Vista not genuine Build 6002 error

I recently got a message "this copy of Windows is not Build 6002 Windows VistaMD" on a dark screen.  I checked Software Liscensing Service and I saw that she value Manula so I reset to automatic.  I started the Service and got an Error Message that basically says "access denied."  I ran CHKDSK C:/R, and he said: I had some corrupted files.  After it restarts fine, the error message is gone and the computer works normally.  Except when I look in Maint system in Control Panel, I get the message that says that Windows is not activated, although the ID of the product is indicated.

That seems good, too :)

  • This copy of Windows is not genuine Build 6002

I've had my Hp Pavilion desktop computer for over 4 years now and it never gave me a problem until today. The screen black and on the corner bottom right it tells me to activate Windows. How can I fix?

My product code is written in valid and he was able to let me know what was the correct product code. He had me manually enter the code produced in my PC and it succeeded.

Thank you so much to try before!
  • Windows is not genuine built 6002. need help with my windows vista.

Hi, my HP Pavilion notebook crashed and now I have a message that reads... This copy of windows is not genuine built 6002. I've exhausted all means to try to fix it without success.  The sticker on the bottom of the computer is worn and unreadable. I bought programs product key finder, helping us to activate windows. I called Hp support and supported windows and all I get is the run around. Is someone can you please help me solve this problem?

You don't say if you reinstalled Vista, or what you were doing on the crash.

    http://www.Belarc.com/free_download.html

If your Vista operating system was still running and enabled, you would use the program above to find your product key.

If the above does not apply, we can not help you.

It becomes a matter between you and HP, they you provided with your Vista license.

    See you soon.

  • How can I fix "this copy of windows is not genuine" build 7601, windows 7

There are many moons, I decided to download windows 10, I didn't like it and came back to windows 7.  I got this in the bottom right of my screen, "this copy of windows is not genuine" build 7601.

I looked on this site and found that everything I had to do was, go to start, type cmd, by ensuring that its in the administration, then I type SLMGR - REARM - but I got a dialog box displays indicating "has exceeded the maximum number of rearm, you must reinstall the OS before trying to rearm again."

I do not know what is the OS, and how is he said I reset too often when I don't?

To analyze and solve problems for Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the diagnostic report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to the desktop -http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once downloaded, run the tool.
Click on the button continue, after a short time, continue button will change to a copy button.
Click the copy button in the tool (ignore the error at this stage) and then paste (with r-click and paste or Ctrl + V) in your message.

The only problem I see with your report is that the machine has not been enabled - which you have to do by phone.

    Activate by phone

1 box of "slui 4" in the search on the start menu, press enter

    2. Select the country or region

    3. dial the number, DO NOT select options menu, just wait and someone pick up.

    4 activate by phone.

. MY WINDOWS 7 IS NOT GENUINE PLS HELP TY GOD BLESS US ALL

When you request support, please provide the number full name or product model of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq made thousands of computer models. Without this information, it can be difficult, even impossible to help you solve your problem.

The information requested above are at the bottom of your computer or inside the battery compartment. , Please do not include your serial number. Please enter the product/model information consumer HP Online Support page and post it here for our review.

It is normally the result of one or more corrupted files 'Activation' of Windows or a problem with the BIOS of the computer. Dell, HP, Toshiba, Sony, computers etc that come with the use of Windows 7 a pre-activation SLP/OA 2.1 System. This system requires a BIOS with an SLP/SLIC 2.1 table to activate a SLP 2.1 OEM Windows 7 product key and a "certificate" of SLP 2.1 OEM. If any on these is damaged or missing, Windows will become "non-genuine".

Back up all your personal data and files, then recovering your computer to a factory State. This should solve the problem. If this does not resolve the problem, you may have a problem with the SLIC table in BIOS. Please report back with the step that you tried and the results.

