Wallpaper - images show too big to set as background

original title: substantive issue of screen

Hello

I had my computer for more than 3 years and no problems until recently.  I wanted to change the image for my wallpaper and it is too big; in fact, any image I choose it turns out to be too big for my office.  I have not had this problem before.  I resized the image and now it does not show the full picture on the desktop.  It displays the resized photo but it seems that there is a peak of 4 x 6 on the screen, the background is black.  Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Use your image over-sized as backdrop, then...

Right-click on an open sp [ace of desktop > Personalize > wallpaper ultimately > downstairs, under the Position of the image, click on the pointer, and then select FILL > click on save changes when finished.]

I noticed a messge on this subject before, but patch brings me. I started creating this project in HR 7, so I have to use a project from a previous version. I only have a .css, so it's not them becomes confused. The text seems to me when I am trying to edit a project, but the output shows the numbers much larger than 10 PT measures. Verdana text. Here is the code:

    < ol > < li p-List1 = class > < class p = List1 > in the menu bar, click on < span style = "' make-weight: bold; ' > file </span >"
    | < span style = "' make-weight: bold; ' > open </span >." (You can also click on < span)
    style = "' make-weight: bold; ' (> open </span > in the toolbar.)" The < span style = "' make-weight: bold; ' > open </span >"
    dialog box is displayed. < /p > < /li >
    < class li p-List1 = > < class p List1 = > navigate to the file to open.
    < /p > < /li >
    < class li p-List1 = > < class p = List1 > double-click on the file. The dialog box
the box is closed, the modules in the configuration file appear in the < a HREF = "System_List_Pane.htm" > system
List < /a > pane and the details of the first module in the list is displayed
    in the < a HREF = "Current_View_Pane.htm" > < /a > current view pane. < /p > < /li >
    < /ol >

The "class p" causes this problem? I don't know much HTML and do not remember that the class p means, in any case.

In the css that you have provided, nowhere you assign characteristics of the fonts for the actual lists (OL, UL) and list items (LI). P tags are fine for styles of paragraphs except when in a list.

Statements of style for lists or list items, and when it detects none that it restores the current default values of the browser active search HTML.

You would be better of assigning the OL and UL styles separately and adding the news of police there, like here for OL:

    OL {margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; do-family: Verdana, without serif;} { do-size: 10pt;}

See the tutorial CSS website for more information and samples for the edition and visualization of the results.

    Good luck

Photos for wallpaper are too big. How can I change the size to fit?

    Hi demetman,

Welcome to the Microsoft answers community site.

Follow the steps below to set the desktop background and select the image to fit the display screen

    1. open the wallpaper by clicking on the Start button , by clicking on Control Panel, appearance and personalization, personalization, and then clicking desktop wallpaper.

2 click on the image or color you want for your background.

If the image you want to use is not in the list of background images to display, click the location of the image downwards arrow to view other categories, or click Browse to find the picture on your computer. When you find the image of your choice, double-click it. It will become your desktop wallpaper and appear in the list of desktop backgrounds.

    3. under how the image must be positioned, choose to have the picture fit the screen, tile, or be centered on the screen and then click OK, you can choose here to adapt to the screen.

  • Import of high-resolution images of ArcGIS (PC) to Illustrator C4 (Mac)-"Cannot take place due to an error" / "the file size is too big.

I make a great conference poster that will contain images of ArcGIS. The poster will be 92 "x 42" and Imaging will cover 91 by 22 in the page. The problem is that I need very high resolution for imaging, but illustrator won't import my files. I use ArcGIS 10.3 on Windows 10 and Illustrator C4 with OS X 10.11.1 (El Capitan). I was not able to import any .tiff file into illustrator (is this possible?) and I get "cannot take place due to an error" or "the file is too big" errors when I try to put .jpeg, .png, .ai files exported from the GIS. I think that the problem is due to the differentoperating systems, rental However, can I open and edit (resize etc.) files in preview without any problem, so there is also a problem with Illustrator. The files that I use are more than 150 MB at 300 dpi, but I really prefer to use 600 dpi, Illustrator can't handle these files sizes? I don't want to lose the resolution using .jpeg, .pdf, etc., many types of compression will cause problems with vector layers from ArcGIS.  Please notify!

Update your AICS4 to something with the ability to access more than 3 GB of memory RAM as CS6 or above. You'll never work with CS4, at least not to the resolution as you seem to think you need. Indeed, you could probably use 150ppi or the bottom of the poster and not obviously nothing to lose. And for the record, I worked for 17 years for the USGS working with ARCGIS and AI.

  • Cannot import the image of the panorama - file too big

I try to import a panorama image in jpeg format. The size is 437 MB and 49745 x 14786 pixels. When I select the image to be imported, Lightroom 6 fails with the error message: file too big.

What is the problem? I thought the max image size is much higher? 300000 x 300000 pixels? What can I do to fix this? I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.

