View my pictures with a black border?

When you edit a photo, in that it appears a black border that one I find it really increases my photos.

As I browse through photos in an album, I want to see with the same black border.  I think it improves their and would help me to decide which photos to keep and throw away.

I can't find a way to use a black border, it is just white.

This is not a feature of Photos - suggests to Apple - http://www.apple.com/feedback/photos.html

    I had a play with the graphics created intel and cannot see anyway to get on the scale so that the picture fills or adapts to the size of the TV screen.

    Ive checked on the lenovo utilities / win update / update intel for gfx driver updates and there is not, I believe that my current version of the driver is 10.18.10.3643.

    I solved this by the way "overscan" in the TV menu, that it seems that it is 'on' by default on most TVs

  • Print with a black border to show the 'edge' of the page?

    I print a document in the format letter of illustrator to 50% of the size. All pages have a white background, so I would like to have the print with a black rule document / border around it, so I can say what it will look like. Is it possible to do it without manually put a rule around all 25 existing work plans? Or y at - there a way to do this in the Acrobat pdf file that I got out of this doc? (CS5) - thank you very much!

    I know it's easy to draw a rectangle around your work on accomplsh what you want. To 50% of the size, you can select the Rectangle tool and simply click on the page, then enter your size (5.5 "x 4-1/4") and manually place the new box around each pattern of letterhead. Should take only a few minutes to do all 25.

  • Export composition portrait in landscape orientation with a black border on the sides.

    I did a portrait of 1080x1920px H.264 video for a year or two and I have not had problems exporting to an mp4. I modified the file even over and over again, and I fear that in doing so, I messed up the whole thing.

    Recently, the final product, after export, is a rectangle with huge black borders. As if trying to export the file to Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015, he decided to change the file of 1920x1080px - compression to the tune of the original composition.

    Is it possible that I can fix this or will it go back to an old backup? I've changed a lot since this time I would probably just start all over again.

    Thank you for reading.

    1080 x 1920 is not a valid size for h.264.  It must be 1920 x 1080.  The monitor on which the file is read is rotated 90 degrees to make it oriented vertically.

    You must simply nest 1080 x 1920 model within a model of 1920 x 1080 and rotate 90 degrees.  Don't forget to choose the direction in which you turned previously.

  • Is there a way to export a picture with a frame (black)?

    I would like to know if there is a way to export a picture with a black frame where, on the bottom line, some additional information is provided (such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO,...)?

    Maybe it is not implemented in Lightroom itself, but someone of you knows a plugin?

  • Question of black border around an external display

    On my external screen which is displayed through Extend and connected via HDMI, there is about an inch of margin around the screen which extends too and made my cursor or programs when full tank disappear off the screen by about an inch.

    The resolution is 1680 x 1050, as currently seems to be the best resolution and when I use another, it creates more black space and allows more than all that slip out of the page. Like 1920 x 1080 is about 2 inches instead of 1 inch.

    I'm on a Dell Inspiron N5010, 64 bit, with graphics HD Intel (r).

    Any help to remove this excess border would be appreciated.

    This over-extend is called Overscan, is a feature of the TV.  You cannot 'fix' on your computer exactly, that TV and display settings can really do a lot of help.  The only thing you could really do is a lower resolution and hope that the TV shows it in the middle with a black border instead of go.  But really, you have to look at the options on the monitor/TV: you can probably just disable overscan (almost all TVs manufactured this decade have this option).

    For more information: Overscan: the installation on some screens of computers or televisions to adjust the size of the image so that the objects appear larger, but the edges of the image are lost. More info about what is overscan?

  • S2415H with 8700 XPS at 1920 x 1080 monitor has black border

    Hello

    I hope someone can shed some light on what I am running out of ideas and more than a little frustrated.

    I bought an XPS 8700 system, which came with a S2415H monitor.  I formatted the machine and re-installed with Win 8.1.  I have connected the monitor using the supplied HDMI interface but when I set the resolution 1920 x 1080 there is a black border around the screen; It seems that the screen size is too small for the monitor.  However, when I change the resolution 1600 x 900 as test the office fills the screen but the resolution is not pleasant to the eye.

    I tried to install the drivers from the CD, the drivers directly from the Dell website and the latest AMD catalyst.  I don't see what I'm doing wrong and so how to fix it.

    Any advice would be much appreciated!

    The scaling AMD Ati Catalyst is moved to about 7.5, which causes a thick black border around all four sides of the screen.

