After updating the Web lost windows 7 video

Hello

Try the following.

First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

Flash Player Uninstaller.

Once the download is complete, close all the browser windows, open your downloads folder and run the program uninstaller.  After this has completed, restart the laptop.

Then (unless you already have it), download and install Firefox , then using Firefox, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You can deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before download.

Close all browser windows before you run the installer of Flash.

Start Firefox and see if the videos etc. play Ok in this browser - if they do, close Firefox, open Internet Explorer and click on the same link Adobe Flash above to get a command prompt to install the ActiveX component.  Once completed, restart Internet Explorer.

Kind regards

  • Automatically start the video on the web at startup

In my room, I have an old iMac. I would use it as my alarm clock by from a daily television show. But to use effectivly, the video should start playing automatically from the Web site.

Fortunately, this show has always the last episode available on the main site in the same position.

Can someone help me understand the final stage of this plan?

    1. have the iMac over a time start (WORK)

    2. open Chrome at startup on the right site (WORK)

    3. launch video...

In order to start the last episode, I have to click on the video and after the new page opens click on it again. Is it possible to automate this? For example: is there any software available that can wait a minute after the start, then click on a certain sport, then wait a minute and click again?

  • Cannot transfer videos on the web (or Youtube, Vimeo or Facebook)

I use Windows 10. I stored my files and the project on an external hard drive, but I also have a complete copy on my C drive.

I already downloaded a previous version of my current project on Facebook and had no difficulty.

However, today, when I tried to download it from the web (I tried Facebook, Vimeo and Youtube) I received a message that "online services encountered an error.  The service will now be terminated or suspended if possible. When I close the dialog box, I get a second message saying: "an error occurred file transfer. You want to try again, stop the flow of work or terminate this service completely?

In searching this forum, I found what looks like a similar problem regarding Adobe Premiere elements 13. At that time there was no solution to the problem, although a number of people are trying to help. One of the questions posed by online help was the problem had to do with copyrighted material or not. I tested this by removing a piece of music that could have been copyrighted, but it made no difference. The file still wouldn't download.

I fear I can have corrupted my project in some way and need to know if the problem can be resolved, or if I need the trash of my project and start over again.  And if that were to happen to any project I do in Adobe first 14.

    Thank you for your help.

The challenge is that these sites (especially YouTube) are continually update their systems and programs of this obsolete interface with them.

If you haven't done so already, go to the Preferences/Web share page and manually check the updates of Service.

If that does not do it, you can always work around the problem.

If you use version 14, go to export & share/devices/computer and select 1920 x 1080 with the possibility of a MP4 output. You can then manually load this video to any website via your web browser.

    Picture-1.jpg

    Hello Maury,

to insert an flv video, did "" asking you for the next steps. In order, you can control this, I'll try to describe in detail from the beginning (translated from my German DW):

Create a new subdirectory (that's for this test, you can insert it into an existing file of DW naturally).
    Create a new html/php file.
Work in designMode--> the Insert Flash video.
    Search / navigate---> yourFLV.flv
    : Skin Halo 3 (w. 280) (it's my choice here)
width 640 (this is my choice)
height 480 (this is my choice)
You can click in all the boxes.

---> Away with all these below (products of DW) files to your server.

Best you have a look with WIN-Explorer in your directory, to see all files DW created in your home directory and don't forget one:

    YourFlv.flv
    YourFlv.htm (or YourFlv.php)
    Clear_Skin_1.swf (my choice)

You can see your file in preview (when the file is ok), cause in your directory/DW-disk hard-all these files exist.

  • Best video for the Web?

I created a site offering artists around my city. The most important thing is the videos and that's what I have a problem with. Can you help me?

I started with the flv files swf turned and who was allowed. The problem was he wouldn't play on IPAD and other devices.

So, I read online that a mov or mp4 file was good. Today, I received so many responses from those who said that the video is so slow that they have not even watch.

I tried to increase my size to a size close to youtube, so it was more visible then my first posts.

    The site is

    www.adamsstreetsessions.com

    Thanks in advance

. FLV is currently the best format of video container for the Web...

As a rescue use swfobject for Flash detection and provide a .mov as ALT content file

    Link to swfobject:

    http://code.Google.com/p/SWFObject/

Sample .flv video that plays on the iPhone:

    http://www.cidigitalmedia.com/tutorials/Qt/play_qt.html

relief is .mov file. View the source code to see how it works.

A potential problem of slow download .mov files is if the moov atom is at the end of the file rather than the beginning... Hey, I don't do this kind of things, I just tell you about it. The download is not slow, it's just that the entire file has download before he plays. If the moov atom is at the end of the file, the full .mov file must be downloaded before the video starts to play. It will be not progressive download as an .flv file (another reason why .flv is the video container of choice).

You can restructure the .mov files are needed by using QuickTime Pro, and save as.

