Way to hear microphone with headphones?

I want to be able to hear me talk through my headphones. Essentially, I want to take the microphone input and turn it into headphone output. (I'm hearing so I tend to speak more loudly that I need to) Is it achievable through Skype settings? If so, how could I do it? Thanks in advance.

It's a Windows setting, not a parameter of Skype. I googled for you with "Hear micro speakers" and here is a link from the first page of results:

http://SmallBusiness.Chron.com/hear-microphone-through-computer-speakers-56535.html

It also works with headphones.

  • Can't hear with headphones

I have an X 200 tablet, I can use my headphones when listening to music on my computer but when I go online say Youtube, I don't hear anything with my headphones. The speaker on my computer works well. The problem is that I can't hear with my helmet when I watch a video online. Can someone please help me solve this problem. I tried Control Panel and go to the audio. The computer says that the headphones do not work properly...

Looks like a mechanical problem with your audio jack. But let me ask this question? If you put a music CD, you hear its coming out of your set of headphones, or are there still no sound in the headset? Also, try to use a different headset put just to make sure that the problem is not with the helmet itself.

Also check the settings on your main volume control to make sure that nothing is set on "mute" by mistake.

If you're still having problems with no audio coming to all headsets, contact technical support for help.

Let me know if it helps.

  • Record with headphones connected screen

OK guys, I REALLY need some help here! I sought an answer to this question for days without success. First of all, let me explain what I'm trying to do. I do (for youtube) videos of me children's games online. I have been using quick time player, which works very well. My problem is that I need one of the two (or better yet, BOTH!) solutions to the following problem. My problem is, I have a 2 years old, who loves to talk while I'm doing these videos of the screen. Is there a way to record the audio of the game, but block out all the other noise?

2nd question: I would like to be able to make videos while everyone in the House is asleep. Is there a way to record and play audio screen with headphones plugged? Or any other way where the sound will be recorded but not read aloud. I tried with quick time player and headphones connected, when I play the video there is no sound. Help, please! Eternally grateful to anyone who can answer one or two of these issues. Like seriously, I would buy you doughnuts if I could!

I use a MacBook pro. I would also like to know how to do the above things on my iPhone too!

When you save your gameplay with Quicktime Player, by default, it records the sound from your microphone.

Your microphone is picking up all the sounds around you - including the sound produced by your game and the noise of your 2 years.

There are a few things you can do with audio on your mac that can help in achieving what you want.

I just played a little bit of film QT listening on my helmet and captured audio in a new audio recording, so it should work!

Another approach would be to use SoundFlower (which is free). With you install new get audio input and output that appear in system-> sound preferences options. Here is part of my entry in system preferences options:

SoundFlower allows you to connect the audio output of a program to the audio input of another.

So if your audio output is Soundflower (2ch) and your Soundflower (2ch) audio input, you can save. But... you will not hear anything!

Comes a little-known program that lives in/Applications/Utilities: setting up Audio and MIDI.

With it, you create two "aggregates devices" - a Soundflower device and the built-in output simultaneously and also for the entrance to exit.

Choose the options for your output and audio input and you can play your game with a helmet and it will record.

So the night registration problem is solved.

It shouldn't be too hard to find a way to solve the problem number one in the same direction (Tip: simply choose another option of ENTRY).

There are also some paid apps whose purpose is to intercept the sound of your mac and save Digital - Audio Hijack and Wiretap Studio are two that I remember.

  • Satellite P300D - 12L - problem of microphone with Yahoo messenger and Skype

    Hi again!

I use Windows Vista 64 SP2 and I have a problem with the microphone, if I use Yahoo messenger, Skype.
If I want someone to talk to, no one can hear me, or I don't hear from him. There is no difference whether I use Internet or wireless cable. I get the message "wifi weak signal" or something.
I have to mention the fact that, among all attempts made so far once worked, but just once. Im going to crazy. Can someone help me please?

    Thanks in advance

Microphone internal generally on Toshiba laptops work correctly with different messengers, especially with Skype.
I checked on several laptops and did not notice a single problem.

So I guess there must be a problem with the audio settings.
Did you install own OS or the Toshiba Recovery for 64-bit image?
    Audio driver is installed correctly?
    Have you tested with headphones?

  • Equium P300: no sound from speakers but work with headphones

The speakers on my P300 Equium seem to have stopped working?
I checked the card its an all and them seem to no errors.

Sound bar at the bottom right to move as it should when I play music, but it just doesn't come out of the speakers.
However, it does work with headphones.

Any ideas on how to solve the problem?

