  I TRIED TO RESTART, TRIED BOOTING IN SAFE MODE, AND THEN RETURNED.

  SOMEONE HAS SUGGESTED EVEN TAKE OUT THE BATTERY AND PUT IT BACK BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK.

  It looks like a problem with the HARD drive.
  Please check if the HARD drive is recognized in the BIOS. Switch on and press F2.

  It s not very big problem if you forgot the password but if you mean the BIOS password then you are in trouble because the BIOS password can be removed simply by a Toshiba ASP. technicians
