  I have a Pro iPad with iOS 9.2.1 succeeding an iPad 2 air. A few applications I had on my iPad Air just won't download on my iPad Pro: The Cloud button is to be grayed out (when I search the app in the appstore) or a download button is missing (using the "my purchased apps") and try to download. Adding to the app in iTunes (button - install) doesn't either even if the application is in iTunes and installation button already exists and can be used. An application specific (but there are others) is Horizon go on the App Store of Switzerland. Years ago I was registered with the German AppStore but I downloaded this app from the AppStore Switzerland. What can I do?

  You have an age category app located in settings > general > Restrictions blocking apps in the store? Horizon GB seems to be rated 17 + in the store of Switzerland.

  Adobe Premiere Pro does not download after purchase. When I open it, it still asks if I want to continue my trial.

  The trail ended, and he said I had to buy it (even though I already have).

  But I just called Adobe (800) 833-6687 and they were able to help. I had to leave my name and number and they called me in half an hour. It's something they personally have to do on your computer. For me, I had to share my screen with them and they started to understand what the problem is. Before I knew it, it was on! I would only give them a call and they will help out you.

  I have a new end 2013 iMac 27 inches. Yesterday, I installed Premiere Pro. After completing my first project today, I tried to export media and PP said that a serious error has occurred and must stop. Adobe Media Encoder does not - too, it blocks. I uninstalled all creative Applications of cloud I downloaded yesterday, then restarted, and then used the Adobe Creative Cloud tool for Mac, rebooted, then re-installed Premiere Pro. The problem persists. Premiere Pro will not export my video and accidents with reviews of "serious error". Adobe Media Encoder still does not open and crashes every time. It's frustrating. I never had this problem on my MacBook Pro mid-2009. I even opened my MBP to export media from this updated release of Premiere Pro and it worked! So maybe that's the version of the SOUL, the more recent which is NOT installed on my MBP? Perhaps more current is unstable and crashes? I do not know. I would like to export my video and use these applications how they're supposed to run. I worked on this problem all day.
