  I live in Italy and last Sunday (26 January) my excited PRO Tablet (model AT10LE - A - 10 H) received version Android 4.3.201121220.35.

  After restart my wifi works fine, all other app very well work, but my 3g connection does not work, mobile bar is empty and it says "no service".

  My sim card is ok. I used this sim card before the system update and I don't have a problem with Android 4.2.2.

  Go to mobile network settings and search again for the 3G network.
  I had a similar problem with my Android Smartphone and my o2 provider
  I started to search for new, so I chose the O2 again and then I could solve the problem.

  In the case where this does not work for you, recommend you to reset the default Tablet (factory settings)

  EPCO sees it, all right.

  And then...

  Brand new Google 22, 5.1 Android sdk. I installed the new sdk and removed 5.0 x sdk via Google Tools.

  I also installed older sdk being my Tablet Android 4.2 physical x.

  The problem:

  EPCO insists on assistance from the sdk 5.01 deleted and can't even see any installed SDK later.

  Where have you checed it? In the content viewer or app built with AppBuilder? It seems that you tried to check in the older version of the DPS viewer - read for Android API was introduced in v31.1.

• Excite Pro AT10LE - A - camera Flash LED permanently on all the time

  I have a 3 week old AT10LE - honestly and the led on the camera on the back cover is permantly on. As soon as I turn on the unit the led (bright) and stays on all the time. It remains on standby.

  I searched all the settings and there is nothing which could indicate as to why it remains on.

  Very strange

  Try resetting the Tablet back to factory settings.
  Press power and volume button at the same time to access the start menu.
  Here, you can use the volume up and down keys to select factory (in the middle of the 3 choices)

  Note: this would erase all personal data from your tablet.

  I have a 4 weeks AT10LE.-a. I like to operate the unit from the mains as described in the manual, it saves the battery and is ideal when you watch long movies, I even asked a power outlet extra for this next to my sofa!

  When I connect the suppy the fresh battery from 15% to 100% network and is no longer dependent (status message on the screen saver and battery settings). After a few hours on food (about 4) the battery capacity suddenly drops to 98% and line status shows load. With the network connected power this status remains at 98% for days, it never comes back 100% and stops loading.

  My questions are:
  is, the battery charge still ist?
  can I trust the status line?
  can I use the unit for long periods, connected to the power supply without damaging the battery?

  I got it by my dealer and we tried two other tabletts of his stock and they exhibit the same behavior. His demonstration unit operating for months now on the current and remains at 98%.

  Not very well why the battery status shows that 98% of load, but AFAIK new battery needs to be calibrated first.
  Calibration means that the battery must be charged and discharged several times in line.
  The battery must be completely empty and discharged before you would reconnect the AC adapter.

  I think you should try this workaround first.

  I'm considering buying a Tablet Android 2201 HP 10 more. I know it's far from being the largest ever made tablet, but I can buy a refurbished for $100 unit delivered online, so it is, at this price, not a bad deal.

  I have two very basic... but really important... questions before I buy, and don't you know, I could not find DEFINITIVE answers to one online! It amazes me how vague and contradictory, information I could find. Even the own characteristics of HP and descriptions do not permanently. I suppose that if I spent a few days in search high and low, I'm able to find the answers after all. But, maybe someone here can provide the answers simple and direct, that I'm looking!

  1. the Tablet offers a HDMI video output (via its micro-USB connector)? I have read many responses... including half say 'yes' and the other half who say "no!"

  2. the operating system Android Kit Kat can be improved? I heard that the (4.4.2) version is one of the worst and buggiest version Android to date, so the upgrade could probably really improve the performance of the tablet.

  Any help (even a simple 'yes' or 'No' to one or both questions above, would be GREATLY appreciated.) BTW, the answers simply direct me to the specifications of manufacturers will not help because, as I said, they are NOT final!

  I hope that someone who actually has one of them and it connects to a TV HDMI will be able to answer, or let me know if the 'casting' video (via Chromecast) is a satisfactory alternative method to feed the video and audio to an HDMI TV. I want to watch downloaded movies (files MP4 or AVI using the VLC Android software), and it would be the main use for the Tablet!

  1. I have a HP 10 Plus, model 2201.  It has a dedicated micro-HDMI output port.  It does not use the USB port for the video.

  I'm happy to use it with a ChromeCast (or a fire stick Amazon), and many prefer to control the diet of my couch that physically attach the tablet on television.

  2 HP did not provide a way to evolve past 4.4.2.   The operating system works well for me, don't know what questions you read everything!

  It has worked very well on a recent trip to Hawaii.  I used it to download all my images of drone of Kaua'i.  A took a micro SD card out of the GoPro and inserted in 10 more, then uploaded via wifi.
