  I use a DMP-4400 with firmware v.5.2.2. The device connects to the network fine and is able to display Web pages on the internet without problem; the ftp server works well also. However, when I try to play any type of local file (located in/tmp/ftproot/usb_1 /) the screen remains blank. I'm assuming that the files because the failover URL is not displayed for .mpg or .html files. I use video files of type MPEG-1 for testing. I have attached one of these videos with a sample file .html that I intend to use a loop of several files.

  Video files are managed using the:

  "/ tmp/ftproot/usb_1/melt.mpg" is entered in the dialog box 'Storage path' under ' play video file stored locally "the GUI.

  HTML is launched using:

  These problems if the files are located on the internal memory or external USB disk. Any help will be much appreciated.

  Hello

  Gets the buffer = number of times that a block was requested to buffer cache. A buffer always get request in a logical reading. Depending on whether or not a copy of the block is available in the buffer cache, a logical read may or may not involve a physical read. So 'buffer gets' and "logical reads" are essentially synonymous and are often used interchangeably.

  Oracle is not a special "buffer of cancellation. Undo blocks are stored in rollback segments in UNDO tablespace and are managed in the same way data blocks are (they are even protected by redo). If get consistent requires the reading of UNDO tablespace, then the counters statistics will show that there is a more consistent get in your autotrace.

  I have several (hundreds) text files in a folder. I want to combine the data of the files into a single file. It must of course begin to file the oldest and sequentially read the files to the latest changes and add all the data in a new txt file.

I located the profile on my e:drive and used that path for files the. BUT it does not display one of my old messages. I'm desperate to sort what I need your emails for work.   I'm collecting data using two SCXI hunts with amplification modules 1120 SCXI 1112 thermocouple modules.

  I'm followed by entry 12 and 4 inputs for thermocouple voltages.

  I put the samp, the 2500 s/s e rate, and I let the software understand how many samples for each step.

  Most of the time, the system works well, in a time of 16ms loop.  However, every few seconds, the system will hang up to ~ 500ms between readings.  Any thoughts on what might cause these crashes?

  I wonder if I'm overflow the buffer.  What could cause this type of behavior?  I think that there is a way to monitor the read buffer, but I forgot how do.  Can someone tell me how to do this?

I know that I can use DWfile.read () and DWfile.write () as described in Chapter 2 of the Dreamweaver API reference. I store the data using the XML format. What is the best way to read and parse the XML data in the file? What is the best way to write the XML data in the file?

  How will the data be used? If it is used by JavaScript, use JSON format which includes js. If you use XML, then you will need to find an XML parser to read the data.

  I never had no problem download and playback of .pdf files to what I 'upgraded' Adobe reader version 11. PDF cannot be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Changing the association in your preferences. What in the world is happening and how to fix it?

  You could try the following:

  (1) change your preference for 'Preview in Firefox' and use the download button to save the file. But it's an extra step.

  (2) change your preference to "Always ask" and see if you can get the file to open it in this way.

  (3) delete the file from your application's preferences (it is sometimes damaged) and try again. Note: these are only the preferences for which applications manage what types of content, not all your Firefox preferences.

  To do this:

  (i) open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder using

  Help > troubleshooting information > "view file" button.

  (ii) switch back to Firefox and the output. Your Windows Explorer window should go back to the foreground. Pause while Firefox finishing its cleanup.

  (iii) and rename the mimeTypes.rdf something like mimeTypes.old

  (iv) restart Firefox. It is likely you will default to 'Preview in Firefox' and I hope that the paths for Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat will now be correct if you choose one of those.

  I am tryint to minimize the buffer allocation and memory in general activity. The code will run 'headless' on a cRIO and our experience and that of the industry as a whole is to ellliminate or minimize any action of distribution and the dynamic memory deallocation.

  In our case we treat unfortunately many string manipulations, thus eliminating all the alloc/dealloc memmory is significant (impossible?).

  Which leaves me with the strategy of "minimize".

  I did some investigation and VI of profiling and play with the structure "on the spot" to see if I can help things.

  For example, I have a few places where I me transpoe a few 2D charts. . If I use the tool 'See the buffer allocations' attaced screenshot would indicate that I am not not to use the structure of the preliminary examination International, both for the operation of transposition of the table for the item index operations? As seems counter intuitive to me, I have a few basic missunderstanding either with the "show stamp" tool of the preliminary examination International, or both... The tool shows what a buffer is allocated in the IPE and will once again out of the International preliminary examination, and the 2D table converts has an allowance in and out, even within the IPE causing twice as many allowances as do not use REI.

  As for indexing, using REI seems to result in 1.5 times more allowances (not to mention the fact that I have to wire the index numbers individually vs let LabVIEW auto-index of 0 on the no - IPE version).

  The example illustrates string conversions (not good from the point of view mem alloc/dealloc because LabVIEW does not determine easily the length of the 'picture' of the chain), but I have other articles of the code who do a lot of the same type of stuff, but keeping digital throughout.

  I would be grateful if someone could help me understand why REI seems to increase rather than decrease memory activity.

  (PS > the 2D array is used in the 'incoming' orientation by the rest of the code, so build in data table to avoid the conversion does not seem useful either.)

  A preliminary International examination is useful to replace a subset of the table when you're operating on a subset of the original array. You remove the items that you want, make some calculations and then put back them in the same place in the table. If the new table subset comes from somewhere other than the original array, then the POI does not help. If the sides of entry and exit of International preliminary examination log between them, so there no advantage in PEI.

  I am attaching a picture of code I wrote recently that uses the IPEs with buffer allocations indicated. You can see that there is only one game of allowances of buffer after the Split 1 table D. I could have worked around this but the way I wrote it seemed easier and the berries are small and is not time-critical code so there is no need of any optimization. These tables is always the same size, it should be able to reuse the same allowance with each iteration of the VI, rather than allocate new arrays.

