Video driver issue

Then, I got a new laptop. It is the Inspiron 15 7547.  I downloaded a game to test and bam is a problem. The game has been Minecraft. The screen flickered. The HUD and options and even whole window started to blink. It happened only with that game so I did some research and it's a broken video driver. Many responses to the problem that I had was to restore the video driver. (The driver is Intel(r) HD Graphics Family) So I did what they said, I rolled back and he gave me the default windows driver. Several questions have been asked and I went to dell support and sought my product see what I download video disc. Here is the link to the Web page

[link] www.Dell.com/.../drivers [/ link]

He gave me the option to download the intel one, I did and it gave me the same driver. When I tried to AMD, it did not, more as I didn't know how to do it. I don't know what to so here I ask.

Also, when I tried to download a driver from the website of intel, he said that it was custom made by Dell, then you should download the drivers for their support.

If you need more information to see my problem just tell me please, I know that it's just 1 game but I want the PC to work for all sorts of things :)

Hey Sovano I just got it fixed! : D

Just go to this site: [View:www.dell.com/.../tagchange]

Once you get there, enter your express service code (the number on the bottom of your laptop's ten-digit). Then enter your information and click on "Enter Chat." Tell your man to update your driver to the latest version and it should work :)

I told the representative that I was working with on how most people restore drivers in trouble it but apparently, the computer came with drivers already restored that explains why the bad driver rises when him you are trying to roll back. So yes just tell him upgrade to the latest version and it should work :)

  • Video driver problem HP Pavilion g6-2305sq

    Hello

I am trying to solve my video driver issue. First of all, I couldn't have found this model of laptop on HP's site. I finally installed my drivers through google search (for example, I installed the driver for my network by going to the site of the manufacturer, i.e. Ralink and made manually). Therefore, because I can't find my drivers on the official website of HP, I also installed my video drivers from other sources, what has probably created the problem that I have now.

I have an ATI Radeon HD 7600 M and Intel HD 4000. I tried to play something (League of Legends), but the game freezes most of the time. Sometimes it shows other times 16 fps, 60 fps, but it is not relevant, because I can't move at all. Most of the gameplay is made of clichés. I'm not even some what video card, the computer is currently using and if it switches automatically (I have included LoL in the list of applications from app CCC Switchable Graphics settings) to the ATI adaptare.

So first what I am asking is a source of HP to download these drivers and then to fix (if this is the case) technology switchable graphics or to force the driver to use the adaptare dedicated, if necessary.

    Thank you.

I solved by searching the forum and by installing an older driver to a different model.

  • GE force 314.22 video driver with the new office issue

I bought my desire Phoenix h9-1340 t nine at HP in January.  A month and a half ago, I've updated the video driver from Nvidia Web site and the video card no longer works correctly.  I contacted the technical support.  They had me turn off all my Windows drivers and had run me the computer in selective startup.  The video card, then worked, and they said that the problem has been resolved.  I told them that this doesn't seem to be a solution for me, so they sent me a new video card.  That has not fixed the problem.  I was told to return the pc to HP for a repair.  I just returned it today and I saw that the only thing they did was to replace the video card again.  I contacted HP and they said that the problem was with Nvidia driver and told me to only update the video driver through HP.  I recorded with Nvidia and posted my problem.  The reaction was unanimous and the issue lied with the configuration with my computer not driver Nvidia.  Could someone please help me with this problem?

    Hello new pinktoe.

If using Selective startup allowed pilots to work properly then there must be something in this list cause you problems.  You need to determine what exactly is causing the problem.  I would suggest trying the following.

    1. Press Windows + X key combination.
    2. Select 'run '.
    3. Type "msconfig" and press ENTER.
    4. Start without services or startup items using Selective startup.  However, only select one.
    5. Save the changes and reboot the laptop.
    6. If the problem persists, return to msconfig and reactivate the disabled item.  Disable the other element, save your changes and restart again to verify that the question doesn't disappear indeed with this option.

If the problem disappears when disable services that you will want to try the following.

