  I opened my email today and it opens to a strange page with lots of options instead of just open in my Inbox. I try to click on "read mail" or "Inbox" and nothing happens. The small circle just runs and runs. What in the world is happening? If you have changed the looks of it, a bit of notice and education would have been useful. and if it does not, please put it back until you have figured out change.

• I installed app of clouds - you know the red symbol - on my destop and now it is not installed.

  I have a brand new G751JTAsus 8 GB computer / 7 processor Win 10 - laptop - I do not know how GPU - it must be moore as 3.5.NVIDIA card... number I haven't looked after... I was told that it is a portable solid... Two days ago, that I started download my programs of clouds... I had 2 working and those other EI, PREPRO, LR... got off but they were not on my computer, even if I saw them card. I have had no error message. The next cloud app on desktop was no installed moore.

  Today, I got a repairman here and he has installed app of Red clouds and downloaded LR without any problem... and he said PC is ok... so now I wanted to download moore and I realize that clouds app was not installed...

  I took everything out of the clouds of my old laptop but I have all the programs on PC - Win 10 State and everything works fine.

  My other locked after the first night... I leave to the service and he thought that I had some virus when I downloaded... but no one knows of course and portable is cleaned... and I have no malware on any of my computers or additional hardrivers.

  I was a member of clouds from the beginning... He has only had problem when I had broken hard drive on my PC State, when it was new... so you understand, I wonder what is happening with "nine" PC...

  . Or I do something wrong? I can open PSCC, LR, AI, I have installed other programs because it worries me a lot...

• Two issues I think are linked: connectivity and Windows Firewall status. Service dependency dose not exist or has been marked for deletion.

  I reinstall a Menory card to check the weather it was defective. I also reset CMOS as part of the process. (Recommended HP) I found that the card was faulty. After reboot, I had security alerts that Windows Firewall did not work. And also unable to connect to the Internet.  I restarted the Sprint after disconnection and reconnection there. (USB) I was able to get the Internet, but the red X connection
  on the screen in the taskbar never changed to "land". Hovering on it said "dependence on the dose of service not exist or has been deleted. Everything I tried for this problem, either online or offline has failed.
  Pretty much the same thing for Windows Firewall, I can't change the settings, turn on and dosen't snap so. Eror code 0x6D9. Also get code MSSvcservice 87 (0 X 609). Both are still declining. Can't get in Windows Firewall / Advanced to change settings or turn on firewall. Cannot find Microsoft Firewall Client ISA server, look like, go.
  Right now I'm pretty frustrated, been working on this a day and half and I'm pretty well lost.

  To resolve this problem, you can perform the two methods of troubleshooting, check if the problem is resolved.

  To provide the proper resolution, I would need more information on your side.

  1. what web browser do you use?

  2. what anti-virus software do you use?

  3. the problem occurs with all web browsers?

  This problem may occur due to the infection by the virus or because of incorrect browser settings.

  If you use Internet Explorer as your web browser, try the following steps and check if it helps.

  Method 1:
  I suggest you run Virus Scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free and check if it helps.

  The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

  Note:

  1) the Microsoft Safety Scanner expires 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.
