Video of Smartphones on my 8310 blackBerry no longer works

When I got to my phone, I took a short video, that I see, but now I can't see how I took it. My wife has the same phone and I can't find the option on his own? I looked through many positions, but none really helped.

Similarly, the 4.5 upgrade worked on my phone I have video, BUT when I tried it on my wife it crapped out. All I have on the screen is a circle with a box inside a line through it, and nothing seems to work. I took out the battery I tried to load it again down, removed and I still have the circle. Man I am in a lot of TROUBLE. I need help fast.

    Alrighty, since your homescreen go to Options > Applications.  Find it in the list, press the menu key and delete it.  Then connect your phone to your PC via the USB port and type www.blackberry.com/windowslivemessenger into the browser of your computer.  You can then download it from here, and you should get a copy that does not require a keycode.

    KeyCode is normally required when you download a beta of a beta BlackBerry application area, as suggested by ben1107.  I don't know how you got such a copy, but try my method and see if it helps.

    What other information is needed?

    I work on a video for the past two months and have about 15 minutes of film.  Recently when I opened the project to work on the last 25% of the play feature has stopped working (no sound or audio when you press play).  I noticed that the background rendering has been disabled so I have reactivated it, but I'm still facing the same problem.  I saved my video in several formats, including AVI in the hope that I will be able to complete at a later date.  I'm only a bit technical, so please don't waste your time correcting me (I'm sure that I have committed several mistakes and provided information that aren't pertainent to the issue)!  Looking for help, so I can finish my project.

    OK, this chip Intel graphics and its driver, could be part of the problem. I go to the Lenovo Web site and see if they have the latest video driver available. If so, I would setup which. If they don't, then check the Intel website for a newer driver.

    Pre interfaces very, very closely with the video and even a simple OS update, or hot - fix driver, can make the out-of-date video driver instantly. That's why companies like nVidia and ATI/AMD issue so many updates pilot - about one a month.

    While you check for drivers, see Realtek and see if they have a new driver audio too.

    That things once worked, but no more do, pointing to something changing, as an update of the OS.

    If there is a latent policy, there is only one way to remove it... and while I can't tell exactly what you hear of "hard reboot", this probably isn't the appropriate method. To check, however, see this:

    And, even if it seems to result in a negative, there is perhaps a COMPUTER policy on board... 'stealth' rare, but they exist. To clean, you must do:

    Of course, remember to take a backup before and after restore... but do not make big. One of the saved databases contains policy COMPUTER and, if you restore that, you'll be right where you started. On the contrary, only backup/restore these specific databases that need you, specifically avoiding those that relate to politics.   • Video of Smartphones blackBerry will not play since the 4.5 upgrade?

    I upgraded to 4.5 a few weeks ago (with T-Mobile 8320 curve) and all of the videos that I try to put on my phone now in WMV, AVI, format etc. will not play.  Either I get a red error box saying the file is incompatible or she acts like she is going to play, but he won't play.  I've never had to convert WMV before playing on the previous operating system for the phone (4.2.2), they always played!  So I tried converting them with the Media Manager, some won't still play, and those who have a black border around the video where almost 1/4 of the screen is blank with no video (and Yes, I have 'full screen' selected).

    What is the problem with the video and 4.5?  What file formats does work now?  I don't understand why they took the opportunity to read these formats.  Always be a problem with everything these days...

    I tried AkmeFFmpeg and it worked like a charm... full screen and everything!  Very strange... I tell you it's the OS!  I've never used this program before when I got 4.2.2 and I never had problems.  But whatever, problem solved now.

    After the update to OS 10.3.1.1565 on the Q10 BB today BBM voice and videoconferencing no longer work.
    The BBM title is white (username BBM not visible) and BBM voice or video buttons do not respond.
    It looks like a bug.

    In addition, make sure you use only the root USB ports... without hubs (sometimes the front-end ports are hubs... use a rear USB port). And don't forget to try to disable the USB power management in the configuration of your system (Device Manager).

    Check also on the incompatible software... it was reported that NTI Shadow Ninja & software can cause a conflict; Remove and reinstall the desktop software BB allows to install correctly.

    My apologies in advance if this is redundant - there is no way to be sure that if you have already seen and tried these. Also apologies if all are not currently available... RIM takes their monte and descends at will as they revise things.

    Anything sync'd through your BDS is stored in a folder somewhere... usually My Documents > my pictures > BlackBerry (or my videos > BlackBerry). It depends on the path specified for the folder when you set up the synchronization of the image.

    Unfortunately, your situation requires access to the e-mail account associated with the BB ID so that you can make the necessary properly... all automated methods requires it.

    Your choice - contact e-mail former administrator and ask them if they could temporarily restore e-mail account so that you could receive the necessary email.

    Create a new BB ID and lose all the previous records of AppWorld.

    Create a new BB ID and contact your mobile service provider for formal support and escalation in the RIM, to convince them to manually migrate your previous AW files for the new BB ID.

    I don't see any other options... but I don't know why you think that this situation will result in your losing your BBM contact list...

    I don't know how your carrier wait you will activate your plan data manually - it's something that they need to do so give them a call and talk to someone else.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Desktop Sync no longer works

    Thanks for reading and for any input that you are willing to offer.

    I have Windows 7 Professional. My Outlook profile is stored on an Exchange Server and my Blackberry had previously beeng synchronization with Outlook in this configuration for nearly a year without problem.

    Recently, the software freezes the message 'Engine Action loading configuration' and is unrecoverable. I tried the following things to remedy the situation:

    (1) adjust the settings Organizer not to synchronize anything except the date & time. Still happens

    (2) remove all data from the device using Desktop software and try to resynchronize. Same problem

    (3) uninstall and reinstall Blackberry Desktop Software and try to sync with all of the original data and the empty deleted data Blackberry. The same problem.

    (4) tried to wipe off the full blackberry using Cmdr of JL, reinstalling the operating system. In this scenario, I can synchronize addresses, but once I sync calendar problems from ever happening and I can't ever sync it again (including later by deselecting the option of calendar.

    At that time I spent hours scouring Google for help and try the above items. This was a disaster for me because I rely on synchronization had given for work and have already from lack of things.

    I do not think there is something wrong with the Blackberry, because it works very well and works perfectly well after re - charging a fee, OS, etc.

    I tried to play with the balls of support, but because the software freezes before can synchronize calendar, there is nothing in the log that indicates if there is a file corrupted in the event calendar.
