  SOLUTION

  In Win7, click Start > computer
  Under the 'Tools' menu, click 'options of folders... ". »
  On the "Général" tab, check the option 'show all files '.
  Under the "View" tab, select "Show hidden files, folders and drives.
  Close dialog box.
  Navigate to the computer > Local drive (C > users > username > AppData > Roaming > Skype > username > voicemail)
  Press Ctrl + A.
  Press DELETE, and then click to confirm.
  Now listen to your voicemail.

  Just a note to ask if someone at Skype can help with a tech questions. Just set up my new shiny number (which does not yet!) and then tried to set up voicemail. Sometimes I can save a virtual machine but not read or save it and I get messages like;

  'Upload voice error message' and 'Voice Message error reading '.

  Seems to Skype and I got off to a bad start! Help appreciated and I tried this for an hour and no luck at all!

  It's very frustrating not being able to record a greeting voicemail customized because default greeting looks like very hostile.   So I only noticed it, once my girlfriend told me that she thought that I hung up on his calls... When I miss a call, it does not cut to your voicemail.  I tried using my home phone and noticed my Palm once stopped ringing and displayed the "Missed Call" message, my phone at home (the other end of the call) kept ringing and finally looked like the line was picked up and then hung up, followed by the tone row occupied/dead (so in other words It seems that I picked up and hung up immediately even though I haven't even touched my phone).

  Yes, just for testing. It would be the same as you would when moving from a flight, flight mode: press and hold the red power button until the phone disconnects from Verizon. Call your mobile to a landline or another mobile, then see if voicemail picks up. Press and hold to return to the network after testing.

  I see that your Visual Voicemail is not available, and you can not call voicemail. Visual Voicemail is a novelty that I use a lot. So, I understand wanting to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

  See the Visual on your iPhone voicemailarticle and make sure that Visual Voicemail is set up, and that your carrier supports this feature, specifically these sections:
  
  

  Set up Visual Voicemail

  If your provider supports visual voicemail, you can configure it:

  1. Tap the phone app, tap the voicemail tab.
  2. Press Set until now.
     
  3. Create a voicemail password, then tap done.

  Hello, I have an iPhone 5s which I've updated to iOS 10 this morning.

  Everything works as expected, however, it seems that the transcript of the voicemail does not work and actually broke my visual voicemail.

  I am in Australia, carrier is Vodafone, e-mail voice Visual is supported. And I Siri language English (Australia)

  When I opened the visual voicemail, I get my voicemail as expected. "Home" and "Edit" is clickable.

  

  When I click on the voicemail, namely and where I expect to see the transcript, the details appear with no transcript. And internet loading icon appears next to the battery icon. The detail view disappears immediately, and I'm taken back to the first screen.

  

  This happens if quickly, I don't even have a chance to really listen to my voicemail.

  Once the details disappear, I find myself with just the list of voicemail, notes, however, 'Hi' and 'Edit' is grayed out for editing. The only way to bring back must force quite the phone application and restart.

  

  If I try to access the view in detail several times, finally the phone gave up and allows me to play the voicemail. Usually after 5-6 tries.

  I have hard restart the phone (press and hold home and power button / stop), reset the network settings and tried different sim cards.

  Any thoughts?

  I also have glitches with voicemail. I received several messages today after updating to iOS 10. This particular glitch is irritating - whenever I click on a specific voicemail to play, it comes down to show the play button then snaps back to the top before I can click on play. However, I'm gone differently in voice via the Optimum homepage and manually reaches Optimum voicemail, close and back on to my homepage Optimum access to voicemail had returned. I don't know why he did it, obviously the Optimum support guy was incorrect.

  Voicemail is not a function of device (BlackBerry or other). It is a problem of carrier, contact your operator.
