  Hi Tatiana,

  There are 2 available in the analysis system variables @{report.name} and @{report.path}
  They give you the name of the analysis and its location.

  So it is not based on the dashboard, but as your analysis can be used in several dashboards, it is probably better to know the name and the path to the analysis itself rather than the dashboard...

  I need to change the statement USE for start times and Date. I thought that I can find it on PreUUT reminder under parameters variable that specifies the last version of teststand. Do you know where to find them on TestStand Version 4.2?

  Thanks for the clarification! I think I found the location of the start and Date times. TestStand 4.2, they are located in the reminder of the sequence "Test report" instead of "PreUTT". Here's a screen shot where I found it.

  TestStand 2010 SP1, I have the "path to the report file' as one of the column in the database by using the RunState.Report.Location.  He worked until I upgraded to TestStand 2012.  The RunState.Report.Location is always empty.  I also tried to use the RunState.Root.Locals.ReportFilePath, but I get an error that it is an unknown variable when you connect to the database.  Even to remove the in the expression of path of file below, there is no difference.

  I use the following report file path expression:

  "C:\\TSReports\\------_Report [] [] [USE]" _.".

  I have not tried, but RunState.Report.Location can work if you set the new discussion of the report and the database on False (assuming that the report is the first in the list) so you can be sure that the report was generated before you check this value.

  Have you tried to put a box around the item (and all the other elements that may be required with it). Shall be Variable or Expand. You may need to move the
  frame back and forth in the layout to get it in the right position when you add it. It can be wider than the element. The idea is that when the
  Article broadens this framework will promote and push things to the bottom of the page.

• TestStand 2014 F1 Patch removes the report itself after execution of finishing

  Hi all

  today I installed the patch 2014f1 TestStand and after that, I recognized that TestStand removes my reports of ATML5 by itself after execution of finishing.

  I'm active On-The-Fly Reporting and store reports in different places for each sequence. This place, I determine in the PREUUT callback.

  During execution, I see that the report is generated exactly at the specified location, but if the execution is complete they will be removed immediately. I don't know why?

  Do I have to remove the f1patch? Someone at - it the same problems?

  I will be happy if someone has a suggestion what to do.

  I created a sample file to show the effect (see attachment). I think I found the problem and it's my fault.

  I have seen that it is me who deletes files (SetReportPath.vi). Before you begin the statement I want to erase the reports directory.

  When I work with my custom GUI LabVIEW (uses parts of the SimpleUserGUI-example of TestStand, singlePass-execution) everything works fine. The SetReportPath.vi removes the old reports and after the execution of this new report remains in this directory. PreUUT-reminder, therefore, seems to be executed only once. The same thing happens if I use TestStand SequenceEditor for the execution of the sequences and use there "SinglePass.

  When you use the SequenceEditor TestStand to perform sequences in Mode TestUUT the new report is deleted after that first Test USE ended and I click on stop in the USE Information-dolls. I think the PreUUT callback is called here and SetReportPath.vi deletes my report. This seems logical.

  With this routine I'm working now for two months and I noticed that the "deletion" just after the installation of the Patch TestStand2014f1. So I think that there are some changes by calling PreUUT-reminder, but I'm not sure. Maybe you can check this.

  The recall, I get the sequence using RunState.SequenceFile.AsPropertyObjectFile file reference.

  I don't want to add this reminder to each test sequence, so I want to change the sequence of SequentialModel PreUUT to add the SequenceFile.Version and the SequenceFile.Path to the report header instead.

  You can use RunState.ProcessModelClient to access the file from the client's sequence in the process template.

  I can't open a file of XML in Excel 2007 results - even if I added the stylesheet for trusted locations and deleted all the protections.

  Here's what happens:

  1. open the XML results file how I am propmpted for select the report.xsl stylesheet TestStand

  

  2. then gives error: Scripts in this XML document and/or references to other documents are disabled.

  

  3. by clicking OK gives more specific information - namely the security settings don't allow execution of code within this stylesheet script:

  -The path to the sheethas style was added to the "trusted locations".

  -ActiveX settings are completely enabled for all controls without restrictions

  -Macros settings are enabled for all macros

  -Is trust access to the VBA project object model

  -All data connections are allowed

  How can I activate the execution of script code in the style sheet for the file XML can load?

  Directly from the Article in the Microsoft Knowledge base, please note that do the following changes "may make your computer or your network more vulnerable to attack by malicious software such as viruses." It's always a good idea to make a backup of your registry before editing. This can be done by clicking on file' export.

  In any case, as the article explains, open the registry and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Security. The security file must contain a registry key called XSLSecurityLevel. Mine did not have this registry key and I had to create it (see screenshot below). Double-click the XSLSecurityLevel registry key, type 1 in the data value, and then click OK.

  You should now be able to view the XML from Excel 2007 report. To reset this setting, simply double-click the registry XSLSecurityLevel key, enter 0 in the given value, and then click OK.

  I use the VI "Append hypertext link anchor to report." The links are created, but do not work when you click on them.

  Question now is: how a link to a cell in a different spreadsheet should look like?

  It can't be that complicated but I tried all the variations did not work and I have found no information on this issue. So any help is appreciated!