    * Right-click on the windows desktop
    * Left click AMD Ati Catalyst Control Center or the AMD Vision Engine Control Center
    * Along the left side, you will see my digital flat panels
    * Click on it and a submenu pulls down
    * Select Options (digital flat) scale in the submenu
    * You will see a scroll to underscan and overscan bar. Check the overscan box and drag it to 0% until your screen is filled
    * Click on apply and
    -or-
    * Right-click on the windows desktop
    Open the AMD Ati Catalyst Control Center
    * Switch to advanced mode
    * Click on the drop down at the top right graph
    * Select the desktop computers and screens
    * Right-click on currently active display. There is a little image of a tiny, tiny screen arrow below far left of the menu. It's this little arrow that you left-click on, and then click Configure. Then the following 6 keys will be at your disposal:
    Attributes
    Avivo color
    Scaling options
    HDTV support
    Screen LCD Overdrive
    Pixel format
    * Under attributes, check the GPU activate box scaling and image of the scale to the size of the whole screen
    * Click on apply
    * Select Configure
    * Click the scaling Options tab
    * Move the scale to the right until you get a picture full-screen 0%

    Need help with windows defender. all my files folders pictures everythiing disappeared and I find myself with this black screen and it is not all good: o)

    I don't know why vista windows no longer charge, or when the files and folders disappeared

    How Windows Defender is on this problem?

    Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
    Data recovery:
    1. slave of your hard drive in another computer and read/save your data out there.
    2. put your Hard drive in a USB hard drive case, plug it into another computer and read/save from there.
    3 Alternatively, use Knoppix Live CD to recover data:
    Download/save the file Knoppix Live CD ISO above.
    Download the Vista software from the link above.
    After installing above ISO burning software, right click on the Knoppix ISO file > copy the Image to a CD.
    Knoppix is not installed on your PC; use only the resources of your PC, RAM, graphics etc.
    Change the boot order in YOUR computer/laptop to the CD/DVD Drive 1st in the boot order.
    Plug a Flash Drive/Memory Stick, BOOT with the Live CD, and you should be able to read the hard drive.
    When the desktop loads, you will see at least two drive hard icons on the desktop (one for your hard drive) and one for the USB key.
    Click on the icons of hard drive to open and to understand which drive is which.
    Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).
    Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.
  • Problem with 'small black line at the right margin' with Folio Builder / Viewer to Adobe in the Ipad. ID CC.
    Hello
    When I create a Folio Builder and I check my project Id in the Adobe viewer (sometimes in the Ipad app and Desktop Viewer), I can see a black line at the right margin (maybe 4 px). And I can not set my background (it is an object with a color) to use the "full resolution available to the app in the ipad" and Yes, I'm using rules and I see that my object wallpaper is 1024 x 768. I tried several projects and upgraded the project for the "30" version
    But I am a new user with the ID/DPS. So, is this a bug reported? Or I'm doing sth wrong?
    And for me, the most important issue, will fix this when I send my project to the applestore and DPS transform my Folio to the store? Or what I see now that's what I'm going to see?
    Thank you!
    Sorry! I found an answer here in the discussion:
    http://forums.Adobe.com/message/5835960#5835960
    So the problem will be solved in the final application, and it's just the scrolling in the Viewer.
    Thank you!
    I cut a selection of an image in photoshop but choosing with the magic wand tool, then the copy in a new layer and the removal of the background, so there should be no background.  However, when I put the photo in an InDesign document, it shows with a black rectangular background.  How can I get rid of this?
    Try 'File--> Place' to put the image in the Indesign and then check.
    If Possible, put the screen shot in what is going on.
  • After that I did the timeline - I get a black border on one side of all my photos
    Hello world. I'm doing a simple simple slideshow (no effect or alterations of any type) of pictures taken with my camera canon 6 d. They have been taken with the best resolution of 5184 x 3456. The ratio is 3:2. When I let fall one of the photos in the new point bin and I let first choose the sequence for me, first do not find one of its presets, but creates instead a sequence custom with dimensions that correspond to my photos of 5184 x 3456. It also corresponds to the normal of 1.0 square pixels. The dimensions of the video previews it creates are 1620 x 1080. Just after the sequence is created I get a solid red line in the timeline and at that time my photos fill the program monitor completely even during playback, but as soon as I made the timeline, then I get a solid black border to the East (from my point of view in looking at computer) all my photos, I spent a lot of time on it to try to find me a solution. I couldn't do it. So I did an experiment and I resized images in 16:9, and as soon as I did that the first matches a sequence of his presets and the problem disappeared. I think that the first sequence that is format of 5184 X 3456 with my native is not quite correct. But my question is how to find the right order? Ultimately I have trying to find a way to make a slideshow on the front using the images to their original dimensions mentioned above without the black border. the photos cannot be affected by any means, because they must be used in a demonstration of the Court of justice. Could someone please help me with this? Thank you very much. Umberto.
    Umberto, sorry for the long time between responses. Finally, I got the chance to test with your images and was able to reproduce it on my system. While I can't tell you why this is happening, I have a work around you.
    The problem is in the render files. When you return your files PP done new video files and play those back instead of the original and support for some reason to MPEG I-Frame rendering only (default) creates this black bar.
    I imported two photos into a new project in Premiere Pro v2015.1 and drag them to the new sequence button. They played back normally. Then, I made the timeline and saw your black bar on the right side.
    I open the sequence settings and changed the File Format of video preview GoPro CineForm (YUV 10 bit) and then made it and it worked fine! Personally, I normally use QuickTime ProRes codec, but I see on your screenshots that you run Windows, so the GoPro CineForm codec is probably your best option. Which should contribute, and during this time you should present this as a bug to Adobe since it is so easily reproducible.
    See you soon,.
    Matt