    1. Select the Services tab.
    2. Check the box "hide all Microsoft services" at the bottom left.
    3. Disable all services.
    4. Re-enable the first services of 5-10, save the changes and restart the computer.
    5. If the problem returns then you know that this is one of these services and you can always disable the services activated until you find the culprit.
    6. Repeat if necessary until the offender is found.
    7. Display the result.

If the problem disappears to disable startup items, you will need to repeat the same process.

Once you determine what item (s) is causing the issue make sure to display the result.

    Nice day!

  • Twitch.TV HTML5 player causing the video driver crash

Current video card is Radeon HD7800. This problem only appears when using Firefox to watch videos on the site of twitch.tv using the new HTML5 player. At the beginning all right, but there is gradual corruption of the firefox window. Text disappears, corrupt graphics and finally the leak of graphics corruption on windows or Aero, office causing a crash video driver and the restoration. This only happens with the jerk HTML5 player. All other sites work fine. The player also works very well in other browsers. IE9 and chrome have been tested. Firefox is the most recent version, and so are the video drivers.

I've had previous issues with suffers from a strange, unexplained, graphical corruption that have been patched out in new versions of firefox. It is the first instance when Firefox caused a crash of the complete video driver.

I get a Flash player on the half dozen I checked. How do you switch HTML5?

  • Toshiba will be updating video driver from Nvidia NVS 2100 M for Tecra S11?

Toshiba will be updated driver Nvidia NVS 2100 M of S11?

My S11 machine is almost 3 years old. In the first year there was a lot of update for the drivers, but last year 1 there is no update.

Official website of nvidia, there is a driver download page, but if I install the last driver - no matter that one - I have several video driver related issue. So I downgrade to the Toshiba nvidia driver.
    I'll try this one
    http://www.nvidia.com/object/Quadro-notebook-WIN8-Win7-WinVista-64bit-310.90-WHQL-driver-all.html

If nvidia or toshiba will update the video driver?

To be honest I don t think that Toshiba will offer updates for older models of laptops.

As you probably know Toshiba offers modified and tested the drivers so it will be interesting to know what kind of problems you have with the NVIDIA driver.

  • Satellite A305-S6858 win XP video driver does not

I recently bought a Satellite A305-S6858 in the States and I went down the Edition Vista Home premium preinstalled
for Win XP 32 sp 3. I had several problems to lift the computer up and running. After reading several posts
on various forums, I managed to install the OS, but I still cannot use the Intel video driver.
After the installation of those available on the toshiba site I still have in the Device Manager under the node for the video card
2 entries for 965 Chipset Mobile with an exclamation point.
I recently discovered that not having is not the video driver installed the operating system does not allow Stanby and Hibernate power options.
If someone has stumbled in the same issue?
    Thank you

You must install the basic drivers first.

Try to install the driver for the Chipset Intel first, then the display driver.

    6. If I end up having to reinstall Windows, how to do that since the recovery partition?

    Hey cfravel,

All major issues! Sorry to hear that you use in the blue screens, but you did a good job of troubleshooting. I'll answer the questions in the order that you asked them.

1 and 2.  Here is a link to the Microsoft Forumwhere there was a similar question. It looks like uninstalling and hiding the implementation update will correct the problem. To uninstall an update,

    • Click Start
    • Program 'type '.
    • Click on programs and features
    • Click View Installed Updates (left)
    • Search for KB2670838.
    • Select this option and click on uninstall.

    To hide the update,

    • Click Start
    • Type "update".
    • Click on Windows Update
    • Click Find updates
    • Click "# important updates available"
    • Search for KB2670838
    • Right-click on it and click on hide (you can always restore hidden updates in the future if you want by clicking on "restore hidden updates" from the main screen of Windows Update.

    3. here is the correct driver for your laptop HP Special Page. I think you're probably already doing it correctly, but just in case. How many times have you tried this driver? Try a couple of times.

3B. Yes you could certainly try the next previous driver.

3 c. the drivers coming from Intel or ATI are almost the same driver in most cases. We invite you to try them because they can always be uninstalled. Just, they are not guaranteed to work properly for your specific model.

    4. There are two versions of the driver for your ATI video chip. These and all future versions will still be available on your driver page. Click on the link under the latest driver that says "available versions" for a complete list of all the versions that are never released.