Google to know the exact details or check here:

If the video bitrate and/or the size is a problem, investigate it to an old post:

    Video bitrate

One of the principle of goal setting is to "begin with the end in mind". In this case, it will be very difficult to give good recommendations because the end is not defined. So I'll just make a few assumptions and you can correct me if necessary.
First, I'll assume that you convert Flash, whether you want to broadcast this video on the Internet. If that's true, then going to make some assumptions about your potential viewers Internet connection download speeds. Let's just say that most have at least a 1.5 MB connection or faster.
OK, that would mean that a video bitrate of half that generally provide a video download that is not interupped by the buffering (most of the time anyway). So assuming a video bitrate of 750 kbps, what would be the optimal display size?
Before decide us, here's a little info on the bitrate. To read more high quality, the bitrate of the video is directly related to the size of the screen. In other words, more display, incoming data more are needed to correctly display the video. Think of bitrate in terms of a can of paint. If you have 1 quart of paint, you might be able to do a very nice job on an area of 32 X 24 feet. But if you try to stretch the same amount of paint on a surface area of 64 X 48 feet, the coverage is not as good and you get mediocre results.
Similarly, a video display to 640 X 480 pixels will require 4 times the baud rate as a video displayed at 320 X 240 pixels to produce the same quality. Thus, for example, a video with a speed of 100 kbps, 160 X 120 displayed will produce the same quality results as a video with a bitrate of 1600 kb/s is displayed in 640 X 480.
So, to sum it all, 750 Kbps, even up to 1000 kbps video rates can usually get delivered high-speed Internet on most connections. Higher rates may work for connections very fast but will cause problems for viewers with slower connections. Video display size has a direct impact on the final quality. In the range of 750 to 1000 Kbps, display size should be maintained around 450 or 500 width max (and whatever the height proportions claims). Yes it can be displayed larger, but the quality will suffer.
Sounds like the audio settings are fine, especially for delivery on the Internet.
Regarding the framerate, maintain the framerate video original raw for best results. Therefore, if the clip was shot at 24 frames per second, let him.
In regards to video converters, you have the Flash 8 Video Converter? It works very well for the video to be delivered over the Internet. Don't forget, you're taking a Cadillac of video (h.264 HD) version and cram into a Chevy body so he can work on the Internet.

    Best wishes

  • When you try to download videos on the web, open the appropriate folder on the computer for video rentals, the list of videos is incomplete. Why some are recognized and others not?

    Windows 7, new
Windows Media player and movie maker, new

It was working fine before.  I thought that the videos are in the same format, however, the 2 videos that are available (I didn't know this before) were put on Youtube and others were not.  I think that there is a kind of publication that is not made for the remaining videos so the format might be different.
Also there is no "All files" just a list of all types of file in the menu dropdown.  I'll look in to the additional formatting.
    Thank you!

  • size of the file for video on the web

    Hello world

I exported just a 10-minute video using the H.264 format and preset YouTube HD 720, but the size of the file ends up being about 611 MB.

I lowered the bitrate, and then I got the file size down a little but not a lot. I was just wondering if this is what size usually is a 10 minute file or if I can reduce the size somehow, except using bitrate

Would be very grateful for any advice.

    Thanks in advance

I was just wondering if this is what size usually is a 10 minute file or if I can reduce the size somehow, except using bitrate

You can also reduce the size of the image and/or reduce the pace.  The size of next standard frame down to 1280 x 720 is 960 x 540 and 640 x 360 after that.  In fact, fewer pixels produces a smaller file.  For all lower frame rates go, you could reduce it by half (so 29.97 FPS reduced to 15 fps and 24 fps to 12 frames per second); However, this affects the quality of movement, and the H264 is so effective that it is rare to reduce your frame rate, these days.

Is too large because of your internet 611 MB upload?  Or do you need a smaller file to fit on 521MB USB Flash drives or some other limitations of storage?

  • Flash Player 10.1 installed, why I said to download FP to view video on the web?

I can't download or watch videos of site because the site tells me that public Service is not installed or have not updated FP.  I HAVE FP 10.1 installed, I do not see the animation at the FP homepage and it shows the latest version in the box.   I checked "Manage Add ons" and FP is activated.  I rechecked the privacy settings and these settings are activated which relate to the public Service and the scripts.  I check Add/Remove programs and FP 10.1 is there too.

I am running windows XP, 32-bit, IE8.  I disabled my AVG, disabled my Spybot, uninstalled FP with uninstaller here, rebooted comp and reinstalled FP several times without success.  I am logged in as administrator. and only one who uses this computer.  I read more messages for example, but can't take it anymore.

Everything worked fine before yesterday when I have updated Flash Player and Shockwave Player.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Hi thanks, then we are ok on the FP and Add ons. By matching, I meant if you have some FP vs 10.1.102.64 installed (by the test site that confirms what I think you said that you checked) then the Shockwave Flash object must be the same version.

Shockwave Player version numbers would of course different.

Do you have a chance to see youtube for videos? I see that you were ok on MSN.
