  I have lightroom 5 installed on my hard drive. Now, my dealer has added a new SSD for my iMac for the performance. My new record is now the starter with a fesh OSX installation disc. I always start my old. The question I have now is from the new drive in lightroom. The program think it is a new installation and request serial number. On the old disk, I start LR5 and can see the number with the last 4 digits. In my Adobe account for some reason, I can't see the number of Adobe LR4. I bought the upgrade through the Internet and that you do not find the number. It's more likely in an e-mail that I killed. Any advice would be most appreciated.

  I hope that someone here can help me with a little problem concerning my CS6 Extended key. Recently I got a new PC, so I uninstalled cs6 on my old (the version I have is for 1 PC). I tried to install it on the new PC then. Unfortunately, the key was invalid. Afterwards, I sought a solution to the problem. Support site told me to reinstall cs6 on the old pc and disable manually via the application itself (help > disable > disable the serial number on this computer). I wanted to do, but then the key was also invalid on the old computer. This means that I'm not able to disable any key.

  So finally: I have the serial number is not valid on both computers! Now I can not use Ps Cs6 more. If some of you already know this problem, please let me know what I can do.

  only an adobe employee can help you with a serial number problem.  I can tell you that almost everyone who has a problem with serial number reads the explanation in this message 1 link and just jumps just beyond the answer to their problem.

  for example, your serial number may be correct, but unless you use the CD to install and you only own an adobe product, you use probably the improper installation or files.  of course, I don't know it's true, and that's why you need to contact adobe.

• Error when executing VISA Serial Port reader

  I work with some lithium-ion batteries that gives every second through a RS-232 codes. With these codes you can get the battery voltage and other things.

  To read these values and store them in excellent I created a labview program using the player of VISA. I tried to run the program several times and it worked well at the start.

  After that, I also called in a function of data acquisition to read other values from a module NI 9206. When this change was made to the program the problem arose. I am able to get values and run the program for a while. But in a few minutes, the program gives an error saying "Error - 1073807252 occurred at VISA read in reader.vi series" (I have attached a screenshot for this).

  If anyone knows why this problem occurs? Any suggestions would be helpful. I'm new to read VISA and do not know why this error occurs.

  As the message says you do not read the serial data fast enough. As you say, the device sends data every second. If you do not read these data at least this fast, possibly the series buffer will be overflow because of no bytes will be replaced. Your acquisition loop is guaranteed to be more than a second. The DAQ Assistant takes a second to get the data because it is the time that you specified. Reduce the number of samples or place the DAQ Assistant, in a separate loop.

  p.s. Please clean up the code a bit. Get rid of all these statements of cases who do nothing and do not use local variables - particularly the response string series.
