  Instead of filling & signature, tool, use the text comment comment tool, KB doc option. using comments in the PDF, Adobe Acrobat DC files (keyword: Add a text comment).

  I've been Googling for days and really learn anywhere with this, so I hope someone here has some knowledge that I can draw!

  The situation:

  We have a new SAN and MDS (9148) installed and just about to start the migration of servers to virtual or physical machines to him.

  One needs to get a copy of SAN of the old SAN block data to the new San to allow the migration of some machines. Once this is done, these physical machines will then be repatched the new MDS and zoned accordingly.

  We can not connect the old SAN for the new MDS (for several reasons), and can connect the new SAN for the old MDS (for several reasons).

  It is a 24/7 business. Downtime has been negotiated on a basis to derisk the migration and application, it will be held over a period of 8 weeks.

  My conclusion is that we need an ISL between the MDS. I found a few guides on Google and YouTube for this but miss me something because is not quite make sense yet.

  My questions:

  • Is setting the mode of the interface to 'E' on each side enough to connect an ISL? Or other measures are necessary?
  • I saw something saying the ISL that VSAN (s) are allowed on the ISL - but do not see how to do it. Clues would be appreciated! FYI, MDS1 old and new MDS1 both have a single VSAN (10), and MDS2 both old and new MDS2 have a single VSAN (20). There is no inter VSAN routing.
  • I saw the reference to "behavior of fusion Zone. Can anyone confirm that this is please? The old MDS have their sets of areas that are suitable for devices connected to them. The new MDS have their sets of areas for the devices they are connected. Creation of an ISL will cause to merge into a single set of areas? If so, is that what I should wait no downtime?
  • Finally, everything would change if the "old MDS" were actually Nexus 5K (-5548UP which is what is on the site of DR)?

  I'm happy if you tell me the CLI or VIEW-based methods. I should add here that I can do the "basics" (alias, zoning, zonesets, etc.) in MDS, but this isn't something I've met before. There is no devices MDS test to test with, and at this point I am writing at the request of modification rather trying to run on the fly.

  I've attached a ' great plan' in case this is useful!

  If you connect two MDS all ports that are AUTO (default) mode, and then they connect as an ISL.   Setting the mode of E is a good idea too.

  By default, if trunk mode is enabled, then all the vsan configured which is on both switches will be trunked. If there are only 10 of the VSAN on the switches, it will be to resources shared, providing that there is no failure of the merger.  FCDOMAINs must be unique on each switch by VSAN.

  Hi all

  I have a new computer with Win7 Professional installed and I had trouble getting the BlackBerry Simulator to recognize the push in my application.  I also have my old WinXP computer that gets the push with my BlackBerry application "under development".  That is, it works on Windows XP but not on Win7.

  I use Eclipse Galileo with the BlackBerry plug-in.  Develop with BlackBerry JRE v4.6.0.23 on BlackBerry 9000 Simulator.  The MDS Simulator is installed in C:\BlackBerry Email and simulators of Services SDM 4.1.4 avoid C:\Program Files security restrictions.

  Configuration of the Simulator in the 'rimpublic.property' file is to remove the # from the line 'push.application.reliable.ports = 100' at the bottom of the file.  No other changes are made.  The MDS web server started on port 8080 (default).

  On the Windows XP computer, I start the MDS Simulator, then I start my Eclipse application and the BlackBerry Simulator starts.  I'll leave my app and open the web browser and launch a Web site (any) and I'll see the work of MDS Simulator.  That is it will be showing the entries in the window back of MDS.  It's what I expect. Then I run my application and send the thrust and everything works fine.

  On the Win7 computer, I use the same version of BlackBerry Simulator 4.1.4 the same version of Eclipse and the same version of the BlackBerry Simulator.  When I access a Web site on the BlackBerry, nothing happens in the MDS Simulator Dos window.  I get a web page, but I think something is happening in the MDS Simulator Dos window.

  That's where the problem lies, in my opinion, but I'm not sure.  Push sample instructions say to launch Web site on the BlackBerry browser to get the push to work properly.  Is this true or am I wrong interpret this?

  Also on the Win7 machine, even if the BlackBerry browser does not have it that I'm waiting on the MDS Simulator, if I push my data in any case, I see the MDS recognizing thrust.

  Long story short, my BlackBerry application will not recognize the thrust of my request to push .net on Win7, but works fine on Windows XP.

  I've been watching for the last 2 days and have largely done a search, but there is not much info on this type of problem.

  Any suggestions / help would be greatly appreciated?

  RT of Windows cannot join fields, RT is really an OS mobile design to run on the low-power ARM processors. Programs can be loaded by the store on RT RT. Windows comes with Windows defender for AV and a student of MS Office version.

  Windows 8 is the most recent windows OS. Windows 8 has all functions like any standard Windows OS in front of him and more. Yes, joined the areas and security policies work as expected.
