least safety becomes an issue.  You may need a password to sign on the wireless hub.

  I don't know if the GPS works at all the or not depends on whether the carrier allows him. But even if they do, it can be quite risky. I have Verizon in the United States and subscribe to the GPS service. I think it's pretty good - when it works.   Hi, I have a 530 advantage, I got it 2 weeks ago, running on windows 7 64.
