  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your computer problems with WiFi and laptop dv6-7300ex of HP ENVY staying on when the battery mode. Here is a link that shows you how to change options in Figure 19 of the link allowing the hybrid sleep.

  It shows the battery options and you can check what power plan options on this moment, you are. Balanced is always recommended with laptops.

  You can try to use the Windows Update Troubleshooter to fix updates that do not come through Windows 10.  Please restart the laptop twice to make sure that all updates are completed!

I tried in many troubleshooting recommended by the operating system (10) and support Microsoft centre but I could not solve the problem.   You don't need a special usb driver. It is part of the main chipset driver and eventually the operating system itself. If you have problems with the usb ports does not work, it is most likely hardware. However, one thing you can try is going into Device Manager, all that can be uninstalled, the uninstall usb devices, restart and allow drivers to recharge. When I have a laptop with usb problems I boot from a Linux Live CD or a pen and see if the usb ports work with Linux. If yes then your Windows is corrupted somehow. If this isn't the case, then it is material.

  HP has worked closely with Microsoft on the development of Windows 10 and drivers for graphics cards. Currently there is no driver available for your system. You can try and check at a later date, because I see new drivers all the time.

  There is no quick and easy solution.

  To regain the use of ports for laptop motherboard must be replaced.
