  Hi all

  I need help from guru BB10, is it possible to start the video call of BBM with custom controls added to the screen? I think it would be as a video call mode of overlay and controls customized on the top layer.

  Looks like the problem is on.

  I reinstalled the OS all over again via link BB and restore my settings. The process of a lot of time took me almost 3 hours, but it is back and working now. BBM has been updated when reinstalling the OS to 10.5.15.19.

  Yet, it shows red in the world of the BB that the app is not available for my device... Looks like a certain bug is here to be reincarnated with the next update...

  You can use BBM video calls to other devices BlackBerry 10 only for the moment, no other platforms (iOS or android). You will see icon BBM of voice calls if your BBM contacts uses no 10 BlackBerry devices.

  If you are on a Windows phone (I assume that you are that you posted in the section of Windows phone). A few things could help us help you, what version on Windows and what kind of phone its could be useful.

  I use Windows 10 with the update of the anniversary so I now use the preview of Skype, I click on the contact I want to call, top right is a call button, next to which is a button with three dots, click on that and select video call.

  My problem is this: when I start calling with my girlfriend my cam just freeze and stop recording. Problem is, it's hapenning only, when I call with GF. I tried to call someone else, and my camera works perfectly. Skype detects camera all the time in the settings. GF camera works properly and we can hear each other, but she can't see me.

  Strange, that is, that the problem just appeared one day. We were video calling each other on a daily basis. No common solution on the help page does not seem to help.
