  I had the same problem, the solution is (maybe) - change of browser!

  I get the old 'files' 'Apps' 'Learn' with Google Chrome/Comodo Dragon. When I go to the opera - no problem, the new page 'Files' 'Download Center' CC 'Learn' works perfectly.

  Can be (old?) cookies or something else?

  Browser test switch and it might work!

  You can get it probably installed using compatibility mode, but if it's worth or not is an opinion.

  I train download Flash CC, but when click Download it automatically downloads version the CS6. I need the CC version because it contains the HTML5 Canvas.

  That's assuming you have a 64-bit computer that meets the other specifications of flash cc.

  If you have a 32-bit computer, flash cs6 pro is the latest version, that you can use.

  You can certainly go back to the version of CS6. Just uninstall the current version (only not trashy) and launch the Desktop application. From the menu filters, select Archive or previous Version and you will get the option to install CS6 there...
