  Afteer upgrade to Win 8, the WiFi of my Satellite L670-128 has stopped working properly.

  To my knowledge this L670 series isn t Win 8 taken in charge and this means that there is no special Win 8 drivers for this device, so I put t think you will find an another Win 8 driver for this WLan card.

  I would recommend running a few Wlan test.
  For example; Disable wireless encryption on your router and Wifi connectivity with the open network do that just for testing purposes, perhaps you will need to change the type of encryption to test.

  Please do not post in all capital LETTERS, it makes it more difficult to read and the forums internet, it is considered SHOUTING.  Photo-It stopped earlier, there is no replacement from Microsoft for this product

  You are running a 32-bit version or 64-bit Windows 7?  Photo-It is a fairly old program that dates back to the days of Windows 95, there is no guarantee that these older programs will work correctly on 64-bit Windows, if the program has a 16-bit installation program that it will not install on 64-bit Windows.  If the program has a 32-bit installer it will install on 64-bit Windows, but you should keep in mind that many of these older programs depended on 16-bit code encapsulated in a 32-bit code relied on the interfaces (APIs) that are not present or supported on Windows 64 - bit of Windows application programming.

  Thanks for posting on the Community Support from Apple. From your post, it looks like your haptic feedback does not work when you click using your trackpad and the setting is enabled. I know that this is a great feature and it is important to make it work. I'll be happy to help you.

  First of all, I would like to assure you that in system preferences > Trackpad > clicking silencer is not checked, that might help. In addition, it would be useful to reset the settings of the SCM. You can find instructions here: reset the management system (SCM) controller on your Mac - Apple Support

  I'll also include those for you here:

  1. Stop the Mac.
  2. Plug the MagSafe or USB - C adapter to a power source and to your Mac.

  (1) I assume you mean that you gave them the CREATE VIEW privilege. Not CREATE ANY VIEW. The latter would allow them to create a view owned by another user who would be dangerous enough.

  (2) it is not related to the role of RESOURCE. It is almost certainly related to the CONNECT role. CREATE VIEW (among other privileges) has revoked the CONNECT role in point 10.2. I don't know why your 10.2 database was working, I guess that you updated from an earlier version, in which case the update may not have removed the privilege correctly (see Metalink: 317258.1).

  (3) you certainly don't want to use the CONNECT role or RESOURCES in the application of the production. Were the roles of the sample which have been overloaded with privileges for the various elements of the sample code. You should really create your own roles with of whatever your users must actually rather than using these predefined roles of privileges.

• Place the photos high resolution in InDesign - look terrible when I resize down! Does not work why!

  I'm a beginner with InDesign, so I'm looking for very clear instructions. I work with CS6 on a ballot. When I place very large, high resolution photos in and then try to resize the terrible resolution looks down.  I use the tool place during the import. At first I thought it was because I use the 'content to the chassis Fit' tool and who had settled the proportions. So I tried to "Adjust the frame proportionally" and who did not, any more than "automatic adjustment". I have tried to place photos and then making a control + drag to resize down - it did not work. I looked at preferences - file handling - preserve Image Dimensions (I deselected that option). Also, did not work. I wonder if the resizing affects pixels, but I don't know where to find it in InDesign. I found the instructions for Photoshop on the choice of Image - resize the Image, but not in InDesign. The other thing, on what I am wondering is that I put these pictures in a text box - which could cause problems with the resolution? Should I be placing them another way?

  You should always use one of the options adjustment proportional to avoid distortion. This may mean that you need to change the shape of the image frame allows you to adapt the shape of the image, or crop the image to take into account the shape of the frame. It is a reality.
