  These services are only available for the languages of level 1 and level 2 and can be inadvertently disabled if the language preferences are changed.

  Back go to Preferences > language and change the language of the application.

  We have DC Pro Adobe Acrobat installed on Windows machines, and we just noticed that some features are missing form the Tools menu, these characteristics are:

  'Fill & sign', 'send to the Signature' and 'send and track'.

  They all seem related, but I do not understand why they do not appear. I had a conversation with Adobe support who offered to clean install and re - install, but it did not work. I also tried a new installation and also the tools are still missing.

  Acrobat disabled just all three tools associated with the signature if it is not the language of the application (in English only). mine was English with Arabic support and did not work until I changed it to English.

  I really don't understand why this is not properly documented by Adobe. And why you need to remove your language requirements in order to sign a document?

  It is only available for upgrades of CC. Perpetual licenses only get new features in the next version major spell.

  I'm trying to stitch a panorama composed of about 60 images. I expect to try the new Adobe's Warp limit feature, but unfortunately the pano size is too big for Lightroom or Camera RAW to manage. I managed to get the images stitched by sending to Photoshop, but it doesn't seem to be a way to use Warp to limit at this stage.

  Is it possible to stitch a panorama of the 'traditional' way in Photoshop, which gives a stitched image composed of several layers of photo - and continue to use limit Warp?

When I went in administrative tools and tried to open it manually, it says this, after clicking on start "Windows defender service on local computer started then stopped.   I read forums all day but can't seem to find it exactly.  Defender comes preinstalled with Vista on my Toshiba, so I can't uninstall it.  I went to download defender on the Microsoft site, but it says I already have the Defender.

  Any ideas how to get Defender running? I can't find any Norton files when I search. I would appreciate help.

  It turns out that the question was not on my side, but sound. BIS subscription had missed. I guess it's a good thing about BB10 not using BIS. Although no unlimited Internet access is a BIG drawback to BB10.

  I'm a Subscriber CC Pro since 10 months ago and the month last Adobe could not charge my credit due to no more limit card and my subscription has been cancelled until I can solve the problem.

  Now that my credit card number has been resolved, I tried to launch a new plan but my payment always failed with the message: "failed authorization of payment. Tried a different credit card has occurred the same message. Try different browsers (and even computers) also did not help. Last thing, I tried creating a different Adobe ID, but still not helped.

  I chat with a customer service and it returns me to the dealers in my country (which is the Malaysia if it helps) so I called them and once again a dead end, as they said they can only help to buy Creative Cloud not individual team.

  Adobe is clearly business model (and update policy) when it announced LR CC. What you ask (upgrades of the free device) would be unfair for the CC customer, who pays more per year (compared to the standalone LR 6) to have LR continuously updated with new features.
