warranty issue X200t - broken Lenovo service center my Tablet

I bought my Tablet about a year ago and it is still under warranty. Shortly after (about 2 months) you buy the laptop, I noticed that small brands had begun to form inside the display so I called Lenovo and asked about getting my fixed screen. However, as the marks were negligible and the thinkpad as my main computer at the time, I was not sent to the laptop for repair. About 6 months, I noticed that the marks were getting bigger so I called Lenovo and asked them to send me a box. However, even once, I was unable to send my laptop for repair. If the last month, I saw that the brands had grown too big and were very distracting, so I asked another Lenovo box and sent the laptop. Quickly, I received the box and sent my laptop. I think that Lenovo has got my number wrong so they couldn't call me, but after about 2 weeks, I called Lenovo to check the status of my repairs. Here, I was told that there had been liquid damage on the screen and it was not covered by the warranty. I told them that the laptop has been even close to the water or liquid since I bought it and it must be some sort of mistake and the damage was very old and persistent from the beginning since I bought my laptop. They told me that actually works against my case and there is no way they could cover under warranty and that it was a chargeable repair and asked me for $750 repair screen. There was no way I was paying to see how my tablet was bought for $800 in the first place. I understood their position and asked them to return the laptop to me. The file for this request number is 32PWJCS.

When I got the laptop back, I opened today and saw that the screen doesn't show anything on this subject. After inspection, I noticed that you can see the screen only if you flashed a flashlight above and put the nose on the screen. The external screen worked fine. So I searched the Internet and found a few cases like this one and tried almost every solution mentiuoned (except for any material, of course). But the screen didn't work no matter what I did. So I called Lenovo and asked another box. I told him the whole story, but they couldn't find my case older. The person I spoke didn't believe what I said, but opened a new case for me with the case number 33P449J and sent to box anyway. I asked about this being covered by the warranty, and it didn't seem too sure. My question is, will be Lenovo remedy under warranty or I'll spend my own money to solve this problem. Should I bother even sending in my laptop? It would be outrageous if they did not repair it under warranty as it is without a doubt their fault. I mean, the laptop worked well for nearly 10 months, even with supposed liquid damage, but as soon as I send to Lenovo, the backlight of the display even more lights.  What are my options now? Do you think that Lenovo will honor their warranty and fix this? Is there someone I can talk to so Lenovo can better help me with my case?

    I left the phone for a day, and the next day when I plugged in the charger it started to load. Also, he began to start, but kept at restarting during boot animation process.

    They have restored the software and it starts without any problem. Thus, since 2-3 days my phone has worked.

    It's a shame that I've been denied service to the AUTHORIZED service center for a simple issue that could have quickly repaired with a software upgrade.

    I understand now why Sony was victim when it comes to its mobile division, because they are dealing with horrible service centres when there are other ones that actually try to fix your phone and not force you to buy a new one rather than repair.

    If only Sony listen to complaints, even if they might be stupid. But stupid situations like these are where you're losing customers.

    When an unauthorized service center is ready to give me the time to listen and to try to fix my phone, while the AUTHORIZED service center does not even look my camera, it says a lot about society.

    I have buyed Mac book pro about 8 months and is still under warranty. One day Mac book has been ask for password and I had no idea what to do. Although pass the incorrect entry code the mac book is disabled.

    I took it to the after-sales service b2xx Pacific Mall Ghazibad, India, with the original invoice and macbook in which after the diagnosis, the Center said that they can not fix the issue offer any resolution and mac book, I bought is a piece of bin now and Apple offers no replacements, also in case of warranty. The same information is documented by the service center in their report of delivery.

    I contacted Apple in India contact center where support promises were made by Mr. Shrikant but right now no solution from Apple.

    If representative of apple is around please update with the resolution or legal platform is the only platform for Apple products.

    Solution 2.8.005 Lenovo Center review 21092 reports an int guaranteed alert the Support section. Under warranty, a yellow wanring bar reports "Guarantee impossible to get the response from the server guarantee."     I m writing that, until that time, my last chance to get some help, cause everyone else rolled up useless.
    I used to be a big fan of Toshiba, because I always thought that your products were first class and has never let me down.
    SO FAR.

