I can't find a solution to my problem. When I was to connect to BC, I got a message the same every time. I finished my temporary site on Muse and publised in British Colombia. I wan't to publish on the Web site online, but I can't do anything because I can't connect to the home page of BC. I have reset my Adobe ID password, but it still does not work. Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. To try to solve these problems, the first step is to clear cookies and cache.
Note: This will be you temporarily disconnect all sites, you're connected to.
To clear the cache and cookies to do the following:- Go to Firefox > history > clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is displayed) go to tools > clear recent history.
- Under "Time range to clear", select "all".
- Now, click the arrow next to details to toggle the active details list.
- In the list of details, see the Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything.
- Now click the clear now button.

I bought a printer HP 2430tn offcfe Discount electronics in San Antonio Texas. The refurbished printer came without disks or software. I tried to download the drivers from HP for this printer model. In itself, the printer works great, however; I can't not get this printer to add to my HP desktop computer, or one of my laptops. What should I do to get this print added to my material on my computer. I have a Dell610 Lap Top A HP dv4-2045dx Entertainment notebook and a desktop HP Compaq computer. All have Windows XP or XP Professional. Can someone help me with this problem? I would really appreciate the help.

to my knowledge, these downloads download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products is subject to certain conditions, for example: "provided as part of the download serial numbers can be used by customers who have purchased legitimately CS2 or Acrobat 7 and the need to preserve their current use of these products."

Bought CS5.5 by Adobe for education, but still no CS6 upgrade
Has anyone else had the following problem:
Bought the student/teacher version of CS5.5 within the free upgrade period (April 13 or 14th) on Adobe.com. I have yet to receive the CS6 upgrade email (currently June 1) and there is less then 5 days left on the CS6 trial. Many requests for support and discussions simply responded that I am approved but wait enamel. I have recently been informed after talking with someone, that I have not received the e-mail of upgrade because it is blocked by identity-e, despite the fact that the evidence of enrolment was provided directly through adobe.com and my profile indicates that the eligibility of the student/teacher runs until October 2012. Asked by the live person at Adobe to just send proof of identity-e, and that the update email will be sent. This has been done and I have still not heard anything e-identity, and there is no way to verify anything with them without a product code (which I have not since it was a digital download). It's extremely frustrating and a wrong way to do business. I don't know when or if it will never resolve. It was never the intention to buy CS5.5, but for the free offer, which was made for CS6 as well - we really would have just waited and bought CS6 when it came out there were not the offer. Now nerarly a month after that CS6 shipped of our trial version expires and is no longer, we will be able to use CS6. I don't know what else can be done or if others have worked through this strange experience?Thank you, Jeff, for looking into this. On a bright note, the serial number just shown in my inbox at the start of the Friday evening June 1, from the Adobe Store - just out of the blue. Not sure that the block was, or why there was a block, but I am happy that it is now resolved. Thank you to Adobe is a very large organization, and I don't know there is a reason for what happened, but I do not profess to understand what it was.
