WebServices on my Laserjet 1536 dnf printer still can not be activated

Hello

I'll be back with the same question about web services. Still not working for some time.

Operating system: 32-bit Win7

Last update of firmware (2014-03-05, Version20140123, 8.66 M)

Latest software HP ePrint software 2013-12-18, Version4.6.60.12747, 56,57 M

Manual IP: 192.168.1.200

NPS: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.1.1

(My ISP) DNS:

193.231.100.130

193.231.100.134

I also try without result

0.0.0.0

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4

I COULD print/scanning within the local network

I COULD surf the internet from the local network

I did all the possible combinations of STOP

I close all the protections of firewall (Kaspersky KISMD14)

I have reset the printer in any way possible (...) < and=""> key)

Nothing seems to work.

What is strange is the fact that the printer use to work on the same network, by the same ISP, same model of router (ZyXel), with none of the additional parameters.

If someone could help I would be much obliged.

Thanks a lot for your time,.

Yours,

Claudiu

Hi claudiopolis,.

I see that you have some problems with the activation of the web services.
I will do my best to help you with this problem.

As he was working previously, I think he might have an auto update on router.

Disable IPv6 on the printer to see if that is causing the problems.

Click the Configuration button (key) network configuration, IPv6, network services and turn it off.

Try to enable web services again.

If you still have questions then I restore the default values for the printer and try the installation again.

Unplug the Ethernet cable from the printer.

Go to the setup button (key) service, restore the default values.

Print the configuration page to find out the IP address.

Print a Configuration report.

Select the method.

Access the webserver integrated for the printer again and try to activate web services.

If that does not work then go to the manual select tab, IPv4, network layout, enter the settings disable configuration report. (do not create a new IP address) address preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8 and other DNS address: 8.8.4.4.

Apply the settings and return to the Web Services tab and try to activate again.

Here is a list of printer ports: 137/138/139/161/427/9100/9220/9500.

Ports scanner: 9220, 9500/427.

I would like to know how it goes for you!

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.
Have a great day.