The maximum file size is 64 k pixels from the edge of the longest (so OK there), or a maximum size of 512 million pixels, the lowest being retained. I think that your file is more than 700 million pixels, which makes it too big for Lightroom.

  • Window is too big for the screen, do not set by f11 or alt/space

When enlarged, the view is too big to get the edges to move smaller. When I try to drag the top bar, it jumps to the small view rather than allowing me to reposition the window. The reduced view is only about 2 x 4 inches. Of course, I can make this larger point of view, but then I lose the choice of two sizes.

There is no problem with changing the size of the fonts, etc, just the size of the main view. The problem is that in Firefox, not other programs.

I tried the Firefox reset procedure, but that didn't help either.

Oh, wait. You cannot resize a window enlarged, so that it runs from edge to edge without the sizing handles is normal Windows. You need only the above procedure, if the window is so large that it blocks the taskbar or the monitor runs away.

  • Resize the [JS] image too big-

    Hi all

Import an XML file that can contain pictures.

The problem is when an image is too long (and cannot contain in the textframe), it does not appear.

I would like to resize it, but when I do imageTooLong.geometricBounds, I have an error. Which is not surprising.

So, how can I resize imageTooLong?

    Thank you

  • Windows XP of windows applications and fonts too big

OK, something's happened.  I am running Windows XP SP3 and now when I open applications, or the window is so great that I can't display all of its content, or find some areas (can not scroll down enough).

Don't know how to describe it, but has a picture to http://www.saccc567.com/Test/images/WindowsXPWindowError1.JPG to show how an application responds.  When I open the Intel Graphics Panel (http://www.saccc567.com/Test/images/WindowsXPWindowError2.JPG a picture in full screen) it is too big to show.  My Dreamweaver has for the user interface windows that appear as 2 x to 3 x the normal display size (excluding my 1280 x 800 display.

Try to understand how change/fix this.  I tried restore but points only 3 days ago back at any time.

I used MalWareBytes Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware to find things, but noting found.  AVG did not find any virus that should be found.

    Set the DPI to 96.

This tutorial shows you which resolution setting, your monitor must have:

  • j6450 scan to email with mac 10.7.2. Too big to send e-mail. How can I make it smaller?

In addition, scan shows each page in the annex.  How can I put all ten pages in one attachment.  Printer scanned just fine on my old PC.

Sorry, you still have problems with this software.

Your comment "I scanned for Outlook email it." confused me because it is not a direct link between the HP scanning and the prospects that it would facilitate.  Maybe I made a mistaken assumption that you use the HP Scan 3 software that comes from HP for use on Lion.  Please ensure that you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the Lion-compatible with HP software for your product.

I'm not sure what you consider "too big", but I would be very surprised that 75 dpi scans would produce files that you, or Outlook, would consider excessive (seems to me that the software ignored the 75 dpi setting).  The fact that you checked the option for several pages in a single file and always found with files PDF separated for each page is also suspect.  This looks more to me there is a gap between where you set these values and how you start scanning.

For the version of HP Scan that I assume you are using, the scanning settings are made in the application Preferences dialog box (HP Scan > Preferences).  If you want to use the same settings for later analyses, make sure you save a preset so that you can easily select these settings the next time that you are analyzing.

Your device is also compatible with the Apple's Image Capture scanning application.  Image capture also supports scanning multiple pages of a document feeder in a single PDF file.  You can try this alternative to see if the result is more favourable.

  • Why pages such as natwest and ELC not displayed correctly? It's as if their text is too big, yet other pages are very well?

I have abrand new laptop ASUS with a 11 and a half inch screen. I've updated Windows system and uses the latest version of firefox. I went through all the advice in the section including firefox help clear the cache and cookies, and also check all the settings for the text, but none of this has fixed the problem. For example when I connect to my Bank in the text line is that big it does not fit in the boxes of natwest screen, so I can display all of the text and it gets mixed together in some places. With ELC, a good example is the menu at the top of the page which shows all categories of products they sell for you to click on. Because writing is too big it does not display properly. Im not sure what else to do in crrect. Can anyone help?

I noticed in this screenshot that you have increased proportional size from 16 to 24.

    This helps to redefine 16?

You can see the default values in a screenshot in this article:

You can reset the fonts preferences on the topic: config page by default via the context menu.

    • Open the topic: config page through the address bar and do a TEXT search through the top search bar of the about: config page.
    • Reset all the font.* related prefs which appear "BOLD" (user set) via the context menu to their default value.
  • by clicking on the published photos to enlarge does not display the comments. the image is too large

Click on the photo in the post, it opens too big to see the first comments of the photos. The comment is hidden by the big Board. It is only in firefox. It's OK in IE9, Chrome, etc.
I love firefox because of the aps to tab.

I found a way to solve my problem. I do a right-click on the image and went to 'non-strabisme' and changed the setting to 100%. It was set at 150%.
