  I'm a developer who has a package installer for our software which, of course, requires UAC elevation to perform the installation.

  On the last screen of the installer, we try to give the user the possibility to open a .pdf of our user manual.  Any other than .pdf format works very well, but Adobe Reader will not open, and once this has happened, Adobe Reader does not work at all until the user opens a session and return to.

  I'm not saying that it was designed to work that way, or that everything is fine. But it can be good for you (and me) to review, it's a good idea to run Adobe Reader unnecessarily high. Similar considerations apply to the choice that many installers are doing "run applications now?" at the end.

  A version of Word 2007 came with the computer, for a trial period. I used it and never sent payment for the product key. I wonder how much it would cost? But anyway, I don't want to buy 2007 when 2010 is out. I probably still have the same problem with the docs 2007 reconfiguration to 2010 docs.

  Well, I think I have your situation sorted.

  You should go to the Control Panel programs and features and uninstall the Word 2007 Home and student if it is a trial. Uninstall the 2007 activation assistant as well. Restart the computer.
  After the computer comes back up, get back in programs and features and perform a repair on your Office 2003 Professional. This involves the selection Office 2003 Pro and clicking change above the list of programs. On the first screen, select repair , and then click continue at the bottom right. Go through the process normally, clicking Next or OK as required.

  This repair procedure will restore all your associations default file for the Office 2003 programs.

  I work for a company that uses Adobe Audition CS6 for some work. We export sessions on a share drive that can be pulled up in our automation programme. The problem is when the don't export that sometimes (did a test of 10 attempts from the same file, same settings, 7 3 traverse doesn't) it exports a read-only and will not pass by the reader on the part. He was suspended in limbo. I can't reproduce the problem at the request, it seems to be "random". This only started happening when we deployed PC updated.

  Then I fear that it is unlikely to be a problem with the codec WO. In this case we on this forum from a user to probably will not be much help. However, if you're lucky, the developers of the hearing look on this forum from time to time, as you will see from the other thread of WO users and may be able to get this looked in bug.

  It is also probably a good idea to publish it as a bug on the list of bugs to Adobe Audition. Pointing out the problem with WO may be a good one.

  I found a work around because I didn't buy something else. I changed the digital signature so that once it has been signed, it would turn into read-only except for the Send button. With the button send, I used the code above to submit the pdf now read-only for the company by e-mail and cc tenants.  I hope this will help others also.

  I have a form with Signature fields that have been set to make some fields read-only once the signature field is signed. I can bring up the Properties window with the list of fields to choose from and can't seem to "Select all" and "Uncheck all" using the button, but can't check or uncheck the individual fields. When I click on a field of what I pointed out but I can not "check" it.

  There is no such command Esscmd to take backup of database. As I mentioned first run BEGINARCHIVE command to place the database in read-only mode, and then use any file system backuo s/w to take backup of specific directories or files.

  I think that he betrays little MySearchDial logo in the lower left corner. It's one of your extensions. However, I think it installs via the Control Panel, then I suggest starting there.

  Open Control Panel, uninstall a program. I suggest clicking on the column heading "installed on" to group infections, I mean additions by date. This can help the undisclosed items bundle smoker who snuck out with some free software that you have installed. Out as much garbage as possible here.

  In Firefox, open the page modules using either:

  These last few weeks that I had this problem... when registering to our shared reader, Acrobat XI States leader is unalterable (pop-up below) and I have to save under a different name or in a different folder.

  

  I must then save the file to a drive or a different folder. No other product Adobe has this problem and it happens on our shared drive. IT says that I have all the permissions for the folder.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  I have connected the database server SQL with Oracle SQL Developer 3.2.10.09, everything looks good except that I can only browse the data, I can not change the data in the tables may not add new or delete lines.   As much as I KNOW edition data in table in the grid are possible with an Oracle database. On MS SQL, you can use update instructions on the worksheet.

  I do a lot of serial data communications and visa read doesn't have an undo feature.  Heres so the question.  If I'm in the middle of the read visa, set up the picture picture and block, and I press the stop button, I have to wait for the visa reading for timeout, in this case 2 seconds, before I can move to the next step in the shutdown sequence.  Now, I know, there is a way to use the events of specefic bus, but I have yet to find a good example.  Any help or advice for a workarond for that matter?

  All my folders are defined in read-only on my desktop and I can't do everything to zero. They all come back to read only by themselves. Also, maybe the difference between files and folders, but my file Number boxes are put in evidence and files boxes RO are archived

  You need a control total and perhaps owner changes.  Are they really read-only when opened (or you are actually able to change or revise their despite the highlight or the box)?  This applies only to folders and desktop files or other files and folders as well (like those in your Documents folder)?  In Vista, a LOT of files and folders are marked read only intentionally by the program (unlike XP) for prevent editing system and other files/folders that should not be changed (at least not unless carried out by experts or management to experts).  This is usually not does not apply to office supplies (except maybe the settings.ini which you should leave alone).

  To view your permissions, right-click on the file/folder, click Properties, and check the Security tab.  Check the permissions you have by clicking on your user name (or group of users).  Here are the types of permissions, you may have: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/What-are-permissions.  You must be an administrator or owner to change the permissions (and sometimes, being an administrator or even an owner is not sufficient - there are ways to block access (even if a smart administrator knows these ways and can move them - but usually should not because they did not have access, usually for a very good reason).)  Here's how to change the permissions of folder under Vista: http://www.online-tech-tips.com/windows-vista/set-file-folder-permissions-vista/.  To add take and the issuance of right of permissions and ownership in the right click menu (which will make it faster to get once it is configured), see the following article: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2009/05/21/take-and-grant-full-control-permissions-and-ownership-in-windows-7-or-vista-right-click-menu/.

  To resolve this problem with folders, appropriating the files or the drive (as an administrator) and give you all the rights.  Right-click on the folder/drive, click Properties, click the Security tab and click on advanced and then click the owner tab.  Click on edit, and then click the name of the person you want to give to the property (you may need to add if it is not there--or maybe yourself).   Once you have the full control permissions and full ownership (and have replaced the permissions inherited from the folder parent in the Advanced Properties section) then you should be able to make the changes you want.