    11/15/14, I bought the D. Smith in Warringah Mall, a Satellite S50t-B008/00 H. I m, a graphic designer and I use it for work, that s how I make my living, so I decided to go with this model which was supposed to be a big piece of machinery.

    After a month, he began to have problems such as the touch screen wouldn t work, she wouldn t start and it turned off by itself. This lasted several days until I decided to take it to D.Smith (31/12014) for a replacement (since I spent 1,100 AUD and any computer with just a month should do any of the things).

    Of course they gave me bad excuse because we are resellers, we sell only the computer, Toshiba should take care of any problem with no intention of helping, and they just gave me a number to call.

    I was a little upset at the time, but I still called the Hotline from the Toshiba Support, were a tough guy told me made me do a reset of the parameters, this work of t n and then said the only thing they could do (after two hours on the phone) to guide me through the steps on how to format it.

    It didn't work either, so I called again, with the reference number, the guy gave me (I have it here if you need it).

    Another guy, at least this one was a little more friendly, told me that the only thing I could do was to take the computer to a Toshiba official s technician to fix.

    I asked him if he could give me just a replacement to D. Smith and he said no. (so, until one - and this time, I had spent $1,100 on a computer I have couldn t use, I was losing money and work, and nobody could help me).

    01/08/15 I got the official technician computer and I was just able to pick up on Saturday (24/01/2015 a month after I started with it) and guess what, even after that, it is STILL NOT WORKING CORRECTLY.

    What am I supposed to do?
    I still 1,100 AUD less in my bank account and a NEW computer that I had to format and replace various parts, for nothing, cause I still can't use it.

    As a consumer and a Toshiba s fan in my opinion, this is a HUGE SCAM and I feel CHEATED (not to mention mad freaking).

    Just to be clear, I n t want this computer no more and, of course, I don't want any other Toshiba, cause they can really down and same person takes the trouble to give me a solution...

    Meanwhile, I was faced with a lot of trouble since I can t work without computer (and I don t want to even talk about how much money I'm losing)

    I tried to contact someone by phone, facebook, twiter, then you have probably heard this before, can you please help me with this problem?

    I need to work, and I need a computer to do.

    I m not quite sure as the Australia, but in my country the consumer can return the product without assuming all responsibilities and without any reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.

    The dealer is obliged to ensure the good work produced, and if the dealer is not able to provide a good working device, you should be able to return the product within the time limit.

    Toshiba as a laptop to the manufacturer provides a standard 1 year limited warranty and if Notepad starts a dysfunction within the valid warranty period, the Toshiba authorized service provider would be able to repair the laptop under warranty conditions, free of charge.

  • Equium M40x screen: warranty issue

    I've only had my Equium M40x for a week or two, and there is a very small fly which managed to crawl under the screen and to die in the middle of the screen. It is not huge, but it is very annoying, especially because I have not used outside and I got it for a short period of time.

    I doubt if this is covered under warranty, since it is not a component malfunction or failure.

    I recommend to contact your original provider and explain the situation to them as a first action plan. Well, they may be happy to exchange the phone for you.

    Otherwise, you call the closest to the Agent of Service Toshiba and ask them to quote you to remove dead insects. Of course, this can be done by an authorized service center or you will void your warranty.

    I guess spare parts from overseas could take weeks/months to happen, especially if the piece is out of stock.

    You must call the Service Center and get an update. Ask them if the component is out of stock.

    I want to buy a handset MotoE. But there is a problem; I'm not allowed to carry a camera phone at my place of work. Is it possible for me to get the camera module removed to service center. And if so will it affect my warranty.

    The camera application can be turned off, though, or you could place ribbon or something on the lens, while at work, perhaps? Or place a small piece of paper on the goal, under the back cover, or between the tank and the case, if you get a?

    There are mobile device also the management applications used by some companies that will put the parameters to restrict the use of the camera.
