Warranty when purchased in the Canada U.S.?

Place before the bad Board?
If I buy an Acer v7-482pg-6662 (NX. MB5AA.003) from a retailer allowed Acer to the Canada warranty service will cover me USA where I live?  It's cheaper to buy it at the Canada and the United States, and I'm back much.

Please note - the v7-482pg-6662 is available in the United States in a few merchants (but not much) and is not listed on the US site.  It is however on the Canada site.  Its sister unit, v7-482pg-6629 (NX. MB5AA.005) is listed on the USA site (same characteristics).

I read the warranty and it seems I'm covered both as if there is no border, but if I have a problem in the United States, where I am most of the time, and where I would record the computer, I don't want to know the hard way, that it is not covered.

And while I'm at it, 2 other questions if someone of you know.  First of all, could I get an extended warranty on it to Acer, living in the United States?  And nobody knows if the doubling of the guarantee credit card will work?

Thanks in advance for any response.

You're right, you would be provided with the support of the guarantee. As for buying a warranty extended and if it will work the same, please contact Acer Store for more information about extended warranties.

I would contact your company credit card for more information how their coverage works with electronic purchases. Only, we recognize and provide support in what concerns our guarantees.

  • Try to get the repair of the iPhone screen in France purchased the Canada

I broke the screen on my iPhone 6. It was my fault, it's more under warranty and I do not have the AppleCare. I bought it in the Canada, and I am now based in France for a long time so I want to get it fixed here. I filled the form of repair of product from Apple.com. First bad surprise: although it is said that the screen repair should cost 127,10 euros for an iPhone 6 AppleCare +, the 'quick quote' says that my repair will cost: €237.50 + taxes, shipping and handling fees. Which is pretty steep. Second problem: when I get my address (near the border of Switzerland, near Geneva) so they are sending me a box so I can send my phone for repairs, I get the error message:

It is not possible to repair in this region. Choose another solution. (addrapi.08)

So apparently, I can't mail inside at all where I live. I wonder if it's because I bought the phone at the Canada, or because I live in a region 'isolation' from France (although almost a suburb of a large city of Switzerland and very well served by the post office and all major package delivery companies)? I also wonder if I'll be able to get my screen repaired if I take on the Apple Store in Geneva, or if its Canadian retail will also be a problem there (or also do repair is two times more expensive there)? In my view, there is no difference between an iPhone 6 purchased in the Canada and the other bought in France or Switzerland (except the plug of power supply in the box) so I'm perplexed that this must be a problem. Does anyone have experience?

The warranty on an iPhone is not international. It is limited to the country in which you bought unless this country is part of the EU whereby the warranty is valid in any country of the EU.

  • When is PSE 13 available in the Canada

Do you know when PSE 13 will be available in the Canada as it comes out for the USA > also if I buy PSE 13 and on a Mac OSX with 8 GB and I have a Canon 60 d and a Canon 70 d will I have to convert my RAW files to DNG, before I can open them in the elements.  Also is it necessary download Quicktime 7 for PSE 13 and which is downloadable for free.  Thanks for any help.

    Hi GEMSupport,

PSE13 is available for purchase at the Canada today on Adobe.com or via your dealer.

Your Canon RAW files will support natively in PSE13, so you will not need to use DNG with these cameras.

QuickTime is a free download, but we require it.

    Kind regards

    Pete

  • Purchase a laptop computer from the Canada or the India?

    Hi all

    What is the least expensive...

Buying laptop in India or the Canada... for use in India...

    Thank you

If the laptop is intended to be used in India, it would be best to buy it there. Since you're the Canada now and purchased in the Canada, you must complete the forms of transfer of ownership to the India.

There is no way for us to know how much you would pay for it in the Canada or the India.

  • When the warranty coverage begins for the purchase of the online store?

I bought my Macbook Pro online at the end of April 2015

It was shipped may 6 and I received it on May 17.

Cannot find anywhere, if the guarantee begins

    When

    you receive

    or

    order you

    or

When Apple ships the product because the credit card was charged on this day

If you ask to know when to buy the AppleCare extension, just buy AppleCare now. Even if we tell you the exact day guarantee began, you may need to buy AppleCare on the eve of the 1st birthday instead of the actual birthday because of the way that they time.

Otherwise, please call 1-800-APL-CARE for the official response.

  • About the hardware warranty for macbook air, purchased through the education online store

Hi I bought a macbook air yesterday by UK online education store, but when I check the warranty on the equipment, I find that it is only one year instead of 3 years, when the policy changed?

The three-year warranty is an extra cost item.

The one year warranty is standard warranty.

  • condition of warranty in Italy for a macbook purchased in the United States

    Hi also

A few days ago I received a gift from my American uncles: the new Macbook Pro. I'm an Italian student and I live in Italy so I would like to know something more about the State of security in Italy for products purchased in the U.S. Apple, if I can get the same treatment in an Italian Apple store and if I keep the same rights. Thanks for the reply.

The warranty for Mbps is around the world.  Here's the fine print:

  • FedEx invoice when ordering photo book of the Canada

This year, like the past (at least) of seven, we ordered five Apple picture books (Christmas gifts). We live in the Canada, and books are shipped from Ohio. I received a FedEx Bill for the costs of promotion $10 (plus taxes). I assume this has something to do with customs, but I really don't understand the Bill, so I'm not clear (there are a lot of details of the customs, but I have no idea what this means). Last year I got a FedEx Bill for only one of the five books that we ordered. I remember never receive invoices in the several years prior to last year.

Anyone know what it is for or why I seem to only get the Bill for the book casual and not all of them?

I had this problem about 3 years when I ordered several photo books (also in Canada). Of 7 books I ordered, only has been concerned by this problem of FedEx, although all of them have been shipped from the United States. I called Apple and they had dressed him in a few minutes. I checked my visa account and in a few days my account has been credited. The Adviser to Apple indicated that it would be better to pay for FedEx to avoid delivery delays or future issues. I don't remember the number, I called, but you should be able to get this corrected easily using the details below.

In Windows Media Center, it has an option for Internet TV. When I try to use it, it has a popup that says that this feature is not available in the Canada. I am in Pa, USA. I checked the language settings and location, and they are set for English and the USA. I am running Windows Vista. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Barb thanks for all your help. I do not have it work, but I've upgraded to windows 7 and now it works.
