  Hi community

  I just started using VMware Workstation 10 on SUSE Linux 11. For the virtual machine inside the workstation, I use network mode bridged, because I want this virtual machine directly accessible from other virtual machines on the network. As far as I understand the documentation, this is the right way to do it, but somehow it is not possible to reach this virtual machine from the network and also another VM can´t join the virtual machines on the network.

  1. is it correct to use the bridged mode?

  I can reach the virtual machine inside the workstation with the ping and connect with ssh inside the same network segment.

• OfficeJet Pro 8620: Sleep mode does not

  "Sleep" mode does not work on my new settlement 8620. I tried to change the duration of sleep from 5 min. to 10 and 15, but he was not asleep yet.   More don't forget to connect its completely directly to a wall outlet and not by some power strips, surge protectors, etc.

  If the same results persists, try temporary disconnect a cable from the back of the printer in order to isolate any possible cause (e.g. fax, USB cable, etc.), remove one cable at a time and to check for the difference.

  I suggest starting with telephone wires, telephone line condition as example may prevent the printer from sleep remaining.

• CC of Adobe Bridge (Mac) does not - nothing seems to help

  I can't get my CC bridge to open. When I click the icon, it bounces in the dock a few times, and then quit.

  I feel I have tried everything that I could come up with to help solve this problem. I uninstalled the app and installed it again – did not help. I have uninstalled all single Adobe app and creative cloud, installed new - did not help. I tried to open the application in safe mode, deleting the temporary files - did not help. I tried to do a fresh install on a different user account, tried setting user permissions and all the advice simple I could find online - as all mentioned on this thread: Adobe Bridge CC does not open - and I have tried everything several times just to be sure.

  -J' had this problem for over 6 months, and no updates of Adobe software it has set.

  Now I'm desperate - that happens in the world will it take to do my job as bridge CC again?

  We addressed some crash bridge issues experienced on the launch of the application. Please try the new version and are looking for the crash problems you encountered.

• Guest mode does not appear on my sony S1 Tablet

  I have the Sony Tablet S1 but the guest mode does not present as an option where it should be in the upper right. I've checked everything and I am on the correct operating system, but it is not yet here.

  I did a factory reset and now I can see and use the Mode guest, try it and let me know if this worked for you too, good luck!

• XP mode does not recognize my 6023E PCI card

  I bought a new Win 7 with a PCI slot inherited to execute an OLD NI PCI-6023E card I used for years.  I downloaded the drviers legacy NOR (7.4), but he does not see the card.  When I look in Win 7 the card is there but I can't run the 64-bit drivers testament and with my old software (C++).   I have connected a NI USB-6008 card and was able to open the card in XP mode... any ideas?

  Unfortunately, XP mode does not work with the PCI/PCIe devices, only those USB. Most (all?) programs virtualization will have this limitation.

  As you probably expected, the General recommendation is to migrate to the API OR-DAQmx for your application if you want to that support on Windows 7.

  If this is not possible, then there is a section of the knowledge base on a Beta OR-DAQ traditional (old) for Windows Vista and 7 , who might be interested. At a minimum, it will take allows you to use a 32-bit installation of Windows 7, not a 64 bit.

• Sansa e260 MSC mode does not show my files

  I never have problems with my player sansa until today. I just updated the firmware and now MSC mode does not work correctly. None of my files on the Sansa e260 player appear, do just the default values. However, everything is there when I go through my sansa player, but he does not appear in the player.   The music on the e200 series folder is "hidden". Maybe that is. Change the settings in Windows to "show the hidden files and folders" and see if that helps.

  I have a Mac 10.9.5, and for some reason, my Adobe Bridge CC does not open on my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled using the creative cloud and still nothing. When I click the icon on the launchpad he jumps up and down (like the apps on a mac), then disappears as I had not yet clicked on it in the first place. Before that, maybe a few weeks back, bridge had asked if I would like to purge the cache, so I didn't. He then worked as it should be for about a week, and then it just won't open.   We are in the process of migration of the APEX v3.2.1 on the database 10 g to v4.2.1 on database 11 g. APEX APEX is installed fresh on 11g. I was testing imported and exported of v3.2.1 application in v4.2.1. I was not able to activate the debug mode in the developer bar when the application runs. The url changes, but no debug information appears as was the case in v3.2.1. I see a partial set of debugging information when I open then see the debug window in the bar of developer. This show of debugging is incomplete. By that I mean I don't see not session state change and I don't see any information in the function "wwv_flow.debug".
  
  I read in a thread for an earlier version 4, toggle the debug field in edit application properties and apply, but that no longer works. Something to note is that when the debug field in edit application properties was set to NO, I don't have the error "Debugging is not enabled for this application" when you turn on the debug mode.
  
  I created a zero of application form and debug mode does not work either.
  
  There is a global setting in administration somewhere I should activate to get debug information in the page as in v3.2.1?

  Note that the debug window contains an interactive report that applies a default filter for the last visited page. You might not see the report of the desired page. Remove the filter from the page to see all the currently available debug reports. There are also separate reports for each page show/accept, then make sure that you select the correct phase.

• Mode bridge WRT1900AC does not connect

  I need to put my WRT1900AC in Bridge mode. I carefully followed the instructions to do so, but no matter what settings I use, I always get the Error Message that it cannot connect upstream, and it is up to the previous configuration.   Set an IP address on the router WRT. I use 192.168. #.19

  Enter the gateway IP (the IP routers primary host)

  Subnet mask must be the same and the routers on the primary host, usually 255.255.255.0

  DNS can be routers main host as well.

  Save the settings and power OFF.

  Connection main routers host LAN to the WAN Wrds port port should be all it takes. Turn on the WRT.
