  I have Linux Ubuntu and I've had the laptop built by a local store.   I tried to update Ubuntu but couldn't so I had to return it to the store and I found that I couldn't because I had no terminal on my system.   The store charged me an extra $90.00 to install the upgrade.   I had to install another Linux system, but they refused.   We also had a heated debate because they said that open source as apache could not be installed on a Linux system.   They finally installing Apache on my system.   This is the story.

  NOW.   I found that I have Ubuntu installed on Ubuntu.   Two copies of the installed 14.04.   I also get an error Malformed line 58 in source.   It's actually the gel speed up my system.   I had to remove the software center and download synaptic and now I'm trying to change I hope my system to Open SUSE.    Now, I'm trying to access the Grub so I hope that I can change the boot USB boot.

  Trying to correctly install and configure 10g Express version on Ubuntu Linux 8.04 Server without success. I'm a noob Linux and Oracle and tries to install the database under the Project.net service.
  
  I followed installation guide of Oracle Database Express Edition for linux I got from Oracle's Web site.
  
  I installed the deb package with gdebi.. .deb (and later reinstalled with dpkg - i .deb..) as described in the guide. Go 'by the book' I ran /etc/init.d/oracle-xe set up and confirmed the default values. I put the password for the SYS and SYSTEM account. The value DB autostart. I also ran the /usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server/bin/oracle_env.shand added this line to the file .bashrc. Then, still in the following installation guide, I wanted to make available for remote clients DB and tried to connect to DB at the local level, using the sqlplus command line. Here, the problems begin:

  Creo that hasta version vsphere 4 no puedes hacer una customizacion directa UN W2k8. el truco en configurar el OS esta invited como hacer el customization, Vista y luego volver a poner a Máquina como W2k8.

  I think that you should just grab the laptop because it's the easiest way to solve this problem starting Ubuntu.
  Other workarounds would be too difficult and would take as long as a simple recovery.
