• Webfont Glitch - fonts Look the same

  Help! I went to update my website and all my fonts are messy, almost all look identical Webfonts and the majority of the web safe fonts look same or fade. Is it because of the new OS update, I have an iMac and OS x - Mavericks.

  Regarding other fonts, if you look at the images of example in the section recently used fonts, please note that they are not reliable unless the police is available/added.

  Hmm, another user Windows 10 reported this after installing some Helvetica fonts.

  In your screenshot, the text 'blue indicated' is the following style rule:

  font-family: "helvetica neue",arial,helvetica,sans-serif;
  

  So I guess you have Helvetica Neue installed locally, which seems to have strange problems in Firefox.

  If you don't want to remove this font on your system, you can use custom style rules for Firefox overrides Arial, which is what I see on Windows 7 on this page. I saw the first time that documented in this article (from 2010!):

  The items I linked to are quite detailed. I doubt that this would trigger the SPAM detection, though - that's just my opinion of many years dealing with SPAM.

  Regarding your last question, well, only you know why you would need it in the first place. It took years for people (and the email clients) even consider using HTML, fonts are another component of this discussion (ie. content vs presentation/container). Personally, I don't receive e-mails with too much formatting.

  This is kind of a hack, but it will work.

• Need someone with experience using the Google font!

  Make my first website using the Google font... love it! BUT I have a problem! Since then, I use a condensed font of Google, when I'm using the "split" in Dreamweaver... Dreamweaver does not actually display the police - have to do on the server because it must locate the Google font. So what is happening, he police no longer appears wide while I'm working in Dreamweaver and causing the divs to move around. Not a problem because as it appears on the server, BUT the shift of the divs overlaps the area that I need to work! Kindof hard to explain. So here's a screenshot.   Dreamweaver search "Design Time style sheets" help (F1).  Choose a comparable condensed font from the library of your system fonts.

• Communication using Google Font api problem

  Hello

  When I try a link to the Google font api I get a communication error in BrowserLab. The page makes it OK outside BrowserLab in my usual browser and if I remove the link, then the page works in BrowserLab (but of course does not include the fonts).

  I tried to increase the delay time, but still no luck.

  Is this something that does not work? I'd like to be able to use BrowserLab to help build my site, but cannot at the present time.

  Hi Tim, I just tested this link in BrowserLab and I don't think I see any problem. I've attached a screenshot of Firefox 4 Windows taken by BrowserLab. I don't have any error, and the screenshot looks ok to me.

  It might have been a temporary problem or do not have the correct link in? If you see again, can you give me more information, you can see the exact error message and possibly a screenshot?
