  How for MAC OSX users below...

  (1) in the OSX of Blackberry Desktop Software version, click on Applications at the top right.

  (2) check updates (it will show that your software is up to date)

  (3) click on [see the other Versions]

  (4) to select the operating system you want to downgrade to.

  I don't know what happened to your menus and toolbars. Has this happened after an update of Firefox, or a change in your add-ons?

• Photosmart more B209a_m: Virgin Super Hub does not connect with the wireless printer

  We recently upgraged to a new blank media 3 hub, the printer is connected to a Hp Windows Vista desktop via USB, other devices (laptops and tablets) could access the wireless printer when the computer is turned on.

  I also created the same printer to be used wireless by the other devices without the Office of marketing, it was a pain having to keep it logging on when he fell asleep. The printer had a different name if you are using one.

• Not happy with iTunes 12

  I have a MP4 video that I paid for and downloaded (so it is not hacked) and after the converted online into a MOV file I am more able to import videos into iTunes. I converted MP4 files of MOV files and imported into iTunes several times in the past with no problems - until iTunes 12 came. NOW, if I want to import videos into iTunes I buy a $40 conversion program to download iTunes to recognize and play the video. I imagine that people will have similar problems with the import of videos taken with their cameras and smart phones. This is NOT acceptable. Apple if you PLEASE correct it.

• I've upgraded to window 10, but not happy with windows 10 I returned to windows 7, but I'm unable to log on to the pc. the pointer of the mouse and keyboard are frozen device, even in safe mode.

  You have a Windows 7 installation disc?

  As you cannot start your computer at all, I suggest to run a Startup Repair to repair the damaged boot system files and try to boot into normal mode. See the section: How to use Startup Repair in the following link.

  If this does not help, try to boot from a disc to install Windows 7 on the Windows recovery environment mode and then try to run the Startup Repair tool and check if you are able to start normally with mouse and keyboard.

  I have a HP Officejet 6500 E709n and I am running Windows 7 Professional on my laptop.  Recently, the printer no longer works and needed an updated driver.  When updating the driver, you must uninstall the previous software.  Once completed uninstalling the new updated driver installation failed.  I get a fatal error message, and after 2 hours with HP support make advanced remote troubleshooting, we found that, whenever I try a new device/printer, Windows 7 is rejected and not allowing the connection indicating the device is not signed digitally.  The problem is the device is digitally signed, but Windows 7 is not recognizing.  How can I get Windows 7 to recognize and allow my printer to work again?  I have tried both add wireless printer and plug the USB cable without success.

  For me everything has begun with a win 7-32 update.  I was fortunately wireless for years with Win XP.  I replaced the router modem (now CM100) (now WRT54g2 v. 1.5.01), adapter (now WUSB54GC v. 3, but old WUSB54G v. 4.3 seems closer to work).)

  The router is configured for Mixed Mode, channel 11, enabled SSID, WPA2Personal TKIP + AES Beacon 50, Frag 2306, RTS 2307.  The WUSB54G has personal WPA2 but it won't let me change the settings of Frag or 2347 RTS and 2346.

  I ran a whole series of security defining the tests so that all possible WAP settings in the router have been tested one by one against all possible settings in the adapter.  Almost every time, he tries to connect to the network, which had a strong, but always failed signal in the 8 to 10 seconds.