  

  Another important point: pads can be reused. You might see a dot of distribution on a shift register, but that the shift register must be assigned only once, during the first call to the VI. Every following call to the VI reuses this very spot. Sometimes you do not see an allocation of buffer even if it happens effectively. Resizing a table might require copying the whole table to a new larger location, and even if LabVIEW must allocate more memory for it, you won't always a point of buffer allocation. I think it's because it is technically reassign an existing table instead of allocating a new, but it's always puzzled me a bit. On the subject of the paintings, there are also moments where you see a point to buffer allocation, but all that is allocated is a 'subfield' - a pointer to a specific part of an existing table, not a new copy of the data. For example 1 reverse D table can create a sub-table that points towards the end of the original with a 'stride' array-1, which means that it allows to browse the transom. Same thing with the subset of the table. You can see these subtables turning on context-sensitive help and by placing the cursor on a wire wearing one, as shown in this image.

  

  Unfortunately, it isn't that you can do on the string allocations. Fortunately, I never saw that as a problem, and I've had systems to operate continuously for months who used ropes on limited hardware (Compact FieldPoint controllers) for two recordings on the disk and TCP communication. I recommend you move the string outside critical areas and separate loop operations. For example, I put my TCP communication in a separate loop that also analyses the incoming strings in specific data, which are then sent by the queue (or RT-FIFO) to urgent loops so that these loops only address data of fixed size. Same idea with logging - make all string conversions and way of handling in a separate loop.

• LR running on Mac and PC with local copies?

  For some time now, I thought I want to be "Agnostic OS" in Lightroom. I like the program, but don't want to be to the top of the Cove, if my Mac or PC dies. For the past few years, I was storing my photos and videos in a DropBox folder on a HARD drive and pointing the location just LR, but with the catalog and previews in a folder non-DropBox on a SSD. As such, the download of photos and videos, but the Lightroom Catalog and previews are not. I don't want to change this arrangement, preferring to have only the pictures/videos in the cloud. What I DON'T want to do, is have LR on both PC and Mac generate local previews of the files the. It's pretty easy to do, but I don't want to lose the changes made on one machine on the other. With the bottom of the road, so I have two questions main...

  1. am I correct that write metadata to the XMP sidecar files will ensure that changes to a RAW file on, say, the Mac will be reflected on the PC, and that this happens automatically (i.e. LR is smart enough to pick up the .xmp when you view a picture)?

  2. assuming I don't have LR - PC and Mac - LR open at the same time (and I'm sure that DropBox has completed synchronization), I am correct that the risk of corruption of files will be effectively nil (at least with regard to corruption caused by Lightroom)?

  
  To be clear, I don't have a different way of doing things (for example, the synchronization of the catalog itself). Unless the configuration above works absolutely not, this is how I prefer to do things.

  The only real way to do that is to put the catalog file and photos on an external HD and move the external hard drive from one computer to the other.

  No, you're not correct.

  You must manually tell LR to read the metadata to the xmp sidecar files, Lightroom will not do that automatically. Forget once, and your Lightrooms are out of sync. In addition, some information may not be stored in XMP, such as your historical edition, collections, picking up flags, virtual copies and a few other things.

  The risk of file corruption is NEVER zero no matter what system you use. However, it is for the majority of cases, very very small. Again, this means that you do not make a mistake somewhere along the way (and the same Dropbox does its job without problem).

  You have to just reinstall CC app. Please follow the steps mentioned below to solve this problem, depending on your operating system.

  (Mac)

  (1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service

  2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.

  (3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.

  3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.

  (4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.

  I come back to an old problem and decided to fully understand before you continue using my workaround solution. I have a loop that reads from a TDL in a dedicated Thread. To complete the audio capture, I would like to interrupt this Thread causing Cleanup (narrow lines, etc.) and put an end to this Thread. I've found that the interruption works only intermittently. Adding diagnostics to the loop, I see that the interruption indicator is set before the call to TDL.read (), and then immediately after his return from TDL.read () is not defined. (I use the Thread.currentThread () .isInterrupted () way to do not to clear the flag with the actual query)

  Based on the intermittent behavior, I concluded that I did something wrong (or it's always false - like interrupting the wrong Thread or by querying the wrong thread to see if it is paused). I'm guessing that in the method of reading, if the SDL buffer playback is blocked, read waits until notification that there is data to read. I wonder if the interruption occurs during the wait, if it is deleted? That would explain the behavior that I've seen (the only pausible explanation) I can get). If that's true, surely others have encountered this problem before; Looks like a common template to use (and not obvious and frustrating!)
  
  My solution is to use my own 'flag' interrupt and test it in the loop. I did this month, when under pressure of the calendar, I came across the same problem with TDL.write (). I want to understand the exact cause of this to be sure that I am not wrong in thinking that my code works correctly when it actually isn't and not bad bites me more later. I looked for the source to test my hypothesis, but since TDL/SDL/DL are interfaces I can't seem to find the source. I attribute this to the fact that the implementation is machine / his specific card.

  Shocking work, but it seems to take into account at least part of your problem. Is there something similar in com.sun.media.sound.DirectAudioDevice.

  Looks like you can mitigate by using a smaller buffer, so (totalBytesWritten< totalbytestowrite)="" happens="" less="" often.="" i="" was="" going="" to="" recommend="" doing="" that="" anyway;="" it="" means="" that="" you="" will="" spend="" more="" time="" in="" your="" own="" loop="" code="" rather="" than="" inside="" this="" thing,="" which="" gives="" you="" more="" opportunity="" to="" catch="" interruptedexception="">
