  The terms of the terms of USE on this forum we cannot speculate on what Apple may or may not do. That being said, there is no priority for what you ask. There is no way of knowing how long your device will be able to continue to upgrade to new versions of iOS. As long as he is able to run the new versions of iOS, it is fully supported.   Yes indeed.  I ordered the 21YWY of HARD-drive bracket and drive HARD interposer cable DG95V from Dell, to buy a battery from eBay 61WH (Dell has not tapped into it at the time...) and an EVO Samsung 1 TB SSD drive from Amazon.  It's easy to install (even if you need a very small torx scree 3 to remove the bottom cover) and works like a charm.
