Vista SP2 and Vipre Premium Version 4

I installed Vipre Premium Version 4 on my Vista SP2 computer.  It includes a firewall which I am certain is enabled.  However, Vista continues to point out that I have no firewall.  I walked into the Help menu which told me to go to the Security page, under firewall that I would find and option to use another firewall.  I can't find this option.  You have any suggestions for me.

Thank you

VIPRE Antivirus Premium 4.0 is a new product, and I doubt that many people here have experience with it.  I recommend posting your question in Sunbelt Software support forums or by contacting Sunbelt Software support .

  • Vista SP2 (and Net framework 3.5 Family update) fails to install

Hi, Windows update always fails to install Vista SP2 & Net framework service pack 1 & family update Net framework 3.5 with error code 80073712. I believe that I have now installed the Net framework updates to download and install them individually or in sequence with NDP35SP1-KB958484 - x 86.exe the last to be installed, apparently with success. Unfortunately, Windows update still lists this update as needing to be installed, and that fails to do so. SP2 fails to install with updated Windaows as well, so I downloaded and installed as described in the Article ID: 947366 - last review: June 3, 2009 - revision: 6.1 how bad turn Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 service pack installation issues, install the tool available to update Windows KB957821 system successfully, restart the PC , the deactivation of all the components of McAfee, but again error: ERROR_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT (0 x 80073712). • Purchased CS6 Design and Web Premium version does not yet work of the trial version?

I used CS6 Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign trial versions and versions of trail CC on my laptop successfully and with absolutely no problem in the past. However, now that I purchased the exact same versions of software (CS6 and Design and Web) they do not install saying that my screen resolution is too low to meet the requirments.

I would accept it more easily if it is not all of these programs (in the same exact version) had worked for me before on the same exact machine. It is extremely frustrating for me because due to the success of the trial version I quickly bought and paid for the software and now it doesn't work at all. I desperately need this software because I use it for College, and now I'm on a large sum of money with nothing to show for it.

I really don't understand how the versions trial had no problem with my screen resolution and now purchased versions? I'm curious to know if I had chosen to buy the software at the end of my trial (instead of buying it to student discount) and downloaded here that would have happened? If it were just stopped working?

My main question is: is there at - there no way to bypass this requirment? It is impossible that encompassing everything, if the software worked for me before?

Any help at all would be appreciated I am coming to my 1st year college finals and need this software badly.

You may have and even possible just to use trial versions.  There is no difference between the versaion of the trial and everything you bought, except that the trial version must be activated for the operation of the full version via using the serial number, that you have acquired your purchase.

My sidebar has not worked for some time I ran the command prompt sfc/scan and found no errors in the sidebar, it shows my gadgets, but they don't work... loads of the sidebar and gadgets do not work IE. the clock gadget will load but the hands do not move and are glued directly to the top of the background is all black. I also tried the fix DPI adapting it to 120 and that didn't fix either. Also im now using IE9 not IE8 for a browser. Now, I have also tried the reg commands and deleted the file settings.ini and still nothing... PLEASE HELP ME!
