  Hey Dan,

  We finally figured this out for Captivate 5.  When you create a turnover there are two objects: the rollover_area and the rollover_caption.  In this example, the rollover area is selected with the dotted line and the box caption pointing to it.  If you select the rollover_area (and not the rollover_caption) and then add the text accessbility to properties tab > Accessibility button, JAWS is reading.  Let me know how it goes.

  I have a question related to the violation of the "AlertShow". I've had several of these violations and the description says

  'Do not directly call Alert.show... '. You shouldn't Alert.show () directly. If an error has occurred in the system, you should probably use an ErrorManager to have a consistent way to manage these errors.

  What, exactly, is this violation? Could you please provide more detail, why this violation appears and how it should be fixed.

  So that we often people using Alert.show whithout having a central ErrorManager class. Having such a class allows you to have a consistent way to deal with errors in your application.

  Alert.Show can be called from anywhere (view, model, orders,...), while is nothing else than a wrapped view.

  I have a number of modules, and the icons on some of them take a lot of space. So the navigation bar is stuffed full. I added the bar add-on that appears at the bottom of the screen.   You can easily remove the memory modules.
  I think that the Bay is placed at the bottom of the unit.
  Remove the screw that is blocking the Bay, and you will have access to the module.

  I have WCS and WLC with 90 LWAP Access Points. I joined the WCS and WLC and I am able to see all the LWAP in the GUI of WCS.

  The requirement is, when ever some LWAPs are down, I want to get an alert somehow to report it. Now, without knowing how to do it, I just saw the total quantity and if some LWAP is off, I find it difficult to find one that is broken.

  Can you please suggest me the appropriate method to get the solution

  for simplicity, you can try to change the name of the access point to their specific locations. draw the map of the ap. Once they are in offline mode you will immediately see that ap is declining and where they are, first of all by the names of ap, then by their current location.

  It's better to do before setting the each AP. but still feasible if the AP is already set. you will have more work, however.

  have your floor plan ready with the exact locations of the AP. Note the mac address you set the AP once the ap registers with the controller, you can match with the floor plan and change the name of the access through its exact location point. example Bldg1-GF-AP01-lobby, Bldg1-GF-AP02-Hall, Bldg1-1F-AP01-reception... etc...

  import map in the WCS and assign the accordngly to the ap.

  You'll know exactly which ap is turned off and where exactly.

  I am new to Cisco routers so light easy on me.

  Our company has just purchased a RV042G so that we can start using VPN for some of our sales representatives.  There is always a need to access the RDC to configure our WAN1 port access rule to the internal server.  However, it does not work.

  I have install this type of rule on Sonicwalls before, but I don't have much experience with Cisco.  I'm a bit confused as to why it doesn't work anymore.  Any advice would be great.

  Looks like you got the first step made so fare. How access lists works on this devices is actually just control/allow certain traffic but does not in fact of NAT/port forwarding. What you need to do is then go into the setup and go under transfer. Next, you will create your port forwarding it. You click on service management again to set up which port you must sent (it may be already there for when you have configured your access list). Some of them should be similar on how you implemented in the access list, but if you want more information let me know and I can give more details.

• What traffic is copied to the IPS Module?

  We have an ASA5585-X with installed PSS-10 module that we test. External interface of the firewall is connected to the internet and has a public address. We have installed 4.2 CSM and send IPS events to it.

  After that we have configured the IPS module, we expected to get a lot of alerts for attacks from the internet, but we see almost nothing.

  The ACL on the external interface does actually not much, just a few SMTP, DNS, HTTP, SSH.

  My question is this - the IPS would all see the attacks/traffic from the internet or JUST packages that have passed the external ACL?

  I suspect that's why we rarely see alerts - can anyone confirm this?