Alternatively, if you still can still read the product key 25 character on the Microsoft COA affixed to your computer, try to use it to activate your computer.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

  • Windows VISTA no real Build 6002 message after Windows updates

To start the message was superimposed in the lower right corner "this copy of Windows is not genuine".  I think there's a quick activation was wearing popup at startup I caught a glimpse of.  I did a scan with Avast boot time, which is a malware/gen inside old Western Digital MyBook utility zip installation file, I got avast delete (I did use the device, since it stopped working 2 years ago).

I started in safe mode, done rstrui.exe, selected a restore point on 30 December 2011, which was PRIOR to an installation of Windows Update, but after the download.  After restoration, virus definitions updates, boot time scan with Avast... the zip file of WD to the old address will not flagged as infected (but I deleted later anyway). Even now, Windows is genuine.

Updates automatically installed after the reboot:

Windows Defender Update - KB915597 definition 1.117.1973.0 definition... Note that this appears as installed December 30, 2011 also.

I have disabled the automatic updates of Windows installation.  Here are the updates waiting to be installed...

Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 KB2656353

    [same] 2.0 SP2 KB 2656362

    [same] 3.5 SP1 KB 2657424

    [even] 4 KB 2656351

If the problem "not genuine" do not resurface, I will apply these updates, reboot and see if the problem can be reproduced.  Finally, unless a problem with updates is identified.  I kind of doubt the updates were the issue, but just eliminate the variables.

"Virus found by avast was almost certainly a false positive - the file two years ago, then he must have been scanned hundreds of times since and probably spent every time.

A Non-genuine message may appear as a result of a "race condition" where a number of processes is competing for resources or files - and the Service for the Protection of software is one of them. This causes a notification to appear, which often diappears on its own later or at the next startup.

Unless the notification remains standing thanks to a couple of boots, I worry too much on this subject.

My preference for the .NET updates is to install them separately, one at a time, to reduce the risk of conflict. You must also leave the machine for about 10 minutes after the restart of an update of .NET, because it often takes some time to "optimize" the installation later.

  • Windows is not genuine build 7601 0xC004F200

I installed Windows 7 Home Premium a few months, probably in December. I used a key to activate it, and it was valid and worked for a while. Some time back I had a message saying something like "windows is not genuine". The key that I used to activate Windows was purchased online by my father, I'm not sure of the site, but I remember that the key was only $ 15 or more. Also, he bought a key for his computer (we were all two get windows 7 for our computers). I'm pretty sure that his computer still works authentic. Mine is wrong, that's the problem.

You buy a genuine Windows 7 license. The copy of Windows 7 Ultimate, you have installed is an OEM SLP license that should only be preloaded with a new PC. You seem to have installed a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate that uses an activation exploit that bypasses the product activation.

We know that it is because the BIOS date:

    20061002000000.000000 + 000

Windows 7 was released in 2009, the date of your BIOS says 2006, which means probably that your system is provided with Windows Vista or Windows XP.

In addition, he is a well known Windows 7 Ultimate license which has been used all over the web:

    Windows product key: *-* - WJ2H8 - R6B6D-7QJB7

Do a search on the web.

Thus, you must either charge your version of Windows that came on your computer (Vista or XP) or consider purchasing a license of Windows 7 genuine.

You can find software OEM System Builder of dozens of online merchants. The current price for OEM Windows 7 Professional Newegg, for example, is $ 140. When I checked a few minutes ago, Amazon offered packages OEM Windows 7 Professional from several vendors at prices ranging from $ 101 to $ 150. When I checked earlier, a package specifically designed for reconditioned PCs cost only $ 50 for a 64-bit copy.

There is no technical limitation to prevent you from using OEM software on your computer, although this software only works for a clean install, not an upgrade. In the past, Microsoft has been remarkably inconsistent in his advice to clients on the question of whether this practice is allowed. (See "is allowed to use Windows OEM on your own PC? Don't ask Microsoft. »)

  • MSG "this copy of Windows is not genuine" build 7601

My computer crashes and I had to go to Safe Mode.  When I looked at properties, I saw that the status of the Activation and the code is "not available".  I know I have a genuine copy of Windows.  What can I do?  Is attached a MGA diag reportDiagnostic report (1.9.0027.0):