    5. to reinstall the driver of origin or any other original software that is preinstalled on your laptop, you can use HP Recovery Manager.

    • Click Start
    • Type "HP recovery".
    • Click HP Recovery Manager
    • Click re - install the drivers and software.
    • Scroll through the list and select drivers or software to install. These drivers will still be available on your page of driver as well.

6 here is a link on how to reinstall Windows from the recovery partition. In the links in blue at the top, click on "Recovering from the start (in the system startup) screen". This is a very simple process.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if these suggestions helped (it could help others with similar issues). I'll keep an eye out for your answer!

  • Video driver not updated to the latest version... Troubleshooting help please...

Hello and good day, group... We have here a few CQ4010F desktop computers. I pushed recently updated Windows and a PC (1PWC) now has a video driver to version less about that. The PC I compare (0SDQ) is great for video with full 1920 x 1080 is available and Acer E211H monitor display. For PC with the issue, the resolution will not be max (stuck @ 1600) and the screen credits. The goal is to get (1PWC) to the full resolution and correct monitor please.

Here are the specs for the two because both machines are the same for the Prod #:

    Models: CQ4010F, ABA-Prod #NY650AA, stock video NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430, stock charge RAM 4 GB, 64-bit, SP1 Win7 (after windows updates)...

I compared the pilots, and they do not match when comparing machines:

-(1PWC); NVIDIA, on 14/05/2009, version 8.15.11.8593, signed MS Windows

-(0SDQ); NVIDIA, 01/04/2010 (new date), version 8.17.11.9739 (latest version), have signed MS Windows HW compatibility Publisher<--- want="" please!!!="">

I can not get the most recent driver to load on the PC with the question. I pushed for troubleshooting updates driver Windows on (1PWC) several times. All say that the driver is updated? I did a driver update... process also with the reporting of the pilot system is running when it is not.  I went to the site of NVidia and NVidia driver downloads tell me that the correct driver is installed, when it is not. Interesting java Nvidia GPU playback tool said unknown to the GPU video about the PC card product? The 'good' PC reports the right product analysis offshore GPU and offers even update a more current Nvidia driver. I as well before it is rip out together video driver and loads a basic 640 x 480 driver, then start in safe mode and reload the driver proper. But I don't know if I did the steps correct basic video driver load correction method.

Hope it was not too verbose. I am running "on this feedback rabbit hole an and any circular or troubleshooting tips would be great. Be advised that it is the PC with the southbridge NVIDIA North/South wobbly mobo that also has problems of USB.

    Thank you-

    /WF

    Hello GPS-Tech,

Because the tool indicates the video card as being unknown, that it does not find a driver to update because he does not know what to look for, as well as update microsoft assumes that the driver is up to date because it has no idea of this driver to get.

Your best option is to manually install the driver by accessing the site Web of NVIDIA manually by lifting the video card and the driver installation.

I think it's the right driver

  • Are there disadvantages to the use of the generic video driver?

I have a nVidia GeForce FX 5200 graphics card on my Dell Dimension 8300 Win XP home sp3. Last week my computer could not start gives me a blue screen saying problem with NV4_disp device driver got stuck in an infinite loop. Problem with the device or the driver. Check the update of the driver of the seller.
    (1) I changed monitors - same problem
    (2) I downloaded and installed the latest version of the Dell driver dated 2004 - same problem
    (3) I went to the Nvidia site and downloaded and installed the latest version of the driver dated 2008 - same problem
    (4) I disabled the graphics card in the Device Manager and ran dxdiag, who said that I use the video driver generic vga.dll

Here's my question. I'm not a gamer, and on my screen (1024 x 768) screen looks identical to what I'm used. Are there disadvantages to the use of the generic video driver? Are there missing capacities that I can run in navigation, reading electronic mail or watching videos on Hulu? I noticed that on the generic refresh rate is up to 60 hertz instead of 75 hertz.

    Hello

RUN sfc/scannow, and then chkdsk /f /r to ensure corruption is not a
    the part in question.

If this fits your needs and then use the default driver, because he will not harm the entire system
    way.

Would be a good idea to check their books online with the support of Nvidia, and
