  I installed Desktop Manager on my PC (that I don't know how to use, only a MAC user) reinstall my software of the unit due to a null exception error, as I was told to do it before.  I can surf on the ' net, but when he tries to synchronize, it can not find a connection.  I can go to any website and it will work but nothing to do with the blackberry software.   It really spoil things for me, because it is important that I can connect to the wi fi network. I had no problem before by connecting the iPhone, Nokia or Windows Mobile devices.

  You will need to remove your battery, wait a few seconds and then put the battery in.  You'll notice that whenever your blackberry starts acting weird, remove the battery usually solves the problem. Turn off the phone, is a bit like putting your computer into sleep mode more.  Take out the battery if want to make a stop, cold-start of a computer.

  As I am not certain that Orange will appoint the data plan, I don't know any old data plan will not do, even, it is a plan of "maximum download."

  It must be given to the BlackBerry device. Call your Orange customer service and ask if your data plan for BlackBerry. There is a difference.

  I just bought a Blackberry Curve 9220 yesterday and signed the total Inter Bundle 399 planning by Aircel. Today, I can access the emails, but can't access BBM, FB, Twitter and Inter of the default browser.

  Call Aircell and confirm this package includes all THE BIS BlackBerry Data Services.

• BlackBerry Smartphones-Installation/connection problems - currently version 4.2.2.12

  Recently changed offices our field internal, and after the change from my Office Manager began to ask for the 8830.msi for installation.  I tried to install a new version without result.  I have read forums and instructions and spent the better part of a day by removing all traces of the Office of the registry software and files.  I reinstalled the 4.2.2.12 from my original CD, because I know that it worked perfectly before the domain migration.  Now, I have 3 questions:

  1. when I first launch Desktop Manager, a "Preparing to install" window appears briefly us, then closes (more on that later).

  2. I have specified the same information of BES (confirmed by our BES administrator) but an error message saying that it is not available or specified incorrectly, so I can't join the BES.

  Try adjusting the radio settings to exactly match the carrier you want to ride. If a value of "Global", the device will try to find the best among all signals. The value "GSM" and then determine which of the 2G, 3G or both works better parameters for your business. Then, after setting these correctly, turn the radio off and wait a bit. Then turn it back on and let it acquire again the network itself. If all else fails, then after setting the radio to what you know to be correct, pop the battery (with power and radio ONE) and wait a bit, and then re - insert and power.

  First try a battery pull to see if that helps.  With your phone, remove the battery for a few seconds, then replace it.

  When you check the status of your WiFi, you're somewhere that has WiFi (McDonald's, House etc..)?  3G is NOT WiFi.

  I am pleased to see that we have highlighted in this one machine, if you will not tie the Z10 BlackBerry as modem then you can keep the VPN BlackBerry off.

  Another that what could it be causing a conflict with the BlackBerry VPN, to be honest, I have an application that causes problems with the BlackBerry VPN connection and I have to turn off sometimes.

  I have my blackberry since November 3 (so, one day) and I have a problem. When I put the mouse somewhere, it just go upward, to something else. For example, when I'm in the applications menu, it onto hip date and time of the screen itself. Is this normal? And if not, what am I supposed to do to fix it? Because it also does it when I write on facebook, or even when I enter my password to unlock.