    Hello

Hmm. You can hear the sound using headphones but you can't hear speakers that well it looks really a speaker problem, but it s really strange that both speakers are dead at the same time

In your case I would remove the sound card driver and would update with that of the European driver Toshiba page.
Check what's happening after the update

  • IDT Audio Codec time Sound speakers but not with headphones on ENVY DV7 series laptop

I bought my laptop not more than two months ago. Its perfectly played through my helmet literally the day before yesterday.

Only two changes have occurred since then, first of all I accidentally plugged my headphones into the external microphone jack, then I updated the 'Music' for Windows 8 PC application.

After my sound stopped working. I restored my PC to a restore point dated before its no longer works in my helmet, however resonates once again that in my speakers (when my headphones are disconnected). When I plug my headphones, sound no longer plays in my speakers but no sound from my headphones either.

How can I get audio to play through my headphones?

Product name and number: Envy of HP dv7 Notebook PC C2h74UAR #ABA

    Operating system: 64-bit Windows 8

    Error message: None

Changes: 1) update "music" app for Windows 8

    (2) accidentally plugged in headphones and external microphone jack

    Hello

    Try the following.

First of all, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

    Chipset Driver - Windows 8

    When reinstalling, restart the laptop.

When windows has reloaded, download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

IDT Audio Installer - Windows 8.

One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you're done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio with headphones.

    Kind regards

There is also a button 'Restore previous Session' the default value: Home home.

  • Audio problem NB100 - pregnant no sounds, with headphones, it's ok

    Hello

    need help, please.

I have a brand new Toshiba nb100-10y, but have no sound - without headphones. To say my speakers no sound.
OS: XP Pro SP3, Device Manager Winndows is ok, do not have any yellow mark exclamation. And as I said, with headphones, it's ok.
I use the factory drivers and their default settings with the bios 1.90.

Someone has an idea? (Or I need to find any place of service...)

    THX,
    AoL

    Hello

If you can use the headset then it would mean that the audio driver is working correctly.
As I m wrong not the NB100 does support the Realtek sound card.
I think you should have got a Realtek HD audio Manager in the control panel.
Check the option in the Realtek HD audio Manager and make sure that all controls are set at the top level.
Input/output Audio, you can find the option and could test the speaker output.

PS: you can use the new Realtek audio driver directly from Realtek page.

    Hello

You can change the audio source to the other microphone on the application you're using. You will not need any additional software to do this. Also check your recording volume control. You may be able to change this for all applications.

    Hi Hayekk,

There are several things to try:

    ·      Remove and then reinstall the device:

    1. click the Start button, select Control Panel, click hardware and soundand then click Bluetooth devices.

2 Select the device that is not working, and then click Remove.

    3. click on Add, press the reset button on the unit (or make it discoverable following the manufacturer's instructions), check the box my device is set up and ready to be found and then click Next.

    4. If the device is not found, repeat the previous step. When the device is found, select it, and then click Next.

    5. follow the remaining instructions in the wizard.

    ·         Make sure that the device is on and that the batteries should be replaced.

    ·         Make sure that the Bluetooth adapter for your computer is attached and turned on, and that the device is in use and detectable. If you don't know how to turn on discoverability, read the instructions provided with the device or check the manufacturer's Web site.

    ·         The unit may be out of range of your computer, or too close. Try to move closer or a little further away from your computer.

  • Audio works with headphones, but not the speakers

Hello, I have a DELL XPS17.  The sound works fine with headphones, but no sound when the headphones are disconnected.

Note that I had the opposite problem (its good speaker, but no helmet) and then updated the driver.  Once the new driver has been installed, the problem was reversed.  Very strange: Pei

    Last driver installed is Audio_RLTK_W7_A05_Setup-J3VMR_ZPE

    Thanks for your help!

Hello. You can test your speakers by running test audio fast ePSA or PSA tests.

You can test the audio driver by opting for the native Windows audio driver. If you get the same symptoms with the native driver, then you can exclude a bug in the driver from Realtek. This Realtek driver has been around for awhile now and has no bugs that I know.

    • 1. open Device Manager (found in the Control Panel, or type devmgmt.msc in the search box).
    • 2. develop the 'audio controllers, video & game' and right click on "Realtek High Definition Audio".
    • 3 Select this option to "Update driver software".
    • 4. click on "Browse my computer for driver software".
    • 5. click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer".
    • 6. put the "Show compatible hardware" check box if not already checked.
    • 7. in the list of devices, click on 'High Definition Audio"(native driver).
    • 8. click on "next".
    • 9. in the update driver warning box, click 'Yes' (the driver).
    • 10 restart the portable computer if you are prompted. If not invited, so no need to restart.
    • [To return to the Realtek driver, do it again but reverse steps 2-7 names].

If the speakers and the driver to pass the tests, you might have failed to sense pin into the headphones Jack, explained in the FAQ of Jack for headphones.
