  Check your render settings. Using the default settings will not use draft layer, but more output quality.

• Try using Mozilla on a windows 8. Adobe flash works in IE Explorer but not in Mozilla (my preferred browser). Help, please!

  When videos appear in Mozilla there is a gray box that says I need to download Flash to view content. Existing Flash on my computer and executed videos in IE Explorer. Is it possible to get Mozilla to see and use this version of Flash?

  It seems that you have Win32 so therfore you may not be able to use Firefox Metro.

  If it works in Firefox Safe mode and then disable all extensions (Tools > Modules > Extensions) and then try to find out who is causing by allowing an extension at a time until the problem reappears.

• Hyperlinks to named destinations only works IN the browser?

  We have a document with named destinations and it is hosted on our web server.  On our web page, there are hyperlinks to these named destinations.  They work perfectly to open in IE and Firefox when the browser preferences are set to open a PDF file in the browser (Firefox preview, etc.).  However, if the browser settings open PDFs makes Acrobat (Pro, reader, whatever), then the document opens on the first page and ignores named destinations.

  We are doing something wrong, or the insertion of links to named destinations works within the browser?  Thank you in advance for your help!

  If a PDF file is not open in a browser, then the browser download and (maybe) start Reader with the file name. The named destination was long thrown before the browser startup drive.

  Apps are tied to apple id and password that was used to download/purchase it.

  Try your old password and see if you can update or not.
