Validation of the blackBerry Smartphone email

I had my turn bbry for 3 years and never had this problem. I get a message that I need to validate my email on my blackberry, but every time I try it says not a valid username password and cannot validate.  I have my name & written so I know they are correct, but it does not recognize the password system.  I call everyone?

Hello

Try to simply delete the account, perform a battery pull - while the unit is turned on, remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, then reinsert and wait for the device to reboot. Once that is done, try to set up the e-mail again account. It should work now.

If that does not work, contact Sprint Technical Support. They can help you to get this resolved and if they are unable, ask them to he climb on BOARD.

Good luck and I hope this helps!

  • Installation of the blackBerry Smartphone email problem?

    Hi all

I recently got a 9700 replacement which is brand new.  I was not able to setup email?  When I go into the configuration of email, he says: select an email from installation opiton. But only has 1 option that says: I want to use a professional email with Blackberry Enterprise Server account.  This is not what I want to do?  Of course, I tried to set up there, but without success... Any help to fix this would be wonderful.

  • For the blackBerry Smartphones email folder icon has disappeared!

    9650 w/bundle 6.0

My email icon disappeared from my screen.  My verizon email account is listed in the "setup."  I tried turning the power on/off the phone; no change.  I have remove the e-mail account setup and then entered it again and still no luck.  How can I get the email icon to reappear on my phone?  Help!

The first thing to do is to press your menu button and select Show all or show that one is available. If who does not show your icon, you will need to reload your OS. Not to worry, it's really easy to do. Plug your phone into BlackBerry Desktop Software, click Device > backup and make a backup of your data. Once this is done, click again on the device, and then click on restore. Find the backup file that you just created and load it onto your phone. This will restore your email to your home screen icon. It's a good idea to do regular backups so make a habit to backup your phone at least once a month.

    See you soon.

  • The blackBerry Smartphones Email reconciliation

I have my gmail account set up on my "BOLD" and everything works beautifully except a question of reconciliation, I have.  In my email reconciliation options, for "on conflicts', I selected"victories of the mailbox".  From my understanding, this means that if I delete an email from my gmail on the web, it should also remove from my "BOLD".  Not much happens.  Conversely, when I delete e-mails from my "BOLD", they are also deleted from my gmail on the web.

    Hello

Gmail will not reconcile on your device. Yahoo can, but not Gmail.

Close settings functions you can have on your email:

    Delete on handheld

    Delete on handheld and mailbox

    Victories of the mailbox.

Here's an article that explains how it works and what do the options mean:

  • Refresh rate of the blackBerry Smartphones Email

I have an 8330 through US Cellular. I'm curious if anyone knows how often the BB checks for new messages. Also if there is a way to set the rate that he does.

They are both my email accounts set up through different servers. Today, it took about 15 minutes to get the e-mail after it was sent.

You cannot change the rate, but the rate varies on the type of server or e-mail integration

  • Update the BlackBerry smartphone email Setup wiped Bold 9700!

On 10 June, I received a notification that a new update is available for the configuration of Internet mail application. I can't access my em-mail settings without having to download the update. I downloaded the update and then restarts, there was an error message saying that the software could not be found! Nothing on my phone a white screen with a long list of names of software files. I couldn't go past this screen, make telephone calls, text or even turn off without removing the battery! Support BB has been able to help me to reinstall the operating system and restore man through the desktop software (Unfortunately my last sync was 4 months ago so I lost all my apps).

To this day, he still invites me to download the update when I try to access the configuration of the e-mail application. I don't know which version of the update was June 10, but the projection of the version is 6.11.0419.0755. I need access to this application, but I'm terrified to download the update. This version of the update has been corrected or is it always corrupt?

  • The blackBerry Smartphone email troubleshooting

I have a 9320 VAT. I can receive emails, but I can't send / respond to them.  When I answer you, it appears with "you are currently on a service plan that does notsupport this application." If you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your service plan'.  I contacted my service provider repeatedly and they reset my plan of many times.

This time, they said to enroll in their mail server on my phone to update the server. I can't find a place for it in my settings of the device or by e-mail. Where update/save the sound server on my phone? Is this a problem with my phone or my ISP?

In fact, it might be inside that I gave you above. Or maybe the messaging configuration wizard. But, not knowing exactly what they want you to, I'm only guessing.

You really need to insist that they tell you exactly what to do and not let you fob off the coast with generic instructions. You PAY for 100% of your services and 100% of your formal support... at the present time, they deliver or you...

  • Text of the blackBerry Smartphones Email message

Since about 10 days ago, I very rarely read the text (most of the text is missing) in an email received on my work and personal email accounts.

    Any ideas?

    I don't think I've changed the settings.

    Above all, it worked well!

Hello and welcome to the community!

Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    Best!

Hello and welcome to the community!

After updates or then get email of wobbly, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

N.. completely different. For your mobile network, with a strong network carrier (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

For the wireless, there is no sort directly 'reset' nothing beyond removing and reconfiguring of the WiFi network configurations. Beyond that, things as device WIPE, reloading the OS, and other very drastic measures would be required. And, important to note, I have no way of knowing if this is really necessary... you did not no matter what description of what happens, so it is not possible to understand your situation and you give more targeted recommendations.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry smartphone Email not receive or reconcile, cannot acesss email account either management program!

Hi everyone, I really need help with this, its driving me crazy! I have a blackberry bold 9930 sprint, 7.1 Bundle 1737 (v7.1.0.580 platform 5.10.429), free space is listed at 154523817 bytes.

I have my email through godaddy, which is secureserver.net. This is Courier IMAP. From Friday or Saturday, my emails do not grow automatically. Sometimes it should be hours and hours before all my emails will pour out at once. Battery pull worked, but now the battery pull does nothing.

I tried to send service books today, but now I can't even access the e-mail account management option to send service directories. When I enter the application, it says 'check updates' but never recovers. I left about 10 minutes today and will continue to say: "check updates".

Anyone else having any questions or know what in the world happens suddenly? Any help is greatly appreciated!
