• "Help and Support" feature cannot start

  All the features of help and Support Vista don't work (including one in the start menu).  I simply get a message that State "Windows Help and Support is unable to start."  Help and Support has worked when I first got this computer in March 2009, but has stopped working after the automatic updates (I'm not sure that one).  Unfortunately the restore has been disabled (for whatever reason) so I can't use restore to return to a previous point.

  Try to run the command in the elevated command prompt, follow the steps below, it could help us solve the problem.

  1. open the start menu, click programs principally made, select accessories.
  2. right click on command prompt, and then click "run as administrator ".
  3. type the following commands in the DOS prompt window and press ENTER at the end
  of each line:

  REGSVR32 MSXML3. DLL/U
  REGSVR32 MSXML3. DLL
  REGSVR32 MSXML6. DLL/U
  REGSVR32 MSXML6. DLL

  (At the elevated command prompt command should not give us any error).

  Restart the computer and try to access help and Support.

• VPC of Nexus 5 k Keep-Alives - Portchannel necessary?

  I'll set up 2 5548UP for layer 3 connectivity and I was wondering about the configuration of the VPC. What is the best practice? Do I have to configure a port-channel of layer 3 to do this with different interfaces (for example, e1/e1/1-2), or can I only make the mgmt port 0 card layer 3 girl (via copper)?

  And also, the ports that are L1 and L2 on the layer 3 daughter card for? I know that at some point there were not usable...

  Hi Bobby,.

  You can use the for the persistent mgmt0 port.  The main reason for them to determine what kind of failure has occurred if the VPC peer-link goes down.  If persistent are up, we know peer switch is in place, and the secondary switch must stop its ports until the pair link comes back online.  If persistent are also declining, we switch know peer is gone and the remaining switch must be responsible for the transfer of traffic.

  Hand, I'm not sure on the ports of L1 and L2.  I'll look into it, but mabey someone has the practical answer.

  Method 1: I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the program in clean boot mode, and check if the problem persists. A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

As long as user, I get the "help and support" and then search engine whatever it either in the search box returns with '0 results for the WORD '. It seems that this function should work automatically, but it is not working at all in my application. It works only partially to control the display of Web pages and only on the pages of the subsites of my web content.
  Looks as the root cause of this issue is the list view must focus to handle keyboard events. OK, so the workaround can be call requestFocus() on the list view. It's a job but only until I do not touch the other control or scroll this list via the screen point of view! Or for example my app can show popup by clicking on list view and when this popup will be rejected the focus won't return to the display of the list...

  So my question is what good way to add support for this feature? Do I really need to play with requestFocus()? Or maybe there's a simple way to always keep the focus on the display of the list?

  Thanks for providing these data. I think I can see what is happening.

  As you noted the characteristic of FFB6 has a value of characteristic property of 0x12. The part of the Bluetooth specification that handles wth this field is shown below.

  

  This shows that this characterisic has permissions that allow read and notify. Note that it states that if the Notification indicator is defined as the characteristic customer Configuration descriptor corresponding (with the UUID 0 x 2902) MUST exist.

  The definition of the Configuration descriptor feature customer (UUID 0 x 2902) specification Bluetooth is illustrated below:

  

  It has a 0 x 2902 UUID attribute and can take only two values currently (0x0001 and 0 x 002) for permit Notifications and Indications be enabled or disabled. Of your data, we see that there are only 3 these features descriptors for this feature:

  which seems correct.

  So, the problem is the device of MPU6050 is to determine the characteristic FFB6 as READABLE (it is verifiable truth) and NOTICE; However, it does not provide a typical customer Configuration descriptor (UUID 0 x 2902) to identify the handle to the field that should be used to toggle the notification setting of this feature on and outside. So if you try and notifications WE for this attribute the value of the underlying handle to write 0x0001 to set notifications CANNOT be determined GATT of the device and you an error reported.

  It is a problem with the definition of database of the GATT in the firmware of the device MPU6050 itself and not from any client device that attempts to communicate with him.

  It is inconsistent with the GATT Bluetooth specification, so you would need to have a conversation with the manufacturer to address this issue.
